Had accidentally ordered a case for wrong model. Contacted society6 to see what I could do to exchange it in honestly no time I got a response from the team with very clear and easy instructions on what to do and once the process was completed i was even able to keep the item as a 1 time complimentary gift for the mistake. Have my eye on a few things I'm going to order as soon as pay day comes thank you Dev for all the help keep up the good work!

I have experienced the best customer service available! My niece asked for a "Cool" Sherlock T-Shirt for Christmas. She loves art, too. I was able to find a Sherlock figure with a Monet background... PERFECT! I ordered a small. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I learned after receiving the Small, that it might be too small. I contacted Society6, they immediately got back to me advising no problem to exchange. To be sure on her size, I decided to wait and give to her so she can try on. I didn't get to see her till March due to distance. As suspected, she needed a Medium. I ordered Medium, then contacted Society6 again, apologized for late request of returning Small. They responded by giving me a refund and allowing me to keep the t-shirt and "pay-it-forward" to someone who will enjoy. How awesome is that? Their product is high quality. They have a huge selection of unique items. And, they have a fantastic customer service so you can feel secure purchasing from them.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a woman's fitted t-shirt in XL, which was way too small. That's the bad news. I did have prompt superior customers service dealing with the issue. I would not hesitate to order from them again, based upon this experience. The quality of the shirt and graphics was very good - I shall just have to take greater care in "sizing information".

Everything perfect!

My experience has been very positive, I received discounts and special attention on customs charges. Products are of excellent quality (pillows, gift for my wife) and are arrived in the times indicated (in Italy) excellent service for customers (thanks to Jeffery) if I have other needs definitely will buy on Society6.

Great customer service

USPS lost or delivered my package from society6 to the wrong house. Pretty much left it at that. I emailed society6 and they sent me a replacement order! Above and beyond customer service from Society6 and especially the rep I dealt with, Christine. Will definitely be one of my go to Web sites for fun unique items in the future!

Amazing Customer Service

I contacted customer service about an issue I had with a case I had ordered. It was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. The whole process took less than 2 days, and I was given a full refund (they said it could take 4-5 days, but it was back in my PayPal account within 20 minutes).

FANTASTIC

Excellent customer service! Part of my order, a pillow, arrived promptly but another item was not showing any tracking progress. I inquired and Society6 checked with the post office. USPS said the package was lost. Society6 then gave me the option of a refund or wait for a replacement order. I really wanted those greeting cards so they shipped more. A few days later the original package arrived. I wrote again to let Society6 know the lost pkg was found. They thanked me and said I did not need to return the duplicates. HOW COOL IS THAT?! Plus, the products are great quality and the image reproduction is super, rich colors and clarity on paper and fabric. I'm very impressed and will continue to support this business.

I was hesitant to order from them after reading scathing reviews about the quality of their shirts as well as delivery issues, but they had a tank top that was seriously perfect for my sister and her birthday was coming up. So I emailed them asking for a picture of the actual product and if it would be delivered in time for her birthday, which at the time was 5 days away. I got an email within a couple hours with detailed answers. "Jeffery" explained that he couldn't get a picture of the actual product but sent a link to a video of how their shirts were printed and explained their shipping times to me. With his quick response, I figured I'd order the shirt, even if it showed up a couple days late because I knew my sister would love the picture. I ordered it on 2/19. It was delivered on 2/23 in Southern California, one day before my sister's birthday. My sister loved it and said that the quality of both the shirt and the print on it were excellent (and she's pretty snobby about that kind of stuff). Overall, very pleased with Society6.

False Advertising.

Lures potential customers into the site with false coupons for free shipping. They then tried to charge me 10 bucks for that "Free shipping." Once you subscribe to the website, you can't unsubscribe, as the link in the e-mails is invalid.

Wish I had never seen the product in the first place.

Every Review I've seen for the rug compared it to a dishcloth: so I've canceled my order.

Great quality products, awesome support!

Finding quality products nowadays is not a problem, therefore even though Society6 has a vast range of products (and arists) to choose from, they are not the only ones. What distinguishes them, however, is their support team. Quick to help, considerate, trying their best to sort out the issue at hand... as a foreign customer, having issues with my local mailing service, I honestly thought I'd never see the products I purchased, which got lost in transit. Thanks to the Support Team's help, within a few of weeks, a replacement package was waiting on my doorstep.
I am extremely pleased with my shopping experience at Society6 - I'm totally becoming a regular customer :)

Absolutely HORRIBLE!

I just want to say that I ordered a mug for my sister from Society 6 and we both loved it. I had been in the market for a new living room rug and found a design that I absolutely loved on the website so I decided to go ahead and order it in 4x6 feet.
Wow - what a HUGE mistake! I can't even believe they had the nerve to send me such a HORRIBLY made product!
First of all, the rug was more like a towel. It is flimsy and I am able to fold it 3 times like I would a towel. Second- the rug does't even come out to 6 feet long. To make it worse, it's not cut evenly! One side comes out to roughly 67 inches (about 5.6 feet) and the other side comes out to 71 inches (about 5.9 feet). There is an OBVIOUS three inch difference.
Oh, want to know what makes it the MOST obvious? The fact that the design ENDS after not even 5 feet and is suddenly a WHITE COLOR BLOCK! One side is 10 inches long, the other 13. On average, almost a FOOT of my rug is just white space. I paid for SIX feet of DESIGN! Not ALMOST 6 feet of rug with a foot of random white space.
I literally can't get over it. So horrible.

By the way - I forgot to mention that I paid $91 for this junk. Yep.

Ordered a phone case from society6 and the coloring wasn't exactly the way it looked online. They were nice enough to refund me and I ordered a new case that came in perfect! The customer service here is beyond anything I've ever seen, and they are truly here to give the customer what they want.
