Sprint is, by far, the worst cell service i have ever used. I do save money, but I have no cell service or text messages in my home, so it is not usable for me. I have high speed Internet and a state of the art router and, still, I can't make calls or send text messages. I am reaching a point where I have to go to another service provider unless ATT steps in and improves the service.
I've been with Sprint for 19 years and never had any problems until they merged with T-Mobile. I just upgraded my phones only because Sprint gave me free iPhone 13 Pro but when I went into the T-Mobile store at 4100 General DeGualle in New Orleans a Ms Hanna over charged me and added a phone line to my account without me being aware and charged me 480 dollars when I should've only paid 70 dollars after checking my receipt and looking over my agreement they put my signature on the 3rd phone line like I purchase a new line. I can't wait to return to that store because they all are COLD busted and I'm filing a complaint people always check your purchases never trust no one to do the right honest thing.
Sprint and T-Mobile are the absolute worst carriers in the US. Not only do the reps in the store lie to make their store money, corporate just keeps ignoring. If you value your time or money you will avoid this company at all cost
I had sprint for 4 years love have them tell on day I paid my account online with a family members credit card it was his half of the bill I was trying to paid 40.00 to the bill instead sprint took out 360.00 out of his a account I was mad call sprint and told them they made a mistake I was on the phone with someone for 3 hours till she said I will make sure u get ur money back in ur account. I had 6 line with sprint now they email me ask if I will go back to them after this happened to me.
I have been with them for years and now have 10 lines and will be switching due to the worst customer service of any company I can think of! They promise things, good deals for the life of the phone line and then add charges back on and say oh well. Then I recently climbed the chain to get some of the added back on charges fixed and they were going to do a monthly credit to compensate. Of course they did not and I am now on hold again and missing an hour of my life I can't get back. They will waste your time and efforts over and over again! This is coming for someone that has been with them probably around 15 years. Go with a different company!
They have steadily become more difficult to work with. You can't pay your bill in cash at a store without a cash payment fee of five dollars for one. And they don't handle any problems in the store. They direct you to call the customer number. Seems rude. They say they handle repairs but they send the item out most of the time and they won't exchange faulty equipment any longer like they used to at a store. Maybe it's all so to the T-Mobile merger. I don't know but it's annoying.
Ok, i really despise sprint. A few years ago i ordered my phone and got a two year contract. Well probably a year later i added some more minutes and bought a different phone, full price $300. Well after my contract was suppose to be up (past 2years) i tried to cancel my service to get ATT and an iphone. The rep says, you still have over a year left on your contract.
Long story short, when you change your plan or add a phone, they automatically renew your plan. What a load of BS.
Never again!
In store they do not fudge the truth, they do not talk around the facts - they flat out tell bold faced lies. You sign up based on these lies and you have to sign SO MANY documents to complete the process that you are too brain fatigued to catch all the fine print. I was fully aware that we were paying a monthly lease to eventually own the 5 new phones. But the promotional pricing on the service expires six months before the lease payments are payed out so now for 6 months 5 lines is going to cost us $420+ per month - I included a screenshot of all the times I tried to resolve multiple billing problems via SprintChat customer service.
My favorite phone service company sprint has been very successful and they been giving the best service ever since i been with sprint i havent had a problem about my service acting up, i have unlimited texting and calling with my monthly plan which is only 50 dollars is just WOW you literally cant complain about that... Switch to Sprint people
Sprint is the worst with customer service. Their site is ok but the business sucks at best. When you start getting too high in your data usage, they will begin throttling your service. You'll notice because your service will get slow, you'll start dropping calls, and your messages will all come in late. It happens all of the time to me.
I have gone through this website and found some good collections mobile phones and tablets. I wanted to buy one good quality mobile phone and it was available in their website for an affordable rate. I received the product very late, I waited for too long but no complaint for my phone till now.
Having been with sprint for approximately 20 years it's most definitely time to leave. Terrible service, terrible customer service. I was put on hold for the answer to a question I had just asked, but couldn't hear. Instead of repeating the answer I got, hold please. REALLY? And the music was as terrible as everything else. I literally muted the music it was so bad. I'd rather keep checking for a human, than listen to crap music. Sprint, you are terrible. Quit pocketing your billions and hire qualified personnel! I'd give zero stars if I could.
The Sprint Complete through Asurion is a total scam. They do not honor the services and only want to provide the highest cost options. Will not honor the screen repair and customer service is a disgrace. Shame on Sprint/TMobile for falsely advertising this protection plan.
I've been with sprint for over 6 years and I'm done at this point. PLEASE don't waste your time. I returned a phone and have been being charged for it for a few months. I was informed that it may just be sitting in the warehouse and may have not been processed yet and here I am, about to make another payment on a phone that I don't have.
Poor Customer Service, Poor Reception, Poor Network. Failure to follow up with me after I spent over 20 minutes explaining the following issues, billing, poor reception, dropped calls and troubleshooting. After a week and half I called back to follow up and was told the phones were not switched to the 6 month plan so we can keep the phone. The agent said she updated the plan and backdated to September and the 6th payment will be in February 2020 along with a credit.
We were told 25 dollars a line with a free galaxy 9 with start of new service... we switched and now our bill is over 200 a month. Wtf I call and they say we pay 50 a month per phone for a leased phone wtf it was supposed to be free... then one line is 65 other is 45... what the hell is going on now its locked in for 2 years. We paid 50 a month before biggest mistake ever!
Yesterday was the 2nd time in about 6 months that my phone completely stopped working. It had the wrong time and I could not access the internet. I called tech support, and he gave me a number to reboot my phone. I pay too much money to Sprint for this terrible phone service. This is my fault, because I should have left them years ago. Because, the service was unacceptable from the onset.
I like Sprint, I mean I don't see much of a difference with the big carriers, they all lock you into some kind of contract. Sprint never drops my calls, so that is why I like them, their data package is some what reasonable so I like them. I have been with them for 10 years, so I guess they must be doing something right.
I had been a customer since 2002 and never had a big bill in 16 yrs then all of a sudden 700+ phone bill and no explanation... so I went to someone better and cheaper. We love it and the money they are trying to collect I've paid that over the past 16yrs so Bye Felicia
I have been a long time customer of Sprint. Im talking 15 years long time. They have good customer service when it comes to needing a payment arrangment etc, but when it comes to taking care of their long time customers, they suck! Literally everything is catered to brand new customers. Sometimes that makes me want to find a new carrier. I guess being with them for so long I just stick with it, but it gets old every time you are up for a renewal. Their prices are high as well, but I have heard they are cheaper than some carriers. My coverage is pretty good unless I am at my moms in a small town about an hour from where I live. I get no service at all out there. If Sprint would take care of their current long time customers, they would have a 5 star review!
Answer: Yep. It is such a SCAM! THEY BEG U TO ACTIVATE UR DEVICE
Sprint has a rating of 1.4 stars from 185 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Sprint most frequently mention customer service, several times and last month. Sprint ranks 231st among Mobile Phones sites.
