I called spectrum to get internet service, they said i was in an serviceable address, they charge my credit, then three days later told me i wasn't in a serviceable address, then i tried to get my refund back, they claimed they didn't have, i had the email from showing it came out of my bank, so i did a dispute with my bank and got my money back at once.

I had internet with streaming installed Tuesday 31 afternoon I had to had my daughter set it up yesterday on Saturday after working a 12 shift at the hospital. I still haven't been able to watch local channels. Customer service was no help that emailed me instructions that were for someone that new how to download.

This business (Spectrum) is a company that is after your money. They make you think they care about the customers but the main objective is money. When I started with them I paid $77 for internet and TV after 1 year it went to $127 after the 2nd year(now) I pay $244 for the same service which includes constant booting of Dvr, I have exchanged boxes 4 times. Serious breaks in internet service. I plan to search for new service today. Save your money don't choose Spectrum not a good service

They hookup unnecessary equipment and hook it up to tv with apps inside already and charge for it and go up twice in a year. Was the 79th person to get cable in Birmingham and have never been un hooked. They sent me down a rabbit hole for people like me on foodstamp, Medicare and Medicaid and it was a joke. SPECTRUM says they help communities, Bull. Only enough to show on tv.
THEIR TV. If they REALLY WANT TO DO SOMETHING, HELP THOSE ON DISABILITY AND ASSISTANCE. IM A VET AND RETIRED NURSE AND CANT HELP MY FIXED INCOME BEING 100%DISABLED AND TAKING CARE OF MY 86 YEAR OLD MOTHER.
DO SOMETHING SSD'S PECTRUM. PUTTING YOUR NAME ON N. V A 1800 NUMBER WOULD BE A GOOD START.

Worst experience of my life with a service provider! I called before I purchased the property that we built our new home on. I was told, it's just down the street, won't be a problem to install at your new address! Well not so much! The house is almost done, and the line is 1500 feet away. I will have to pay 13k to have it installed at my new home! Really? Had I known that I would not have bought this piece of land! I work from home and I need internet! Now I can find any other providers. DONT believe what they tell you!

Charter Spectrum internet service on speed has been on the decline for years and for their inability of their customer service/technical team service to resolve either speed or service issues such as billing. They are known for sending a tech team to fix issues temporarily by adjustment of switches and cables at the boxes outside residential houses and also at their data centers. Even that is short lived for a few days since they have someone restore to back to square one, creating more headaches for the consumer. The FCC needs to step up and revisit Charter as well as other providers. Charter needs to reduce their prices and step up their internet speeds. They offer gigayte service but actually provides 400 mps as an example. They also dont update or upgrade their modems and routers when they step up on internet speeds.

If you are lucky enough to have other options for ANY services this lousy outfit offers then go with the OTHERS! There's not enough room to list all the trouble I've had w/ spectrm! The charges kept going up up up! I called to cancel the tv since they kept cutting # of channels & charging more & more and more! When I called to cancel & FINALLY got a human to answer, the "representative " told me that he could drop the cost to what is offered new customers. You'd think the longtime customers would get a break ANYWAY - but NOOOO! STUPIDLY I agreed to that and he also told me the price would be "good" for a year & if I wanted to keep that price I would need to call & "renew" it. Should've known I was being LIED TO... AGAIN! The 1st bill after that conversation was NOT discounted- in fact it had increased by $40! But I thought maybe the lower bill would be on the NE XT month bill. Guess what-NOPE! I just now got off the phone after being on it an HOUR to cancel the tv. An HOUR! I asked the "representative " why I had been offered the discount 2 months before but never got it. I was put on "hold... for the umpteenth time while she supposedly asked a "supervisor"although I don't think there's anything "super" about ANY of them! She was told to tell me that none of that conversation about lowering my bill was in their poorly kept notes. I was also told that when the tv & internet service had been out for 2 days a month ago spectrum would credit my account for those 2 days. But, again they have "no record of it". They don't keep records of when there are outages? What kind of a Mickey mouse outfit IS THIS? I apologize! MICKEY MOUSE is the star of a REAL company- not a blood sucking piece of limp wires& morons like the ones who operate spectrum. Those commercials they have showing happy happy workers & happy happy customers are propaganda! Just read the REAL reviews from REAL customers- not the ones they pay people to give! Thank God for Roku tv & the "chips"!

Thank god for TMobile! I absolutely hate Spectrum! If you have Spectrum and hate it too, check to see if you can get TMobile. When I cancelled my internet service, Spectrum would not give me a prorated credit. It is actually written on the bottom of the billing statement that they won't prorate it! That is so shady! Prior to that I cancelled my mobile service with them too and they didn't cancel one of the phone numbers under the account and kept billing me for 5 months! They wouldn't give me my money back for that either. How do you have a record of a phone call from me and a record that I cancelled a mobile service on one line, but don't believe me that I cancelled the secondary (non primary) line? This company is a bunch of thieves and I am so glad that I don't have to be limited to them for internet anymore. I am going to post this review where ever I can including the BBB site.

SPECTRUM IS A CROOKED BUSINESS, BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT. THEY CHANGE THE NOTES IN THEIR LOGS TO JUSTIFY THEIR CHARGES. IF YOU DO NOT PAY THEY WILL SEND IT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU AND BY PASS A COLLECTION AGENCY TO NOT GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES. I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A LAWYER... I NEVER EVER USED THEIR SERVICE AND HAD TO PAY $192.00... I STILL WOULD SPEND THE TIME TO GET THESE CROOKS IF I COULD...

Came home after being away four months. None of the TV's worked. Called and was told a cable box shuts down after 3 weeks if not used! Must be replaced. Can't be reset over phone. CRAZY! Made appt. For today. No show. Called and was told appt. Has been changed to tomorrow - no explanation or notification of why it was changed. Horrible customer service!

We have a landline and internet with Spectrum for our business and it's been a disaster. The landline is never working right, and to get a technician is a major issue for them. The customer service is horrible and they certainly don't care about resolving any technical issue. In the last 2 weeks our landline has been down twice and the way how they handled the situations -is simply horrible. Run away!

This IS THE worst cable service I have ever had. It is the only provider where I live and they know it and they jack up their rates while their service becomes increasingly worse and worse. I can't wait to move so I can rid myself forever of this crappy company. If you can avoid living where they provide service, I recommend you try very hard to live where you can get Dish-who by leaps and bounds are a superior company to use. I HATE SPECTRUM!

My desire to see spectrum go out of business due to their incompetence and their illegal activities. The's. They say that there are a cellular service provider yet I went with them for a month and can never get a call out. They laughed in my face when I called them to complain over the phone. They do not provide the service that they say they will. They are the bottom of the barrel with regard to cellular providers. I am hoping that the federal government will get involved and will make them give up their license for business here in the United States. Trying to do business with them was a nightmare. Again, I did not have service. No service. Fail. Fail

Customer service rep didn't address the issues i was having but his kept rambling on his sales pitch to purchase a new phone when i only had mine for 6 months. The service sucks to say the least. Decided to go back to TMobile. Would never recommend Spectrum for anything. Only heard other customers complaining about service issues while there and lack of help from store reps.

As a business owner, avoid doing business with this company (if you can). Their marketing messaging and small print differ and their internet services are way over priced and typically overkill for SMBs. Not worth it.

After getting feed up with Spectrums ever changing billing schemes, horrible customer service and deceptive sales tactics, I switched to streaming. It's been about a year since I terminated my Spectrum cable service and it's been wonderful! With Hulu & Bally Sports I have access to live TV shows, movies and sporting events like I did with Spectrum, BUT FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE OF SPECTRUM. Do yourself a favor, life is hard enough as it is, you don't need the ongoing aggravation that comes with Spectrum. Streaming is the way to go, you get what you pay for and your cost is the same each month!

Money Stealers

Stole a month worth of money in advance when cancelled because of moving when we were told we wouldn't get charged. Ridiculous. Don't use they'll steal your money when you aren't even using their internet. Then give you attitude when you call upset that they stole your money.

My husband and I purchased two Iphone 13 cell phones yesterday 5/16/22 and had the best customer service experience ever! Her name is Royalty Knight@ your ******* Olive Blvd. Store in Creve Coeur, Mo. *******.

She is gold! This young woman needs to climb higher in your organization, for sure. Intelligent, great personality, very genuine person, and had answer for all our questions. It took longer than we expected, but Royalty made the whole experience worth every bit of our time.

Fraud dept manager I was never treated this way from a dumb manager I was told some one called and canceled my service and she would not turn back on till I went in a store the next day and if I didn't like find someone else and keep telling me what ever I hung up on this $#*!.
