The reviews seem to be not that good to work for this service. Yet, it semms more than the company itself does allow all this bad experience happen. I'd better look for another company as I'm not ready to take risks...

I was in the sprint store in Mesquite, Texas. I simply needed a phone cover. I was told by the manager, as it turns out, that I had to upgrade just to get a new phone cover. I have been with sprint for over 15 years. I realize this seems trivial, but it shows the lack of integrity by the entire company. PLEASE... PLEASE... PLEASE... DO NOT USE SPRINT. This is but a small example of their character, or lack of it. Sprint is horrible. They hate their customers. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. I will as soon as I pay off the hundreds of dollars that I spent on their devices after I have spent thousands over the years. Sprint is dishonest and will steal from you. Absolutely, no integrity. My latest example is just one of many. I tried to reach them, but somehow their system is always "unavailable".

I have been talking with customer service every single month since January. I closed my account last January and they keeping send me bills in relation with the account. I have all the screen shots of the conversation with Sprint and in all the conversations they apologized and promised to me to solve the problems and nothing happen. This month I received a letter from collection in relation with the debt, I tried to call them and the number provided for the collection company does not exist. Of course I will not pay a debt rhat I not have and if they continue I will sue the company. This is unacceptable. This is the worst company in the US.

What a HUGE mistake!

I was tired of paying big money for Verizon even though the Service was excellent! I switched because I fell for The Sprint vs. Verizon advertising claim! What a joke. The rep told me that Sprint would pay my last Verizon bill, told me they could switch over all my contacts, told me I'd get a $50 rebate on first bill etc. etc. Etc. All BS! Was told several things that weren't true. The signal is terrible. I lose signal all the time and I live in a city with a population of over 130,000. With several big cities nearby. I would hope their signal would be close to as good! NOT! When I am talking it sounds like i'm in a tunnel half the time! All I can say Is don't do it! You'll regret it! Sure you get Unlimited Talk Text 10 GB and free Hotspot. If it dosent work half the time what are you really getting? SCREWED, that's what!

Active Duty/Veterans beware!

Today I opened up my bill to see once again that Sprint has removed my husbands veteran status and his ability to get his veterans discount. I had this two other times. They will not go back and reimburse you the discount they stole, nor will they do ANYTHING about it as the lady told me today. We just suck it up. Sprint requires you to go on line and reaffirm you are a veteran or lose the discount. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran as determined by the VA. HELLLOOOOO, his status as a "Veteran" doesnt change! So why the reaffirming his status? The only reason I can think of is to grab more money. We have had to be on Sprints plan as we were stupid to buy the overpriced phones through them. NEVER again. After next month, I am free from this company.It is obvious to me that they do NOT care about their customers, especially military/veterans

I have been with Sprint for about three years. I previously was with T-Mobile for 19 years. The only reason I made the switch was that I moved and T- Mobile did not have a strong signal in my area.
What an ordeal with Sprint! First I had to make an appointment about an hour away to get signed up. I brought with me, my husbands DD214 to get his military discount, and proof I paid my T-Mobile disconnect charges so that I could get "reimbursed for the disconnection". What a joke! Instead of getting reimbursed for the total, I got a nightmare. It took almost SIX months to get reimbursed and to get the military discount. In that time, I made 3 round trips to the store, made many calls trying to get things right. They kept losing the paperwork! When they finally shipped the matter to the upper food chain, I finally got the military discount for that month= but not for the back months! I also did not get refunded the disconnect fees I paid. I instead got 3 visa cards that you are charged each time you use it. Each of them was $100. They also had a short time frame to use them of like 90 days or they would expire. My son never used his in that timeframe and we lost the $100. I believe we did use one of the cards, but certainly did NOT get the full amount of the disconnect fees. I decided to ignore the issue of the disconnect fees for I didn't want to spent another 6 months trying to get that fixed and all the headaches. As if they didn't screw us enough, they stopped giving my husband his discount. When I called in to ask why, I was told he has to go one line about every 90 days and renew the fact he is a veteran.( a 100 percent disabled veteran). Now, I know things change in life, you get another job, etc. but I am VERY sure that my husbands status will never change, even though it would be great if he suddenly was not 100% disabled. In any case, he will always be a VETERAN! I called them on this matter and all I got was lip service of " I am sorry" and of course my husband got on the phone and things got a little "ugly". About a month later after posting on another website, I got a call from a woman saying she was " upper management. She said she would rectify the situation and that she would see he got his discount and would get it retroactive for the time he didn't get it and would get the cards reissued. I thought this was being ironed out. WRONG! Called today because I got no bill and the bill is due in 6 days... didn't see any credit for the discount he didn't get= nor any replacement cards. It has been 2 months since she and I spoke... Is this the way they treat all their customers- screwing them to make an extra dollar or two? I am beginning to think it is. I forgot to add that I had a month were somehow shorted the bill about $20. ( I paid $200+...) They sent disconnect text to my husbands phone. He does not text-he uses his phone only to make calls. Rather than add it to the next months bill- they cut the service for $20! They owe you money, hell will freeze over before they think of giving you a refund, but let you owe them- no service, even though they OWE him overall for the back discounts and the disconnect fees we paid for T- Mobile. I am seriously looking to go back to T-Mobile at the end of my contract in the next 3 months with a booster they will install in my home, cut my losses, and chalk up the whole ordeal to being dumb enough to even go with Sprint in the first place!

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! Very aweful customer service, their 30 day guarentee is B. S. and their "4G" internet is slow! I was approached by a representive in a best buy soliciting this clear nonsense. Well I've learned my lesson.

Wow I just want everyone to know that Brenda and Stephanie at the sprint store in Tracy on Naglee Rd. ROCK! I went in and the customer service was the best I have ever received. All my questions were answered and I feel the customer service was over and beyond. In my career I deal a lot with the public and these two employees I really hope are recognized by Sprint. I would hire them in a heart beat! Anyway my experience was awesome and I would recommend anyone to go to that sprint store. Brenda and Stephanie thank you so much for a wonderful experience. So most phones suck

My telephone service was canceled by my stepson I've been two and a half months trying to get it back on now they want me to pay off my full contract almost $400 which is the biggest scam ever and not put me back on my budget I never canceled my service beware this is nothing but a rip off they refuse to contact me and talk to me about my service I contact them several times they got enough to make a freaking book I have never been disappointed in a phone service in my life do not get a mobile phone service from Sprint

I have been with sprint for past 15 years had old employee account and dealing with their customer service is the worse I can explain. I been calling them for past three months had problem not receiving my bill in mails today after been on hold 45minutes talked to customer service Chriscle then been transferred to supervisor Evares, that he was very rude and un professional, they put you through loops and he hang up.

Worst cell company
November 9, 2019

Ever since I upgraded my phone in Sprint store in Cali in 2017, I have had nothing but problems. 1st of all the leases were put on the wrong phones. 2nd after the fires in 2017 one of the phones burned in the fire along with my family's house and they continued to charge me for 4 phones when I only had 3.3rd my bills have increased from 180 to 351. Because they are always finding some way to get more $$$ from me. I have called and chatted with customer service for years and all they do is mess things up more! I ask them to make changes to my bill to lower the monthly bill but guess what it never truly gets lowered. So apparently my bill is 174 without taxes, with taxes it 211, I'm still paying a ton of money for nothing but horrible reception and horrible cell service and the most horrific customer service I have dealt with. Their "taxes" is just their way of secrecy stealing more from you. I'm done with Sprint!

I had sprint for many many many years before I recently switched away. Their customer service wasn't the best. They made me wait for hours on the phone to get anyone to help. The great things about Sprint were the reliability and it is definitely affordable.

My phone was stolen and when I called to file a stolen phone and file to the insurance found out that the sprint company accidentally took my insurance off so I could not get my phone replaced. Then they tell me that I have to buy a new phone so I did because I have been dealing with this for a week and nothing. So I order a new phone that I had to pay full price again. So I make my order and when it is to be delivered they get the address wrong and they try to say that UPS got the info wrong. So I called sprint again than they said they would send the information to UPS with the correct address and call UPS in two hours so I did. UPS again told me they never received any correction of address and they could not make any changes per Sprint request. So I call Sprint again and same process all day and still they can not get it correct. Help me they are idiots. Do not get sprint bad customer service and no one in that organization knows what they are doing.

Horrible

This company is full of hidden fees and unreliable service. I have NO signal at my house and can only use the phone if it is connected to my wifo. Their customer service team is rude and unhelpful. I would NEVER recommend this compny to anyone.

Ive never delt with such an unprofessional and blantantly dishonest company. Im going to keep this short and to the point because I have far to many stories to share in this review. Service is roughly a 3 out of 10. Im constantly having to update my network when driving around town, my calls dont come in a third of the time and my messages get blocked until Im connected to some form of WiFi. Yet Im suppose to pay $188 a month for service? Calling into their customer service center is a nightmare, representative dont understand what your asking, they transfer you to a bunch of unnecessary department and plenty of the agents hangup on you. The information they tell you is never right, and you cant get high enough in the chain of command to actually get help with an issue you have. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Disappointed

I was with verizon for 12 years. Thought by stwitching i would get a good deal. So so dissapointed. The customer service sucks. I pay twice as much for the same service. Way to much. I regret the change. Dont do it!

If you want a provider that is what other carriers WERE 15 years ago than Sprints for you! The reason why theyre so cheap is because thats just what they are! NO coverage! I switched from another carrier after being with them for 14 years just because Sprint was offering the best deals. Worst decision EVER and I have huge regrets! You get what you pay for with Spint which is NOTHING!

Customer service went down to none Since they moved their customer service to Philippines.
Now lots of problems with billing with repairs customer service are liars They don't do their job, It is nothing but headache I advise you to stay away.

Boost mobile is sprint and the customer service is worst than trump! Were called n words ignorant and dumb. Outside that they activated my phone in customer service if i hadnt called to figure out why text message didnt work id never know it was activated incorrectly. Long story short a sprint rep found and fixed my issue she sd ill give u 10 dollar credit so when bill due i tried to get them to give the credit they got rude beligerent everybody is they own boss 1 guy sounded high and kept slurring and then kept speaking foreign then sd hes black after i sd u cant talk to me any kind way i want your supervisor he sd he is the supervisor kept talking gibberish and to me rudely slurring like hes drunk then hangs up. We spend our money too and ive been with yall 12 yrs but thanks best believe im getting a lawyer and new provider. Hire american cuz this arrogant ignorance from wherever is just crap! N issues still not resolved!

As a long standing customer, one would expect to be treated with respect and see some signs of appreciation BUT that is not the case. I have tried to get one bright rep. In the last two years and it is impossible. I had two morons try to assist me last night and once again, I received no answers. I am the victim of a stalker/harasser and yet they do nothing to assist me. Try discussing legal matters with them and they become the dumbest individuals on the planet. I think the "hold" music was brighter than they were. I hope you never have a problem with them because they cannot understand a damn thing. I was on hold (several times,) hung up on (twice) and received no answers regarding my situation. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SO CALLED "COMPANY."
