I had ordered a poster which is to be delivered to me in New Zealand. The process is really efficient. Only the next day I received an email from society6 informing me that they'd over charged me, but that they had already put the money back into my account and to make up for the "inconvenience" gave me a voucher for my next purchase.

Contacted customer service to inquire about a return. I got a response right away from Janie who told me to keep the item/give it away and that she had already gone ahead and issued a return on my c. C. I was super impressed and blown away by the customer service, friendliness, efficiency, and promptness. It really seems like they want the customer to be happy with the product. Loved so many of his art posters, it was hard to choose. I was really satisfied with the quality of the print however ending up deciding I wanted to put my money towards a different one. He refunded my money back for me and still let me keep it! Great to his customers!
I ordered a T-shirt that was delivered much faster than I expected, but unfortunately it came in the wrong size. I contacted Society6 to politely express my disappointment and was pleasantly surprised at the prompt and great response I got! After receiving one of the throw pillows that I ordered with a slight manufacturing defect on it, I contacted the team at Society6 to understand my options to fix it. Loved the image, but the women's size shirt felt like a child size. The staff were quick and friendly- answering my questions as well as possible. Normally with mail order I can find out more about how an item fits (i. E.: runs small, or very very close fitting, etc) I couldn't get answers like this here. I found the exchange policy to be kind of clunky, so I went for a return. Even then, they were friendly and generous in the process.
Ordered 3 T shirts fromSociety6 and was surprised at the quick delivery. Sometimes things take ages to come to Oz. However when they arrived one was far too small. Contacted Society6 via their site, purchased new one 2 sizes up. They refunded me costs at promo price plus shipping and let me keep the tiny T shirt. Great service!
