My prints unfortunately didnt reach my home. So i wrote a mail to the team of society6 to explain my problem. The same day i got an answer and the lovely propose to sent my new prints ;) lovely! Thank you very much! ;)
I bought a t-shirt but after 1 month it hadn´t arrived to Uruguay so I posted a support ticket and they sent me another which arrived quite in time. Thank you.
Ordered six framed prints from Society 6, four of which were to be presents, unfortunately the quality of the framing was pretty dire on four of them, however thankfully for the most part the print quality was brilliant.
Whilst the frames were awful, the service provided by Jeffrey of their support desk was exemplary, well tempered responses to my less than positive emails and got me from a fuming/disgruntled demeanour to generally pleased with my experience with Society6.
Now if only they fix the problems with their framing!
These five stars are mostly for customer service. Jeffrey at Society6 was extremely helpful when I needed to get replacements for a couple of things. Women's shirts run a little small for my very tall daughters, and Jeffrey was polite and accommodating. The selection of designs is endless, and my kids enjoyed roaming the website for t-shirts and phone cases to suit their styles. Thanks so much!
After reading the reviews online I was pretty skeptical about ordering anything from this site, but after looking through their collection I decided to give it a go and ordered 3 framed prints.
The first print arrived in Australia about 3 weeks later, arrived in good condition and looked almost as good as it did on the website (better lighting maybe?)
2 weeks later the second parcel had still not arrived and I assumed that some of the rumours must be true! So I emailed Society6 and told them what was happening, as I had no tracking number to work with, Society6 replied to my email within 24 hours and offered a replacement to which I agreed, however within 12 hours of confirming this my damn prints arrived by Australia Post!
To the credit of Society6, they sent me shipping details showing the package had been delivered to Australia but was held up at Customs and presumably lost in transit, upon realising this they were happy to offer either a replacement OR a refund, thankfully I didn't need them as it was just delayed by Australia Post, I would assume this may have something to do with it being the holiday season!
I had heard rumours of Society6 ignoring customers complaints or packages not turning up at all, but I can safely say in my case that everything has worked out fine!
I recently purchased two framed prints for our home. The prints were great quality, but unfortunately the clip off the frame broke and the frame was damaged. I'm giving Society6 five stars, because I contaced them and Christine offered me a refund or exchange straight away. She was lovely to liaise with, I got the solution I was hoping for and will continue to purchase prints from Society6 in the future.
Ok I rarely do reviews but felt I needed to due to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews Here is my experience with Society 6. On Nov22.14 I ordered 4 shirts and 2 cups for Christmas gifts from Society 6 I found the art work was VERY unique and quite special. I recieved the shirts in about 2 wks. Was pleased with product. I waited and waited for the cups they never arrived. I contacted Society 6 through email and recieved a response saying they were in the mail pls give more time. So On Dec 23rd when at this point there was very little hope in them arriving before Christmas I sent another email asking where my order was. I recieved a quick response saying My item was lost in the mail. At this point I kind of panicked because I started reading reviews about a lot of people saying they never recieved their items and were told the same thing and never getting any refund or the item they ordered. BUT this was NOT my experience with them at all I think Society 6 is very much working on doing better to track International orders. They refunded me my order and still re-sent the cups I never recieved. Yeah this was a hassle but they did go above and beyond to please me. Because the items they sell are one of a kind I did feel it was worth it in the end Now It is New Yrs Day and my cups should arrive soon I will let you know if they kept their word Which I believe they have.
I've had an excellent first order experience with Society6. The shirt I ordered was too large for my son, but Christine arranged for a quick and easy exchange -- on Christmas. I sent a message requesting the exchange that day, not expecting an immediate reply, but Christine got back to me within a couple of hours. She was incredibly helpful and courteous, and I appreciated it so much. I'll be a regular customer of Society6 after this experience. Awesome, unusual products and amazing service, what more could you ask for?
The shower curtain and rug that I ordered came fairly quickly, especially considering the fact that I live in Alaska and I ordered in December. The items were exactly as pictured and I will definitely consider Society6 the next time I'm shopping.

Ordering from Society 6 was a breeze! I was leery given the mixed reviews. I had ZERO issues. I ordered an iPhone 6 case and a screen-printed tank top on 12/14. I received confirmation emails almost immediately that they had received both orders. The tank top shipped the next day, on 12/15. I know this because they sent me a shipping update email including a tracking number where I could track the status. The iPhone case shipped on the 16th, also notified via email containing tracking number. The tank arrived on 12/19, and appears to be great quality - no issues with the screen printing. I have not washed it yet, so cannot attest to durability in the washing machine. The phone case arrived 12/20 and is AWESOME. It looks exactly as pictured online, no issues with the image being "stretched" and the colors are just as bright as I hoped they would be. It fits the iPhone 6 snuggly and adds very little weight or size. It is a glossy finish, yet I feel it provides more grip than the phone itself. There is a shock absorbing material in the back of the case, but I still consider it a mostly cosmetic case to protect from scratches and am not assuming it will provide equivalent shock absorbency of an OtterBox. Overall, I am super pleased with this site. The best kind of customer service is one that you don't need to contact since there were no issues! I have recommended Society6 to my sister-in-law who is an artist. I told her the products I received were top notch and she is going to upload her own art to give it a try! Give these guys another try. It seems they have upped their game!

Society6 offers so many options for each image, and I happened to choose a color combo for a shirt print that, once printed and shipped to me, I realized didn't look as good as the picture online.
Within 12 hours, I was refunded and an exchange was in the works. What's more, the person I was talking to online, Dev, was super helpful and friendly and informative.
I mean - this is without talking about just how many great artists and images are on the site. We did half of our Christmas shopping via Society6 and I kinda want to do the other half with them as well - so easy, so many great options.
Prints are garbage. Would return if it wasn't so close to Christmas. I will gift them and not be proud of that fact. Others would have better luck printing an image from their computer. Huge bummer considering a lot of the art on this site is worth having.

Ordered a shower curtain. Was charged twice on my credit card. Contacted them by e-mail and one charge was removed. Shower curtain took a long time to get to me and colors were not as vibrant as advertised so I asked for a refund. And asked for a refund. And asked again for a refund. It's been 5 days now and I have not gotten any response. Of course you have to get "approval" before you can send it back. If I have not heard from them by this evening will just dispute this with my credit card company. What a pain in the butt. Should have ordered from Amazon.
At only 6 weeks old, my iPhone 6 case is cracked at all corners, including cracked all the way through at the camera edge (very thin). It's only a matter of time before it falls off my phone. I have never dropped the phone and it lives a quiet life in my work bag. I don't even buy heavy-duty cases for my phones because I don't need them. I still have my old 4S in perfect condition. This case is terrible quality. I've never even attempted to take it off, but if I do, it will be destroyed. Cute design, AWFUL quality.
Excellent experience purchasing from Society6. The item arrived safe & sound in a timely manner. But upon opening the parcel, it reaked of a strong sour smell. I guess it could have been from the ink during the custom print process? Anyhoo, so far after popping the printed tank into the machine for a wash, the color's haven't run and everything looks fresh and superb... just like the day it arrived. So i'm a happy camper :)
I ordered a clock from Society 6. It looks fantastic, i love the artwork on it but it doesn't work. The hands of the clock are not tight enough on it and they fall all over the place. I have just contacted them saying that it isn't working and am currently waiting for a reply. After reading all of these comments i am not getting my hopes up on some good customer service. I would NOT recommend ordering from here again.

I unfortunately ordered a few paintings from them but I have never received any of them. I keep trying to contact them but so far have not received any answer to the thousands emails I sent asking for a refund. I just lost more than 130$! Don't do the same thing!
Society 6 made my experience extremely pleasant. They truly value a customer's opinion & their customer service dept is one of the best I've dealt with. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy from their site!
Quality of the shirts and hoodies wasn't what I expected. The colors were faded compared to what was on the site and design on the products were blurry. I contacted customer support to return the items and get a refund. I was willing to pay return shipping, but the person who helped me, Jeffrey, said it wouldn't be necessary and that I would get a full refund. This was a one time exception, but I really appreciate their awesome customer service!
