Couches are perfect. Worth what I paid for them, breeze to assamble. I read the reviews and I'm glad I ordered anyways. They are a new business and there is room for improvement, however my experience with them was great!

I am a web designer and I like the way you people have maintened your website, I like the products you showcase however I feel tat there is room for impeovement, you people should try enabling 360 degree view of your products and that would be amazing. You can contact me if you want to get that done :) Shopping furniture online is a tricky and always leaves customers wanting for more. I would really love to see the products in person since images and view can tell you how the product looks but not how it feels, so one has to take chance and I did. I have to say I am impressed, it was all good, from ordering to receiving, assembling and the quality and feel of product. The only issue I faced was with a missing cushions which I found inside the base when told by your customer service team, you should put a note somewhere on the external package as to where to find them. I am happy with my experience with Sofamania and would rate them 4 stars for their efforts.

I was looking for a futon that looked good and is comfortable. I decided upon one in black on Sofamania.com and could't be happier. Delivery was within time frame and Item set up was very easy and it looks great. The length is a bit short, but i am okay with that. I have had a great experience with the customer service team as they were able to reslve my queries in time and professionaly. Overall, I love the product and services! Would recommend Sofamania!

This sofa is very beautiful. It is well packed and arrived on time as promised. Also this sofa is as described in the picture. Size and the holding capacity of the item is as per the requirement. There was just a small issue with the sofa at the beginning, the legs are slanting/bending towards the floor and i was very upset but the team helped me a lot by sending out the replacement of all the legs and did address the situation properly. I am thankful to them and really appreciate their products and services.

I am very excited with my purchase. In a very first look, i like the design and the structure of this chair. As i want to purchase large number of chairs in a designer look at reasonable price, it suits my expectations. I really liked the fabric of the chair and the two support pillows makes it more comfortable and stylish. Easy to assemble the item and it was packed in standard packaging. It is a product which is liked by everyone and highly recommended.

We are finally done with the living room décor, purchased this mid century futon in purple from sofamania and its amazingly gorgeous! Received it in 2 boxes and it took me and my husband around half an hour to put it together. This is my first purchase from them and i was a little skeptical, they have mixed reviews and some of them were terrible, so i called the 800 number to find out, the associate was very professional and cleared my doubts and assured me not to worry, she also helped me with the details of box sizes and weight. They shared the tracking information on the 3rd day of ordering and I received it before the due date, I am happy with my purchase and experience with them.

I had initially booked a Sofa from different shop from their Thanksgiving deal but then cancelled that after choosing this better offer from Sofamania. After 1 month, they cancelled my order without any prior conversation with me, I am left with no Sofa, All the Thanks giving deals are gone and I need to have a Sofa in my house and no way I can get it in Thanksgiving deal rates at any outlets.
Who is responsible for this financial loss of mine?
I don't understand how can they cancel my order just like that,... it is like putting fake deals just to attract customers and cancelling them. If there is no stock then why do they accept orders?

"Packing of mattress is very good., they covered all sides, all edges with hard card bord along with thick poly. Cover and finally packed with plastic gunny bag & stitched very well. I was worried about packaging & transportation before receiving the item, finally the mattress arrived: it is amazing, sleeping is very very comfortable. Spring koils working fine. I observed, i am sleeping 2 hours extra time for my regular sleep. This is a sign of comfortable sleep with a suitable mattress."

I really like the style, color and design of the furniture collection at your store. I ordered one of the sofa as i really like the color of it and the description matches with my requirement. I also called team to know the description of the box as it would be very difficult to bring in through the stairs. Everything was fine when i received my sofa except one thing that truck driver and delivery boy left the item at the leasing/management office as i was not there to collect the delivery and i with the help of my neighbors have to bring it upstairs. Sofa is very nice, Very comfortable and amazing design i would say.

I have purchased this sofa from SofaMania and i really like this product. I was wondering to have leather products in reasonable price. Item was as per the expectations and description. Look of the sofa is modern and the cushions are for ultra comfort. Every part required to assemble the sofa was in the box and packaging was perfect. The chairs I bought from sofamania are comfortable, sturdy, and supportive. Very cute and excellent quality! Delivery was hassel free and they have courteous and smart customer service team. I got 6 chairs, 4 for mine and 2 for kid's room. I like the fact that these are right height and are supportive enough to sit and work for hours. Took me some time to assamble, Other than that these are great. Price is great too! I may buy a couple more!
