Bad customer service got hung up on quite a lot. I hate that even you pay for insurance the deductible still costs a lot. Think twice before you sign up for a 2 year agreement. For me, when the 2 years is up, I'll be looking for a new provider.

When you call Sprint customer service you would be lucky to get an idiot. More often than not you get a moron, who will then thank you for being a sucker to use the world's worst phone service. Yes, it is cheap, but is it worth the aggravation? If you think so then you are the idiot, not Sprint.

Very bad service!

The sprint store at 15 and sooner rd. In Del City, Ok. Is a joke. They want to say the assist wireless store next door is a bunch of crackheads, so what does this make them? T The monkey they have at the top of the tree holding the transmitter might need to be fed a few more bananas!

I made a big! Huge! Mistake in trying the 5 phones for what was stated by Sprint $100.00. And two of these really was not used! This was a scam! Allot of the people they have working at there stores and over the phones lie! And lie! To continue this scam! Every bill was over $200.00 or more! And they even cut off phones after a payment was made! They sent me a bill after I payed off the contract! For the amount I was told to pay, to end contract! They wanted me to pay more after contract cancellation, amount I refused to pay. I really feel the people that work for this company should take in account that God don't like ugly lies! You Shall Reap what you Sow, in Jesus Christ name.

This is a disgusting company! Communication is terrible! The workers are stupid! They made an erroneous deposit of money and still have not returned the money to us. I do not recommend this company and this connection to anyone! We have suffered a lot with them!

They keep taking money out my account when I didn't tell them to. I turned off my service and they continue to charge me. 171 more dollars. I will never go back to sprint

From top to bottom the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not one customer service rep did what they told me they would do. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Don't waste your time nor your money. I have emails to back up there lack of service.

No value placed on the customer. It doesn't matter how much money you have paid them over a 2 year plus contract. The only customer service they provide are what their software templates provide. No human insight considered at all. All sites that have consumer reviews for Sprintt have one star. They do not allow you to speak to a supervisor, which is ridiculous. They are not above lying to you to deny your request and do not show any concern if you mention going to another service provider. This company is so heavily outsourced that you never speak to someone in the United States unless you go into a store. Take American jobs and show us no care whatsoever. I've found better customer service at a fast food restaurant with a bill totaling less than five dollars. Don't pour money into this company no matter how good the price is because you will pay for it in service. You get what you pay for.

Dont join sprint! I canceled my lines and turned in all my phones but some how they are still trying to charge me for 3 phones! 2 which where already turned in and one which was my friends that she still has!$630 and they never transferred the money to her line instead they kept it all on my line so now I have $1280 in collections!? Ruined my credit! They wont help me out! They said its alresdy in collections that they cant do anything! Big scam! Dont join! No way Im paying that when I should be paying nothing! Thanks sprint you jerks!

Awful company
April 28, 2021

Offered me two promotions last year and have not honored either of them. Bill has been wrong every month and today they said you were never eligible for a promotion and theres nothing we can do. I joined a contract with them under false pretenses and they have treated me as if I were a liar or stupid ever since. Awful company, will get out as soon as I can.

I had different amounts due every month. I had a senior plan maybe they think they can take advantage of the elderly. I switched to Tello great service and only $29.00 a month.

Order two phones from Newegg for Sprint service a month and half ago. I never had the chance to setup a pin and they won't give me my pin over the phone. They said they would mail it and I never received the mail, only to call back and be told I need to go into a Sprint store. I went into a sprint store and was told I had to go to a Corporate Store to get that which is over an hour away. I called again and they promised to mail the pin. I have asked them to text it, asked if I could verify my social and almost anything just to get that pin over the phone. I have an easier time dealing with insurance companies and banks than sprint. Not to mention I just had to pay a 320 bill over the phone because I never received a bill and can't get online. As a new customer I'm furious!

Well needless to say we started in the month of April 2021 they said at the beginning that is going to be an 18-month contract for three phones and three phone lines so this month of October of 2022 should be 18 months. We did have two replacement phones in between October of no scratch that July of 2021 to October of 2021. They forget to tell you that that restarts your whole contract over so instead of you thinking October of 22 is your last month of your payments they sit there and tell you you have another 6 months more worth of $200 a month payments for three phone lines. Now, what is the point in paying the $50 replacement fee for two phones which is $100 and you pay insurance of $10 a month for each phone which is $30 a month on top of your normal $150 a month payment for three phone lines. They lie to you there is no point on paying insurance for a phone if you have to order a replacement that they're just going to restart your whole contract over but do not tell you that do not ever go to this company they will rip you off blind I will never go back to this company the second that I can pay my phones off I will be done with this company and this company can kick rocks!

Tmoblie Sprint took 500.00 off my daughter credit card without authorization. Can not tell us why they took the money! One person said it would be right back on her card another one said 3-5 days. Than one person said it cannot be REFUNDED! They never said they needed money for anything! Now we call and tell the situation to they put us on hold and never come back! They are horrible! Run from these companies

I have had Sprint for 2 years now. Prior to having the new 4gLTE phone I had the HTC 4g phone. The 4g phone did have much better service so Sprint sent me a box that increased your signal. It worked unless there was a cloud in the sky. I am tired of Sprint. Our bill exceed $245 a month and I am getting non-stop dropped calls. I would never ever again recommend this service to anyone.

Disappointed

I pay monthly for insurance.
My phone needs repair.
Ive been to the Service Centers.
An ALL DAY Horrible experience at each, left with the same phone untouched.
The Insurance is a Total Rip Off!
The Service Centers are a waste or time

Switch to sprint to try them out biggest mistake ever. They screwed my bill up and put me on wrong plan. For 5 days called customer care 1 to 2 hours on phone each time. They promise me the problem was taken care of each time told me it take 24 hours to show the correct. The problem after 6 days still not reslove. I lefy sprint and will never go back

I was in the sprint store in Mesquite, Texas. I simply needed a phone cover. I was told by the manager, as it turns out, that I had to upgrade just to get a new phone cover. I have been with sprint for over 15 years. I realize this seems trivial, but it shows the lack of integrity by the entire company. PLEASE... PLEASE... PLEASE... DO NOT USE SPRINT. This is but a small example of their character, or lack of it. Sprint is horrible. They hate their customers. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. I will as soon as I pay off the hundreds of dollars that I spent on their devices after I have spent thousands over the years. Sprint is dishonest and will steal from you. Absolutely, no integrity. My latest example is just one of many. I tried to reach them, but somehow their system is always "unavailable".

I have been talking with customer service every single month since January. I closed my account last January and they keeping send me bills in relation with the account. I have all the screen shots of the conversation with Sprint and in all the conversations they apologized and promised to me to solve the problems and nothing happen. This month I received a letter from collection in relation with the debt, I tried to call them and the number provided for the collection company does not exist. Of course I will not pay a debt rhat I not have and if they continue I will sue the company. This is unacceptable. This is the worst company in the US.
