Communication is GREAT!

Communication is GREAT! High quality products at a very fair price. Probably the nicest duvet cover we have EVER purchased. Products shipped out to us quickly and we were able to track where it was and when. Customer Service support is top notch! We highly recommend this company to everyone!

Excellent customer service

I had to contact Society6 about an issue with an article of clothing I received from them; their customer service was absolutely amazing.

They responded promptly to my email, were very friendly and helpful, and made the whole process really effortless and pleasant.

I've ordered from them before and never had any issues, but the fact that they made this one so easy to resolve is a lot of weight off my shoulders!

Order a couple prints that were priced in CAD. Charged an exorbitant amount for shipping. However, when it arrived I had to pay $150 COD fee charge from FedEx (more than the cost of the prints). They didn't pay for shipping, I did- crazy double! Would not have ordered if I was going to be charged to FedEx shipping it (btw I've ordered and shipped from U.S. before and it isn't nearly as much). Do NOT order if you live or are shipping to Canada. Disappointed. Will not order from them again and turn off alerts.

You can find any design you are looking for and have them customized for pillows, iphone cases, tee shirts, you name it. Be prepared to browse for a long time!

The artists are amazing as is customer service.

Website very user friendly.

Wonderful Experience!
June 22, 2015

As a single male, home owner, the task of decorating a house seemed quite daunting. Someone introduced this wonderful site to me, and I felt it was idiot proof as far as finding all the desired designs I could decorate a home with. Needless to say, my home looks great now, and even when I had an issue and needed to return an item, they let me keep the item I no longer wanted and pick a new one.

Long story short, I am a happy returning customer.

Disappointed in Society6 for deliberate misleading description of product. The designs are Gorgeous, and it seemed worth the wait to get one. However, the phone case sold for iPhone13 does not fit this phone! The opening for camera is entirely too small, does not accommodate the iPhone13 lenses in width or depth. So I wasted time and money on this. They do not give full refund, even when they sold a product that they must know doesn't fit the phone they advertise it for. Silly way to do business. Very disappointed. Beware, and don't buy phone cases from Society6 unless you have a old phone model.

Excellent customer service

Society6 not only has some of the nicest quality products with the coolest artwork, their customer service is outstanding. There was a mistake with my order and within an hour they had corrected the error for us- and it was a Saturday! I highly recommend them.

Society6 never ceases to impress me with their customer service! My most recent order for 2 mediums shirts which were produced, and shipped within hours of placing my order.

The only unfortunate thing was that the medium was a little tighter than expected. However, David replied to my request for an exchange and told me he was happy to replace them. He kindly insisted I keep the old ones and also gave me a discount code with free shipping. You don't get service like that just anywhere.

Ordered six framed prints from Society 6, four of which were to be presents, unfortunately the quality of the framing was pretty dire on four of them, however thankfully for the most part the print quality was brilliant.
Whilst the frames were awful, the service provided by Jeffrey of their support desk was exemplary, well tempered responses to my less than positive emails and got me from a fuming/disgruntled demeanour to generally pleased with my experience with Society6.
Now if only they fix the problems with their framing!

AMAZING!

I brought some paintings through society6 a day ago and was extremely excited but when i checked my emails in the morning i saw that they were running a new special with 15% off and free shipping. I was pretty gutted that i had missed out on this so i thought maybe i would send them an email seeing if there was anything they could do so i could get the discount as well. Within 5 minutes i had four emails from society6 refunding me the difference i had paid on each item with a lovely message from the team.

Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely shop here again!

Great Customer Service

I recently placed an order from Society 6 with multiple items. Unfortunately one item did not end up working out. I contacted them and they issued a refund and told me to keep or gift it due to the nature of the item. While I don't know if that is typical, I would say they were proactive and quick to issue a refund and response. Online shopping can be a bit tricky, however with Society 6 customer support I will order from them again due to the promptness and proactive nature of their support team. I was also impressed with the image quality of the products. Everything I have ordered from them has looked great, my only issue was on one item being not quite what I needed for my room.

Ordered a laptop sleeve - it was defective. Mistakes happen, it's how a company deals with them that counts. Contacted customer support and they very quickly apologized and sent me a replacement sleeve at no additional cost. They also gave me a very detailed response on how to expect my package. Excellent customer service... I will be ordering more items with full confidence!

I purchased the T as a gift for my wife. She washed it before wearing the first time and unfortunately bad things happened. It shrunk dramatically and became unraveled, making it unsuitable to wear. I reported the problem to Society 6 and they immediately refunded my purchase price without requiring me to return the garment. Their promptness and professional actions were praiseworthy and we will remain their happy, satisfied customers.

Do not use!

Do not use! 15 days and counting... for an iphone case. Tracking # starts and dies on the first day... I sent and email to them and was told my address must be wrong. Hmm, seems I don't know where I live. They seem to like using that one. Wish I would have seen this earlier. Too bad for me. Worse for the person I was giving the gift to.

I have experienced the best customer service available! My niece asked for a "Cool" Sherlock T-Shirt for Christmas. She loves art, too. I was able to find a Sherlock figure with a Monet background... PERFECT! I ordered a small. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I learned after receiving the Small, that it might be too small. I contacted Society6, they immediately got back to me advising no problem to exchange. To be sure on her size, I decided to wait and give to her so she can try on. I didn't get to see her till March due to distance. As suspected, she needed a Medium. I ordered Medium, then contacted Society6 again, apologized for late request of returning Small. They responded by giving me a refund and allowing me to keep the t-shirt and "pay-it-forward" to someone who will enjoy. How awesome is that? Their product is high quality. They have a huge selection of unique items. And, they have a fantastic customer service so you can feel secure purchasing from them.

I ordered a tapestry that was never received after waiting weeks. Customer service said it was "stuck." They offered to send a replacement, but with no deduction and no expedited shipping. The replacement again was late (past the 7-10 promised days), and they said it was stuck again, and it would arrive late "sorry," they said. Eventually a tube arrived a month later from the first time I ordered, and it was damaged, empty and had a missing end cap. All they said was "sorry, do you want a refund?" Any other company would have expedited my order out for free at this point, but all they offered was no product and a refund that would take 7-10 more days. I still have not received my refund. Very disappointed and will not order from here ever again.

Overall, really satisfied with society6. I like customer service that involves emails, and they respond speedily. Also had some suggestions for improvements that they seemed very open to. Only complaint is I wish they had better promos and discounts, while I know there are independent artists involved, shipping was equivalent to the price i got discounted, and i chose the smallest option of the items. Will come back for more!

Unbelievably great service
May 30, 2015

I had a problem with my post office losing my package. Not only did I contact them but on the same day they answered and sent a replacement on route to my address. Quick and understanding that these things sometimes occur. Just can't say enough of how great it is to take care of a problem like this. Awesome.
