I like this bed very much as it is very sturdy and the material used to manufacture this bed is of amazing quality. I used the king size mattress which i purchased from you before. It is very comfortable and durable. I purchased this for my living room and the most important reason for my liking is that every member of my family enjoyed the experience. I ordered a sofa, recieved it within a week. I was so excited to get home to the couch, open all the boxes to find no hardware or legs. How disappointing, I looked through every crack, every inch of the couch to still find no hardware! Then I emailed them about the missing hardware and then they told me to look again in an area that has a Velcro that contains the hardware and legs. Still none! So then they sent me what was supposedly missing and then it's still missing hardware! No words, I'm upset and I'm sitting on a couch with the other side not assembled. Never again!

This is a very comfortable mattress. The size is appropriate as desired. In the beginning, when i received the mattress i was a little upset as there was an odd smell coming out and i called the customer support team. I was informed to air out the mattress for 48 to 72 hours and i did it. Too my happiness, it really worked and odd smell was nowhere. Other than that there were no issues. Looking at the design and look of the chaise, i felt that it is not at all expensive and ordered it immediately for my small space... However, i was concerned about the quality at the same time and too my surprise; the tufted button, wooden legs and quality of the material is very good... Looks luxurious and expensive... Worth for the money...

Very good sofa. It is very comfortable and material used is very good. It looks sturdy. I guess it will work for long time. It is very sober and classy look-wise. Design of the sofa is ultimate. Cushion provided are of very good quality. Cushions can be made slightly thin and flexible so that it can be used to support back. Overall sofa is very good in quality must buy product.

I was skeptical due to some of the other reviews that I read but the couch we got was a steal and was delivered safe and sound in TWO DAYS. Very impressed. I bought Nikki Contemporary Space-Saving Loveseat from sofamania. When I first received the order, the legs were missing. I called sofamania and they sent me the legs.

I ordered Nikki Contemporary Space-Saving Loveseat from Sofamania. I received my order Friday 26th of July 2019. When I opened the box I saw the legs were missing. So I called them and told this missing part.
They told me they will ship the legs, but I haven't received till now.
Also there is a problem in this loveseat. The back part about 1 inch shorter. So you cannot install back part with left and right arms. So you cannot install back, right and left arms and bottom parts to each other
Don't buy product in sofamania, you will just loose your money.
Buy somewhere you trust.

I ordered sofa last time with right hand side chaise however i recieved the item with left hand side chaise. I was very upset due to this issue but was sure that you will be able to resolve it for me. You proved it by sending me the replacement of the correct part and along with that you shceduled the pick up of the wrong part from my place. That is really very good practice. However, i still wish instead of curb-side delivery everyone prefers delivery at home. Please see if you can bring some changes to the process. Highly recommended products and services!

I was looking for a loveseat in $300-$500 range. I know its not a big money but I was on tight budget. I scrolled dozens of websites and found one on Sofamania! I really liked the sofa, It is comfortable to sit on and not that heavy. I can easily move it around as and when required. Arrived on time and the assembly was easy. This couch was promising, affordable and stylish looking. I feel like I was fooled by Sofamania. Not only were parts broken but the frame of the couch feels like it was literally made out of wooden pallets. You sit on the couch and it feels like those wooden pallets werent cushioned and just covered with fabric. On top of that, the color I ordered was beige and the material is obviously TAN. I'm beyond annoyed. I read reviews and everything just seemed so great. I talked to may of my clients about this company. About how great of a deal I got and how it was super stylist looking (online). I'm so disappointed and even embarrassed that I need to tell my clients it was so poorly made. I better be able to return this item for a full refund.

I am not highly satisfied with the quality of the furniture but you get what you pay for. I ordered this beautiful sactional on Sofamania and waited for it to be delivered, Item arrived in time and was easy to assamble. The color is perfect for my taste, but the fabric is not really what I expected. Overall the product is a good deal for the price and good experience, I am happy with the way they were able to resolve my queries.
