On a second order, not one, not two, not three, but four attempts to resolve a problem placing an order were futile. Although I patiently explained the problem and how I wanted to resolve it, I felt as though I was communicating with an uncomprehending hamster staring blankly back at me. In fact, the difficulty of training hamsters to converse might explain why they don't offer telephone support.
You can hope that your order goes smoothly. But if you want better than 50-50 odds, I'd suggest that you look elsewhere.
I now have 5 offers for $5 off my next order just laying on my desk. The last time i ordered a product there was no place to enter my discount code. As a result i wound up paying the full amount. I sent the company an e-mail complaining about this but got no response. I have bought a lot of items from this business in the recent past but no more! Again, they offer discounts that they don't honor. Shameful!
I ordered a shirt in my normal size. It arrived within a week, really pretty but was too small on me. I contacted customer service for an exchange. Easiest process ever, got a fast refund to reorder and they let me keep the original shirt to donate. What company does that? They will definitely have a repeat customer! A++++

First of all the artistic product selection is outstanding. But besides that, this is a company that treats their customers well. I needed to exchange something that was a gift and on top of that being simple, they even let me keep the original item. Will definitely be ordering from them again
I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt so went to see if i could exchange it. I was expecting it to be a hassle passed on my dealings with other online websites in past. But they have set up an amazing customer service system and getting a replacement was incredibly easy.

Ordered a tapestry that boasted vibrant colors, glittery and sparkling. The picture depicted was GORGEOUS. It truly looked like a quality piece of art worthy of hanging in my daughters room. Spent $30 (ON SALE!) only to receive what appears to me to be an old sheet with some low quality resolution prints on it. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Reached out "customer service" via email and have yet to receive a response. I am extremely disappointed at how sub-par this item is. I am embarrassed to even admit I ordered from here. NEVER AGAIN.
We have bought about 5-8 tee-shirts from Society6 now, and we are very impressed with their easy to use website, great (HUGE!) selection, the quality of artists that they represent, and their affordability. And when we found that certain fabrics behaved differently (the tri-tone tees drape more, so end up being a size or so bigger than expected) getting an exchange was no problem whatsoever, with very prompt assistance, and even though we are overseas, we didn't have to pay any excess!
We are very happy with the service we received, and we will certainly be shopping with Society6 again.

I ordered a woman's fitted t-shirt in XL, which was way too small. That's the bad news. I did have prompt superior customers service dealing with the issue. I would not hesitate to order from them again, based upon this experience. The quality of the shirt and graphics was very good - I shall just have to take greater care in "sizing information".

We ordered a twin size set of bed linen and it was around 6 inches longer and wider than our previous sets (and our quilt was swimming in it as a result). Not sure if their sizes are just a little larger than other manufacturers or what, but when we contacted the company about this they were extremely helpful and offered to replace or provide us a refund. They gave us a refund and did not require us to return the set (they said we could donate or keep it). Definitely will shop at their website in the future. Just a very pleasant (albeit imperfect size) experience.
It's been two weeks since I placed my order and the tracking status says it should have arrived last week. The full tracking button is a broken link, they don't offer a customer support number to call or an email.
I didn't remember my password to sign in, so I requested to have a new one emailed to me. I never received the email to help me reset a password. Every avenue I've tried to contact Society 6 led to dead ends and broken links. I can't even request a free replacement.
Unless the order shows up next week, I'm afraid I got robbed.
As an artist, the people behind the curtain are amazing. They respond lightning fast, some of them are quite humourous... and above all they answer your questions without having to wait 24 hours. For me it was under a half an hour, my answer was waiting for me. Cleared up my question. My minions that have bought from my Society 6 store loved what they got. They praised them, sent pictures for me, were extremely impressed with the quality of product that the art was put on. As an artist I support this site, because it's fair to both me and the consumers.

There was *nothing wrong with* the product - it was as described and of good quality (sham, pillow and pillow cases).
Contacted Society6 via web submission and received a response within two hours resulting in a full refund and a very understanding note of support - and encouragement to use the ordered product to highlight the arts.
Will definitely look to order from Society 6 again in the future.
I am so impressed by this companys Customer service, I got a reply to my questions faster then any other website I have ever been on, I got a reply faster in less then 10 minutes! I needed help to refund items since it wasnt allowing me to do it myself on my order page, they helped me out in no time and at the end of it I actually had a smile on my face and said wow!
