This sofa is very beautiful. It is well packed and arrived on time as promised. Also this sofa is as described in the picture. Size and the holding capacity of the item is as per the requirement. There was just a small issue with the sofa at the beginning, the legs are slanting/bending towards the floor and i was very upset but the team helped me a lot by sending out the replacement of all the legs and did address the situation properly. I am thankful to them and really appreciate their products and services.

I really like this sofa as it is as per my requirements and the quality of the sofa is good. It is pretty beautiful and the design/style is irreristable. When i received the item, it requires minimum assembly but some parts were missing. Though i was not aware about the velcro tab or zipper still i was able to manage to find out by myself. Still i would request you to please disclose this information in the description of the item. I would say perfect sofa for my room and highly recommended product.

This is a very comfortable mattress. The size is appropriate as desired. In the beginning, when i received the mattress i was a little upset as there was an odd smell coming out and i called the customer support team. I was informed to air out the mattress for 48 to 72 hours and i did it. Too my happiness, it really worked and odd smell was nowhere. Other than that there were no issues. Very soft and smooth to relax on. I really liked the mattress. Thank you so much...

I bought a sofa... waited three weeks. Nothing. Called and asked what was going on and they said that the couch was 'out of stock' even though I had ordered it and they had never contacted me. They gave me the option of waiting another 4 weeks to get the original couch or ordering another one that they said would be shipped out the next day. I asked if they could give me a credit for my trouble and they gave me 5% off. I never received a tracking number or credit and waited another week... nothing. Just found the couch and when I opened it up and it has multiple holes in it! This is absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered a sofa that comes in three boxes. Two of the three boxes have shown up - the other box has disappeared into thin air. Unfortuantely I have an incomplete order and of course after days of escalating I'm now stuck in the ether of "we gave the box to Fedex and you need to call Fedex." Of course I call Fedex and they have no clue. So now I have 2/3 of a sofa with no legs, no one who can fix on a Saturday because miraculously - despite calling for the last two days during business hours, no one took action on it and of course they are all closed on Saturday. It's getting to the point where purchasing ANYTHING online is a disaster. That said, sofamania has been nice to say they'll reship a replacement on Monday - wish they would have done that two days ago so I'd have a sofa to use that I've already purchased.

This sofa is pretty beautiful in-person and the description is appropriate. I received the item within delivery time frame however there is a issue with the backrest leg i. E it is not appropriately designed but i am happy to receive the replacement leg with appropriate dimension quickly. I am really impressed with your customer service team and the way they are handling/managing the issues is highly appreciated. Thank you so much!

We received a timely delivery of roughly 4 giant cardboard boxes. That is the end of any good things to point out.

When we opened these boxes and put the items together, we realized we had just spent $600 on harder cardboard boxes wrapped in black potato sacks. I believe this company is claiming we received a couch. This is not a couch, this is an abomination. If I was a couch I would totally bully and disown this hunk of junk.

If you (the company that sells this crap) are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself. 100% guaranteed that no employee of this company has any of their products in their own home.

I've tried to resell this tumor growing off my floor, and the people who come and see it immediately start crying and twice people have slapped me for wasting their time.

My life is ruined and my wife left me. This couch was her idea, but she said that she picked me too, so I must be equally terrible.

I moved downtown to live in my cardboard box couch as a homeless man, but the homeless guys say this is too ugly for their bridge.

I am very impressed with the quality of the items which i purchased from your company. I like this sofa because the fabric of the sofa is soft and smooth, when anyone touch and feel while relaxing on it, it provides so warmth. I am using it since 6 months and there is no single issue except a minute problem that happened to be in the item when i received it. One of the legs was high/above from the floor and i immediately informed the team, for which they send the replacement of the correct leg. It was all perfect since then and i really like the durability of this sofa.

I love to purchase from your company. Last time, i ordered 1 seater, 2 seater and 3 seater from your store. That order was delivered on time and quality of the product was very good however i got little bit confused because it was delivered in somewhat 4 to 5 boxes and that too not all the boxes were delivered on same day. Also some parts were in the velcro tab or compartment which i come to know when i called their team. Except this confusion, everything was at par. Thank You!
