I get compliments all the time on my tapestry and received tons of appreciation for a recent Society 6 gift card I purchased for my daughter. I spend many hours just browsing through their site for inspiration. Their sales are also awesome and benefit the artists.
Today I ordered two throw pillows. I had a code for free delivery but didn't see where to apply it and I thought it was after payment via PayPal and then suddenly it was over and ordered. Shipping costs were $29. I immediately wrote to the help desk describing my problem. Because I would have had to pay customs costs of another 25$.
Society6 wrote back in due course (taking into account the time difference!). I was able to give my free shipping code and they reimbursed the $29 immediately after that. All in one day! I'm super happy, thank you so much, Society6!
I ordered a throw rug (which was very pretty), and was actually sent an additional one by mistake. When I informed Society6, they told me to keep the second rug without charge (I was planning on paying for it). That is good business.
I was disappointed with the quality of my purchase. I had anticipated that getting a refund would be difficult, however it was quite the opposite. Extremely quick, helpful, polite and friendly customer service, able to resolve my problem fast and efficiently. Very happy.
The only thing I was deceived about was the extra 30$ for border duty that end up costing more then I expected. But once received I fell in love with the unique design and good quality of fabric. It is a thin comforter but I prefer it that way in winter I always add layers anyways. Really happy with the results. And the pillow is really "puffy ".
I ordered an art print from society6.com. When it arrived (with the wrong color frame), it was covered in greasy fingerprints on the frame and glass. Literally over a dozen smeared fingerprints, like the person who packed it was eating french fries while they worked. I'll be able to clean them off, but why should I have to?
In retrospect I am not too upset about the wrong color frame, even though I would have to pay return shipping to get the correct one, because reading other reviews I get the impression that the 'walnut' frame I originally wanted looks cheap and horrible, so maybe the plain black frame is a blessing in disguise.
All that said, I think the piece of art is beautiful, and it was relatively inexpensive since I managed to buy it during a $10-off sale. I still think I will avoid buying from society6.com again, I wish I could buy items directly from artist Terry Fan.
I ordered tote bags from Society6, which were promptly shipped (as promised by the site). While tracking the package, I saw that it was miss-shipped to the wrong hub. I contacted Society6 requesting a little bit of information about what this meant and a tracking number. I got a response way sooner than the promised 24 hours. Not only did they provide the information requested, the credited my shipping charges as a way of apologizing for the delay.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item. I filled out the form but did not get a return shipping label emailed to me. I must admit I was annoyed. I had already ordered a replacement item! Then I received an email saying I should gift on the duplicate item as there was no need to return it. Such a pleasant surprise and the new owner is thrilled at having something so lovely. We both thank you. PS. I still don't know their policy on return shipping labels.
Every time I have ever had an issue with my order (which has only been about 3 times over the years I have bought things from this site) customer support is very fast in responding and addressing the issue right away, they always offer replacement at no additional cost. This is by far my favorite print on demand service and the great customer support makes me want to continue to shop on this site.
I had ordered a tank top from here and while the quality of the shirt was good it didn't fit right. When I contacted them about it I was refunded my money with no questions asked, they didn't even ask me to return the shirt. While I didn't get a shirt I am still giving this place a good rating because of their great customer service.
I had ordered a super cute pillow for my mom's Mother's Day gift and requested that the package be re-routed to my sister's address, as I'd be traveling over the weekend. I ordered two iPhone cases - one looked fantastic and one printed too dark and in an odd tone. Almost immediately after I sent a photo of the case with my request to return it, Society6 issued a full refund. It's rare to a) not have to wait a few days and b) receive such friendly customer service.

I ordered some tapestries, they were beautiful but too big for my small dorm room (my own fault for choosing the large size!). In short, i made a purchase, got changed more than expected because your site failed to explain it was in US dollars. Sent around 5 emails just to have $2.50 refunded (even though i'd been charged about $9 more than expected). Print comes around 3 weeks later and its horrible quality. Quality compared to a photo printed off a phone and blown up way beyond it's quality line. Spoke to christine (the entire time) again, and quickly offered a refund, credit or exchange. An email later, my refund was given, told to keep the print and an apology for the time wasted and my bad experience. You can thank christine for all my future purchases :)
USPS lost or delivered my package from society6 to the wrong house. Pretty much left it at that. I emailed society6 and they sent me a replacement order! Above and beyond customer service from Society6 and especially the rep I dealt with, Christine. Will definitely be one of my go to Web sites for fun unique items in the future!
I have had such good experiences with Society6! Not only do they have beautiful, quality products but if you have any questions or you accidentally end up with two of the same product, they are friendly and helpful. Very thankful to have found this and will be shopping again soon!
