I placed an order but did not receive the invoice or the product. The change was showing on my credit card. Initially Desmond could not find the order. My experience is that it was the result of an user error. Desmond asked for additional information ans was able to correct the problem.
I made a mistake with my e-mail registration, and Desmond of Support Heroes was on the case within five minutes! It was a somewhat complicated fix- I registered my course to the wrong e-mail- but with absolutely no hassle and no time wasted they gave me access to my program and I am on my way to learning! Thanks, you guys!
I purchased a product via stacksocial and the code they had given me was not working due to a vendor issue. They responded right away to my email and we were able to correspond back and forth a few times until the issue was resolved. Felt like I was talking to a friend who wanted to help honestly.
If you buy a course and it doesn't show up in My Courses, kiss that money goodbye. You can fill out the Contact form as many times as you want, it will do no good. Not only will you not hear from a human, you won't even get an email acknowledging that you filled out the contact form.
Toby Run Kenobi quickly swooped in and responded to my shipping issue. The vendor reshipped the item with no hang ups! This level of service is what makes people feel good about doing business online. Thanks again!
My message:
"The serial number (xxxxxxxxx) doesn't work.
I have the error "you entered a SYC2 activation number while using Softorino Converter What can I do about it? "
Just one email and five minutes later response was very quick and effective.
Great.
Companies live or die by their customer support. Even asking the simplest of questions can often plunge someone into a Kafkha-eque nightmare. These folks though? Not the case.
My questions were answered quickly, clearly, and pleasantly. Everything you could hope for when dealing with a company. A specific shout out to me "support hero", Desmond Miles.
IDrop is one of the worst online product sales I've dealth with. For over 2 months I have had issues with inferior/broken products, and now I'm having the hardest time trying to get my money back! Beware.
Ordered my item on March 28th. Now it is May 14th. They keep making empty promises about tracking numbers and they still haven't provided one. I have sent several emails and they have ignored the last few. Not sure how a company can survive like this but I warn people from purchasing anything from them. If you really want to provide great customer service offer a refund or the product and a credit for the inconvenience.
I don't mind paying fifty or even one hundred bucks to actually learn something. However, the linstructors in Stackskills are very irresponsible and only cover tip of iceberg while leaving the rest for you to figure out. The so called instructor in my case is "lazyprogrammer" who seems like a nice guy. My biggest problem is that he is very inexperienced of teaching and he is kinda lazy trying to teach you anything useful.
Bottom line: you will waste both money and time on stackskills. They do not offer real knowledge there.
Purchased what I thought was Oral-B toothbrush replacements. They were some cheap knockoff instead. I contacted them about returning them and asking for a refund but they never contacted me back. Then I got PayPal involved and PayPal didn't do $#*!! I used to like PayPal but they are getting about as scummy as these companies that sell junk like StackSocial. Very disappointed!
I got a great deal on website building/hosting but had an issue 'redeeming' once of the offer codes. Contacted their support and Desmond got back to me really quickly and then went one to fix the issue within a very short time. Great deal and great service.
Stack social had a product for a design bundle that provided a certificate. To keep it short, I bought it thinking I would learn adobe suites and other programs and finish with a certificate in my hand (through e-careers, they're terrible too). Excited I started immediately and soon after learned there is not certificate, which was the core reason for chursaing this particular product, as compared to others. Not to mention they were extremely outdated. Either way I asked for a refund because the product I received was not as advertised. They said no and just pushed me to talk with e-careers, which I had aleady done and so now I'm being pushed around to each company just to get it resolved. Will never be buying from stack social again.
I should have known something was up. Cracked.com was pushing Stack Skills in a very inspirational article, one which the commenters compared to late night infomercials and wow should I took that striking resemblance to mind before I put the money down for this mediocre training. The tutor was horrible at teaching. The slides were uninformative. I had to keep rewinding the videos not to make a lesson stick but to try to understand what was being said at all. I am really disappointed because I thought this would help launch me appropriately into the coding word but alas, it didn't. On to the next one I suppose!
I rarely leave reviews especially unfavorable ones but this company does not have it together and should stop trying to do business online. I have been a consumer advocate for 40 years and I regularly shut down scam companies. Because their departments don't know what each other is doing I am canceling an order and then I may have to take the additional step of canceling that debit card and ordering a new one as well as contacting my attorney. This is very bad business should not occur online nowadays and I cannot recommend this company to anyone else. It is sad when a website captures your debit card information without your consent. That is overall bad business you can find their products cheaper elsewhere and in order to be an astute shopper you need to be careful and not do business with stack social. I was so excited to find their website but now I see too many loopholes and liabilities to feel comfortable ordering from them ever again. Let the buyer beware!
I purchased a wireless charger for iphoneX received it but can not make it work. One quick email later I have been approved for full refund including shipping costs. That is how business should operate. I have been made whole. Thanks
I saw they were offering a DJ so I thought I will give it try and it was awful everything that was in videos you can find for free on DJ TLM youtube page. The instructors offer no feedback when you email questions or samples of your mixes you create. Stay far far away and save your money.
I ordered a set of bluetooth earbuds for mothers day. Shipping stated 3-4 weeks so I had allowed 6 weeks just in case. After 4 weeks I contacted them to find out what was going on. It had been handed on to their 'supplier', yeah right. Still waiting for help and a dispatch notice at the 6 week mark and mothers day is here now, I requested a refund. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with through internet purchases. Never again with Macdeals or Stacksocial.
I did ask you for activation license not promotional code, people up there seems to not understanding nothing about their sells. But in the end after half day waiting I manage to get the license to activate the program.
This is a "flash sale" site. Horrible internet marketing. They don't ship until the "flash sale" is finished. For me that meant 14 days after my order. I didn't know when I ordered, so the delay is on me. Never again will I order from a flash sale site. Just horrible.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
