I purchased a training from Mashable, it was not seeing this in my training list, I contacted Stackskills and got an immediate response, the issue was resolved right away!
Thank Kaine! I can't wait to start this course and look forward to signing up for many more.
I bought a set of magnetic wireless Bluetooth Ear Buds from StackSocial which arrived in working order, but unfortunately not for long. I charged them upon arrival, then got to try them long enough to change out the size of the ear cushions to make them fit my ears comfortably. I did get to listen to one song before I put them away. Next time I took them out to use, they were non functional. I reached out to the customer support department and promptly got a reply. I am happy to say, I have a new set of ear buds on the way. Looking forward to getting them and really getting to try out these ear buds.
The earbuds I ordered fell apart. Barb helped to replace them. The replacements took a while to arrive (not their fault), but when they did, there was some weird stuff on the inside of the package. I emailed her again and my money was refunded. The earbuds themselves would have been cool if they were more robust, but Barb was polite any time I sent a message and I appreciate that.
This is a horrible company. But after 3 weeks, the item was delivered. Originally I thought it was a scam. But the item did come. So if you order from this company, be prepared for a long wait and automated customer service emails. You can't call them.
I ordered a smartphone optical zoom lens from Pocketnow and it arrived defective and in the wrong color. I contacted support and after attempting to contact the vendor they issued me full credit, even though the sale was final. I would give 5 stars for the support, but their vendor screening needs improvement.
I bought a zoom lens for my iPhone on this website. It didn't work very well though. So I wrote them and asked for a refund and they gave me one and were very nice and friendly about the whole process. Very impressed with the company, but not necessarily with the products.
Issue I had was resolved within 20 minutes! What more can I say other than great customer service! I had received a key for a free product, when I tried to activate was told that the key was expired. I was naturally upset at first, but saw an e-mail contact for customer service issues. I was skeptical at first, thinking that I was probably not going to hear back in a timely matter, if at all. I have had to wait up to 4 days to hear back from some customer service e-mails. But not this time, they promptly apologized and had a new key and suggested that I download the latest version of the product from the website, which worked like a charm!
Very good service. I had been refunded for not been accessing for MBA program by Chris haroun. But it was not by mashable but my software issue. However i have resolved it by myself. I have paid back my refunded amount again to mashable. They are wonderful people, responded me on timely manner with proper customer service. Thank you so much
They charge credit card for trial offer even when you do not use it or claim it.
I did order something, and they offered 14 days trial for vault which wasn't used or claimed, and they charge me $99 without permission.
Very bad experience.
I bought an item that was not what I expected in quality and a top notch C. S. agent secured a refund for me. I didn't ask for the refund but the agent knew it was the right thing to do. That's how you run a successful business. You take care of the customer.
Thank you
There's are ethical ways of doing business and down right dishonest ways of doing business. Taking a client's money for software and then keeping the money after the client finds it is not compatible with his computer within minutes of the purchase is a great example of the latter. Customer Service had no interest in rectifying the problem.
I was hopeful about interesting products at fair prices offered by this site. I ordered several products and got a wrong and lesser Set of earbuds than the one that I had ordered and paid for. I promptly notify them through their web portal. The only response I received was a confused response calling me by the wrong name and saying it had been over 30 days since my order when in fact it had been just a few days. I appeal two more times giving my order number and providing all the facts and they just ignored me. I feel cheated and ripped off and would not advise anybody to trust the competency or honesty of this site!
I bought a programming bundle but realised it wasn't really what I wanted. I emailed customer service and they responded with a full refund within an hour. I was really impressed. Because of that experience, I am confident to use the shop again in the future.
I had a problem with an invalid redemption code for my product. I sent and email thinking I might get an answer in a few days. But, in under 4 hours I had a new code and the issue resolved. Very prompt & very polite. Awesome pretty much sums it up.
I purchased what I thought was a three headed charging cord for Apple products. That is not what came. I asked if I could exchange it for the right item. They sent me a shipping label for the return. I returned the item. They refused to make good or refund my money claiming that their client would not do an exchange. So now, they have my cords and my money. Then they kept asking me to give them a good review. I explained my problem again and again. They never addressed my concerns. These guys are not honest brokers. Do not do business with them.
When I was purchasing a PWYW Wordpress bundle, I ended up paying too little and not getting the entire bundle due to a glitch in my browser. However, once I reached out to customer service, they had the issue resolved within 30 minutes. They upgraded me to the full bundle with no stress whatsoever.
I'll definitely be a return customer!
On Nov 27,2017 I ordered a small telescope to give for xmas... xmas came and went. Support had told me that another one had been sent. It too was never heard of again.
Finally on Feb. 13,2018 I was issued a refund. I don't think there was any problem with support. I suspect it was a very dodgy vender. But I probably won't try these guys again.
I found that dealing with the support staff at StackSocial to be one of the most straight forward experiences that I have had online. I dealt with Desmond who through his support emails was very understanding of my predicament and quickly moves to solve the problem.
Today I purchased some online training materials from SS. At checkout, I realized I hadn't entered the cyber-monday promo code and stopped the order in my web browser. After waiting several minutes and not receiving a confirmation email, I was comfortable I had stopped the order in time, and completed the checkout a second time with promo code. As it turns out, I have been billed twice, and customer service refuses to grant me a refund for one of the purchases stating they have a no-refund policy. I can appreciate a no refund policy for online training, but I felt this was an honest mistake, clearly evident as nobody would ever order the same online training twice, within minutes of each other. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this website to anyone.
So sorry to hear about this Rob. We are happy to help make this right! I will send you a PM to get your account details and one of our reps will follow up with you shortly. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Looking forward to getting you taken care of!
I bought a game and had some trouble redeeming the steam key. They provided the solution within the same day with great communication (they first had to verify with their supplier before being able to help me and kept me in the loop through that process).
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
