I purchased VPN software thru Stacksocial. Had issues get the download and when I did it interfered with my access to the internet. I uninstalled it from my computer and asked for a refund. After 15 days of back and forth, Stacksocial denied my refund stating the software was purchased "All Sales Final" something I was not aware of at the time of purchase. After making complaint to BBB and my credit card company, I was given a refund..
I was very impressed with the service the support staff at Stacksocial. They get an A+ from me! You won't be disappointed should you need to avail yourself of their services.
I purchased the Tiger VPN and had trouble downloading. The support were great. I quickly resolved the issue with their help. I highly recommend them.
I bought a download of TigerVPN for a huge discount, after reading several TigerVPN reviews. It looked good in the reviews, but the installation process was very complicated and nearly unintelligible. StackSocial said there was no refund available, but the TigerVPN site said there was a full refund in the trial period. The product was TERRIBLE, everything was SLOW and some web pages wouldn't load at all. TigerVPN's website was just as bad, impossible to navigate, the only visible method of support didn't work at all, no way to contact them that I could find. Don't buy TigerVPN. I don't remember just how I was able to contact Stacksocial, but I DID end up getting refund, so it worked out OK.
Bought courses... can't access them. :/ horrible. You can see your listed purchases, along with instructions to redeem them... only there is no way to redeem them. Truly a bunch of madness. If you used a credit card... charge it back.
I couldn't buy anything, even though, I tried 10 times and was billed and it reversed to incompletions. A tech told me to do my credit card over again when the site asked for it. Oh, yes indeed, it worked. Thanks Mr. Tech! I real good now because I have learned.
Sometimes, the product you buy on line isn't what you expected. "AsĂ es la vida".
I asked for a refund, not sure what to expect, since software subscriptions are typically tricky to cancel when sold through a marketplace. I got myself ready for a sort of comcast-gym-membership-car-insurance-cancellation showdown. All at the same time.
To my surprise, the support team (Zach) quickly answered my request, asked straightforward questions (only once!), checked my grievances, and expedited the whole thing in 3 days. I got my money back, without fees.
So it's good to know that even if s***t happens, you're not pushed around, and arbitration is done in good faith.
Kudos to the support team for such a great customer service!
Forgot my password and was having trouble resetting it. Support was prompt and very accommodating getting it resolved
Great selection of courses that make learning easy and effective.
In addition, the customer support is very nice and competent.
What happiness!
Stack social had a product for a design bundle that provided a certificate. To keep it short, I bought it thinking I would learn adobe suites and other programs and finish with a certificate in my hand (through e-careers, they're terrible too). Excited I started immediately and soon after learned there is not certificate, which was the core reason for chursaing this particular product, as compared to others. Not to mention they were extremely outdated. Either way I asked for a refund because the product I received was not as advertised. They said no and just pushed me to talk with e-careers, which I had aleady done and so now I'm being pushed around to each company just to get it resolved. Will never be buying from stack social again.
I found that dealing with the support staff at StackSocial to be one of the most straight forward experiences that I have had online. I dealt with Desmond who through his support emails was very understanding of my predicament and quickly moves to solve the problem.
After 2 months of going back and forth with a stacksocial in getting a refund or exchanging th dash cam for one with an english menu, nothing was done. I will never buy anything from StackSocial ever. No refund and no exchanges. Really bad customer service. Will be reporting them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to file a formal complain so other consumers will not go thru what we went thru.
I purchased course-ware by responding to a discount offer from TNW (The Next Web). Being a first-time user of TNW and StackWare, I needed help accessing the delivered product. Contacting Support Hero from the StackWare website resolved my questions overnight with no hassle. All is working smoothly now and the course-ware (Raspberry PI 3 Training Bundle) looks to be well worth the investment.
Their customer service is fantastic! I needed help with getting my VPN up and running and they were right on it! The vendor spent as much time as needed with me (probably more than most) and got it working fine! I also received some earbuds that I could not get to pair with my phone. After giving me additional instructions, which I tried to no avail, they shipped me out a replacement pair! Never had to contact them twice.
I don't really reach out to support on websites unless I really have to- for my case I didn't want to especially for the issue I was having, but after contacting support I got a respond within minutes which I wasn't expecting especially after being told support will not reach to you until 1-2 days. Maybe I contacted support on a good day, but I had my issue resolved within an hour which to me is rare. I just want to show my support/love to stacksocial's support and my support hero Desmond :D thank you!
I bought a programming bundle but realised it wasn't really what I wanted. I emailed customer service and they responded with a full refund within an hour. I was really impressed. Because of that experience, I am confident to use the shop again in the future.
This was the BIGGEST waste of money. The product doesn't work. It keeps turning itself off. After repeated conversations with their support, trying everything suggested, basically was told nothing that they can do. What use is a VPN service that won't stay on?
Hello, I had two accounts, needed assistance deleting one. Thank you for your prompt assistance with that.

This site, besides having great products, offers excellent service. They helped me with an issue and I'm very satisfied.
I have purchased quite a few products from Stacksocial. Unfortunately, I recently ordered a Microsoft training course I had already purchased at the end of 2016 - which I had forgotten about. Their Support Heroes quickly sorted me out with a refund.
This is the third time I have had cause to contact Support Heroes. I have always found them to be quick to respond & provide an excellent service.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
