Talking about the bed frame is of very good quality and astonished with the price for such a quality furniture. I was amazed to see such wonderful stuff at such wonderful prices! The futon I bought from them could have set me back with around 1.5K, had I bought it from any shop in my neighborhood. Checked the details about it by calling them and they were courteous and helpful, delivery was quick, and I put it together quickly with my roommate's help. Got low-quality defective product (couch) from Sofamania. When trying to return was informed that 20% of the price would be withheld as "processing fee". Well, that's a nice way of doing business, isn't it? Based on their return rates, these "processing fees" must be the main way of monetizing their business.

I purchased multiple pieces of furniture from sofamania for my clients over the time, recently purchased some kitchen chairs and they were very helpful and professional with the transection. The chairs were lost during shipping and they were quick to send the replacements when I told them them I want them for a display. Their customer service is good and better when compared to other stores I purchased in past. Their products worth the money I pay. Recommended!

Excellent bed! Service is great! I was a little skeptical before ordering because of the negative reviews I read about Sofamania on BBB, but the bed was so beautiful and the prices were so compelling! I took the risk and I am happy i did! It came in 2 Boxes and one was a little heavy, assembly was a breeze. Looks better in person. We purchased it for our guest bedroom and thinking of ordering a replacement mattress as well from them. A great deal especially for the price.

I am not one to complain. I respect companies and the work they put into to their products. However, I would never recommend buying anything from this site. I spent around $300 on a Sectional for my family and a little before Christmas and I just now received it today after receiving an email from the company saying my order was shipped it took almost a month to arrive. It finally came with all the screws, bolts. Etc in the box with no bag just scattered. The box wasn't sealed when delivered so most parts fell out in my driveway. The legs actually physically came broken... not sure how that's even possible considering they're a hard plastic, and should be checked before being shipped. The pillows weren't stitches properly so they lost stuffing, and the couch is like sitting on a piece of ply wood. I say this to those reading reviews who are unsure about ordering from this site, it is 100% honestly a waste of money and your time. I've never dealt with a company this bad in my life.

In one word - Delighted! I really love the material they have put on this loveseat, Its a total steal for the price they are selling it. Delivered on time and was not too hard to assamble. Highly recommended folks!

When i thought of purchasing this futon, it's price was less however when i checked the price item next day it was increased by some dollars. Though i have not faced this issue before with your company, also i like your ongoing coupons still i do not understand why the price went up in a day. With my utmost desire to purchase this futon and the reason to get upset, i called the customer support team and they explained me the whole scenario and i understood the situation. I paid the higher amount though but when i received the futon it was at par and everything was as per the description. I really liked the quality of the futon and happy to have it.

When i received the sofa, it was very good-in-person as seats are very comfortable and cushions are very fluffy type.
