You'll be confused at how bad some of the videos are. I feel ripped off. Lesson learned... the only lesson learned, ha!

Sent a new speaker when the charging port was damaged on the first. They are true to their word in customer satisfaction.

Wow customer service is alive and well at Stacksocial. I purchased two dash cameras almost a year ago. I had planned on using one for myself and one for my brother when his birthday came around. Mine worked like a champ and still does. Its a super little dash camera. I gave my brother his but had failed to open the box when they had arrived and just put it up in the closet. Well upon us setting it up a couple of parts were missing and it was way out of the time to return it. I contacted the support heros and yes was told that they dont keep, parts like that and they didnt even sale that item anymore. Well I knew what was coming next and kept on reading. It further stated that they would be willing to credit my account with half of what I had paid for the cameras with no experation date. Yes this amounted to them giving back my money for the camera. They made me very happy, did not have to, and have a customer for life. Customer service is alive and well at Stacksocial.

Stack Social (and affiliates) bundles and pay what you want deals are a terrific bargain. In many cases you get 9 other applications for less than retail of the one you may want.

I must admit, I have spent a lot of money with these guys but you can bet that I saved a fortune!

Keep 'em coming guys and thanks for taking care of me when I've had issues.

So many good deals... Some are beat the average price and get a whole bundle of software. For less than $13, I got 7 WordPress courses, enough to learn to start a freelancing business. One course was missing (later figured out they included wrong course). Wrote support and less than 24 hours later, course added to my account along with apology, link to all my courses, and well wishes for a great week. Oh, and courses are high quality.

This site has very good tech support. They responded quickly in less than a business day and came up with a solution.

Too many companies, I don't know what I'm reviewing anymore.
I bought TigerVPN from xda-developers store. Crap product, disconnects out of the blue, then takes forever to connect again. I asked for a refund or a switch to other vpn service. Got response from Support Heroes from stackcommerce.com via zendesk.com. They say no, so I'm getting a chargeback through my bank now.
Today they ask me to take a moment to rate the support I received.
I rate it negative.
Now I got an email from Desmond "I am so happy that I was able help you out!
We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best online experience possible, and we hope you'll help us share this with others. If you have a minute, could you give us a quick review on SiteJabber by clicking on the link below?"

What?!? Dude you weren't able to help me out, if you were I wouldn't be getting my money back through my bank.

Oh, and I'm apparently reviewing stacksocial, no idea who that is, as I said - too many companies. Are they hiding something?

4 out of 5 of my courses consisted of videos that can be accessed for free on YouTube. Save yourself the money and time and just look up tutorials on YouTube instead.

This setup is a scam. After accepting payment, they send you false tracking numbers and never deliver your products! Then when you contact them they pretend they forgot to give your delivery address to the vendor. (Seriously - they actually told me that!). They don't want you to contact them directly, but keep referring you to a completely useless "Customer Care" site. I'd encourage everyone to complain to * He won't do anything, but at least we might clog up his inbox.

They don't have phone support. They send a generic email acknowledgement when you contact them. I've been given 2 different tracking numbers from them and FedEx hasn't even found this 1 shipment. This is not how business is conducteded. $12.00 lesson glad I didn't make a larger purchase. Surly if you sent a package you would know the right tracking number.

Twice I have paid for a course and not been able to get into my purchase. Once was bad enough, but this is unexcusable. My best advice would be to stay away.

I have $100's of dollars purchased on deals.slashdot.org, now owned by stacksocial. I have asked 6 times for a reset password link, and receive the same email saying it has been sent. I have filled out 2 tickets, and after that same boilerplate email is sent, the tickets have been marked solve. NOT true. I cannot access what I have purchased. A horrible, horrible, experience, bordering on theft.

UPDATE:
Immediately after posting this review (coincidence), I received a password, which did not work. I tried this password three hours later, and it worked. So - I am satisfied that I can now access my account on stacksocial.com. I am still dumbfounded by how long it took to affect a simple password reset. I am also at a loss to understand why the related tickets were marked solved, when they were not.

It's so often that people will go out their way to make sure negative things are hear. People who are happy are too often silent. I've been using Stack Social/Stack Skills for a few months now.

First of all their prices are unbelievable let alone their deals. A large majority of the classes provide lifetime access. These are classes from experts in their field. Anything one might interested in computers from programming, to graphics, app & web development to forensics is offered.

Stack Social/Stack Skills customer service support network are the best. They've responded rapidly when I had issues. I understand why they didn't offer refunds initially. Their package deals are incredible and it would be too easy for someone to use it up quickly and try and return them. I wrote them an email about something I was frustrated with and said why refunds shouldn't be available, transferring from one class to another should be if you find the instructor isn't one that will match your needs well. Not only did they respond, but they passed my email out around to the sales team. They now have a period of time in which you can get your money back if you are unhappy, and it's more than fair.

Great products, great deals, great classes! It's a great place to learn the skills for a new career. Their specifications are clear, I've never had issues with access or any of the things I saw posted in negative reviews.
