My daughter bought a $200 bed online with SOFAMANIA but when she was assembling it, she didn't find all the pieces. She called to complain but they never call her back. After 20 days they told her to send it back in the original package which she didn't have anymore. We still have a new bed with missing parts. We are considering filing a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection.
I really like the material of the sofa as it is so durable and nicely crafted, fabric is also very soft. Also when it arrived, it was well packed! Very easy to carry and set up. It's very nice for the price. It's perfect for the small living room or kids area. My kids also love it.
I hold them full responsibility of losing my shipment for the following reasons:
> 1. On a daily basis, I have checked the status of my order on your website and it does not say that My shipment was shipped.
> 2. I have not received a single email or a call that indicated that you have shipped my sofa. I have checked my junk email and there is not any email from you.
> On the other hand, I always receive you ads.

> 3. If there is a person to blame is the customer support staff that does not update me even with my case and I always need to run after them to ask about my sofa.
The mattress arrived on time and looked exactly as it did on the website. Was easy to put together and the mattress feels likes it pretty good quality. Perfect for what I needed. Thank you so much for this comfortable mattress. Everyone loved it...

I love travelling a lot. Last year, i purchased the "KOLOA MODERN OUTDOOR RATTAN SUMMER SUN LOUNGE CHAIR" from SofaMania and still using it. I purchased this accent chair and ottoman with a purpose and it was fulfilled. However, do want to share that when i received it, one of the hole in the ottoman was not drilled properly and i was very upset with the issue. I called the customer support team immediately as it was the need of an hour that time and they assisted me every possible solution to solve this issue. Though it took some time but issue was resolved with better understanding and complete support of the team. I think, i am dealing with nice company. Everything was perfect except this issue however lovely people to deal with. Thank you!
This recliner is reclining properly and the leather fabric used to materialize feels amazing. When anyone sits on it, it provides such a warmth and relaxation. Though it took some time for me to assemble the recliner but i am happy with the way it is working. I hope this recliner lasts long as we all are habitual to it. Thank you!
I received the mattress on time, thanks to SofaMania. Mattress is very comfortable. Best buy at this price. Quality and comfort is good. This time there was no checmical smell when i took the mattress out from the packaging. My kids love it. Great experience.

I ordered an couch in sky blue color as it matches my living room decor and within 24 hours received an e-mail confirmation with the order details. At that point, i realized i entered the incorrect shipping address and would like that to be corrected before order gets shipped. I immediately responsded back to the same e-mail stating that shipping address needs correction. From thereon till end, everything was sorted by the team in an appropriate manner. The team was supportive and having minute knowledge of the process and product.
The sectional sofa set is excellent, very comfortable, quality, etc. We loved it. Well done Sofamania. And the product packaging was also excellent and also the delivery people are so nice. I wish I can order over the phone, the person I spoke to was helpful and helped me ordering online. I am 62 and have a small frame, this recliner I ordered is light weight and compact, just perfect for me. It is quite comfortable too. Easy to move and to assemble. Cleans easily if you have a kid at home. I am thinking of buying one for girlfriend too.

I love these chairs Very much. The fabric is easily cleaned, they are easy to put together and the style of the chair is quite good. I love them and they look great in the dining room as well as the living room. These chairs came in quality packaging and with clear instructions to assemble it. All of my family members loved it.
Website says the couch will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and they are telling me it will be about 2 more weeks to get in their warehouse and another 7-10 days before I receive it! So total about 8 weeks!
I bought a recliner from Sofamania and the footrest will not go down without getting out of the chair and manually pushing it very hard to close it. It is also crooked. One side sits lower. When I asked about a refund, they want the orginial box (which was trashed and falling apart when we received it) and then a 20% restocking fee! This chair can not be restocked! I will order from Wayfair from now on! My refund from them was no problem at all!

If I could give it negative stars I would. Ciara and Nikki, both terrible people who didn't even try to help me. And upon me telling them I could leave them a bad review Nikki bluntly said "you go do whatever you wanna do". Geee thanks.

The sent me broken sofas 5 times. Had to wait for it for over a month. And now they won't replace the broken piece I have.
I ordered a two seater cream leather sofa. It was out of stock but I was given a date if it being back in stock after which I would receive an update re delivery. Sure enough, I subsequently got an update that it was in stock and a call to arrange a delivery date and time. On the day, I got a text to give me a delivery slot. Van arrived within that slot. Sofa came in two boxes and it came in through a normal front door. The seat/arms in one box and back in another. Sofa looks great and is really comfortable. The seat cushions are firm and the back gives support in all the right places. I have never bought a sofa on line before and relied on the dimensions which were accurate. We are very happy with the goods and the customer care before and during delivery. I feel confident based on that, that if we have a problem later it will be dealt with promptly (not that I am anticipating one!) Overall, five stars.
