No value placed on the customer. It doesn't matter how much money you have paid them over a 2 year plus contract. The only customer service they provide are what their software templates provide. No human insight considered at all. All sites that have consumer reviews for Sprintt have one star. They do not allow you to speak to a supervisor, which is ridiculous. They are not above lying to you to deny your request and do not show any concern if you mention going to another service provider. This company is so heavily outsourced that you never speak to someone in the United States unless you go into a store. Take American jobs and show us no care whatsoever. I've found better customer service at a fast food restaurant with a bill totaling less than five dollars. Don't pour money into this company no matter how good the price is because you will pay for it in service. You get what you pay for.
