OK, I'm going to be honest and share my biggest BF or C Monday regret! I purchased that STUPID flipbook maker thing and the UI SUUUUUCKS. Then I realize there is no refund policy. The confirmation email had two broken links to support. I've found a way to contacting after browsing the site a few times. No real response. It says it has 5-star reviews but I can't access the reviews. There is nowhere on the site to put a review. I also found out that I have to PAY to upload the book onto my site! That wasn't mentioned in the sales copy. I won't be buying off of stacksocail again!

From an application developers point of view, StackSocial proved to be very unprofessional and untrustworthy. They extended an offer to promote my product, then retracted it. When I stated the potential sales, they again agreed to run a promotion, saying "Let's do it!"

The promotion date was scheduled to take place 3 months after StackSocial initially contacted me. The week before the promotion was to start, they delayed the promotion by a week because they were "extremely busy" launching a more profitable bundle. Finally, the DAY the promotion was supposed to launch, they canceled it, leaving me with no promotion on the day I was releasing a new version of my software.

Ultimately, StackSocial wasted a lot of my time and cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue by cancelling a promotion that I had prepared for for 3 months. When I finally called them out on the matter, they showed me a copy of our agreement and said. "Look here... we (StackSocial) never actually signed it."

Given my experience with StackSocial, I would recommend finding a more reputable company to promote your product. If you go with StackSocial you run a very real risk of being cancelled at the last minute and according to their whim.

Read the fine print! They will refuse to refund any order, even though the product is crap. Don't trust how wonderful their product description is. Never buying again.

I ordered and paid for softward and never received it. I have made repeated requests for assistance but to no avail. Dont buy from them unless you want to get ripped off!

I had a FANTASITC experience with StackSocial. I purchased a FreedomPop phone service and had nothing but trouble with it. It had been several months since I made the purchase since I was trying to get the service to work. I finally gave up but FreedomPop wouldn't give me a refund even though the phone had terrible service in my area. I didn't actually think it would do any good, but I wrote to StackSocial explaining my problem. They said I had suffered enough and they refunded the $189 charge which is more than they received from the sale.

I ordered 2 QI Charging pad for iPhones, when I received them neither one worked and contacted the supplier and notified them of the problem and they stood by their product and are going to reimburse me my money within 2-3 working days

I purchased a lifetime VPN. Before I activated it, I used their free six-day trial period that came with the purchase. I quickly discovered that the VPN didn't do what I had hoped that it would, so immediately contacted customer service to get a refund. They acknowledged that I did not activate the VPN and that I was returning it within 15 days. They then issued me a "store credit."

I responded to them that I did not want a credit, I wanted my credit card to be credited with the purchase price. This email went unanswered. About two weeks later, I send a second email, thanking them for returning my purchase, but that I wanted my credit card credited with the purchase price. I did not want a store credit. This, too, went unanswered. Now, no one will communicate with me. The product stated it was fully refundable if it was not activated and returned within 15 days.

You had better make sure you are getting exactly what you want, because they won't deal with you once the purchase is made.

The service that I paid for on Stack Socail was NOT AT ALL as advertised! They were selling a lifetime subscription to a service as a third party seller. The information they offered was COMPLETELY different than the actual company's description of the service. I never would have purchased this had I known. They REFUSE to give me a refund, even when I emailed them within minutes of discovering I'd been duped. Would NOT recommend.

Earbuds
January 4, 2019

Similar to others, I ordered earbuds as Christmas presents for friends. Order received included incorrect colors and mnfgs. Have contacted StackSocial, with no response received. No phone number provided on site, only enter discrepancies on site. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If a company cannot provide products advertised, they shouldn't post they are available on the site, or at least respond in attempts to correct.
