I really love the Tri-blend tank tops. Super soft and comfortable to wear. I ordered several and one came with a flaw in the print. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right away. Incredibly fast response and such a pleasant experience. Just LOVE THEM!

Bought the wrong type of case on society6. Contacted support and was told to repurchase the case I wanted and I would be fully refunded. They issued the refund as soon I sent them the order number, and shipped out the new case next day. Very awesome experience!
I purchased an iPhone case from Society6 about two weeks ago. When it arrived I was not at all satisfied with the case. I'd just spent $30+ dollars on it and the quality of the image made it look very cheap, so I contacted Society6 via their online submission form and requested an exchange. I received a response back very quickly and Michela, the customer care representative that had been assigned my ticket, was very diligent in making sure my issue was resolved! It was simple, she didn't bombard me with 2,462 questions about why I was not satisfied. All I had to do was order a new case and then send them my new order number, and they processed the exchange/refund. Although I was not satisfied with this particular case, I know that their products are typically of good quality (my friend has ordered cases from them in the past). And the ease at which I was able to exchange my item is how it should be at any retailer.
My first time ordering from Society6, I ordered a really cool Galaga theme Zip-up hoodie. When I got the hoodie a week later I opened it up to realize that the Large size runs smaller than I thought. I e-mail Society6 costumer service and I got a response from a Rep name Michela the same day. She e-mail me the simple instructions of how to do an exchange. The whole experience was easy and painless. Society6 has definitely earned a return costumer.

For some reason, when I ordered, I had a weird glitch that made it impossible for me to put my full address in the shipping info section. My apartment number didn't show up, no matter how many times I went back and typed it in again. It just kept disappearing! So, I decided to send a message to Society6 right after I placed my order (because yes, I ordered anyway) and they literally responded within hours. My address was manually changed by Christine, who did an awesome job helping me out. I haven't received my package yet, but it's on its way - and to the right address, thanks to the amazing customer service. :)
Have never had a problem with Society 6 but when I received the wrong throw pillow, Jeffrey was really great and got back to me super prompt with a replacement.

I had a great experience with the Customer Service at Society6.com. I e-mailed on a Monday night and received a response about my issue on Tuesday morning. I had no issues explaining what my issue was and the customer service person I worked with was totally helpful. I had a scratch in the glass of my framed artwork and I was given over half of what I paid back as a refund and I got to keep the picture. I am so pleased with this service and I would absolutely order from them again! It is a beautiful print and it is really good quality artwork. I recieved a phone case as a Christmas present, and I loved it. It's a good design and it really protects my phone. I got the tough case and higly recommend it! After being highly satisfied with my case I ordered one for my boyfriend for his birthday. He absolutely loved his as well, but the rubber made it hard to push the buttons. We gave it a month and it still wasn't any easier to push. I contacted customer service and was helped instantly. After submitting a few pictures they sent a complete replacement free of charge. And it was fast and easy, and were so friendly and helpful! We both couldn't be happier and will definitely recommending to friends!
When my Society6 package was stolen right off of my front porch, I was so distraught, and completely lost hope. When I messaged them just to let them know what happened, not only did they respond within 12 hours, but they put in a new order free of charge, AND helped changed my shipping address to my work! I had a couple items from an order that ran smaller than expected. When reaching out about an exchange, the Society 6 folks simply instructed me to place another order, send them that order ID, and then not only did they refund the difference in price, but also told me I could keep the original items. I assume this is due to the cost of reprocessing and stocking returned items and that they'd just rather avoid that expense for their products since they're customized. Still, what a way to win a customer for life! I'll happily continue to spend my bucks with Society 6 given the awesome and easy support experience.
I ordered a clock from Society6 and noticed afterwards that I made a mistake in choosing the color. I promptly emailed them to discuss their return policy. My customer service rep Dev not only corrected the order, but credited my account and told me I didn't have to return the incorrect clock. I am very happy with my purchase and how quickly my question was answered and dealt with. Many thanks again!
Ordered a particular duvet cover but received one totally different than one ordered. Contacted Society 6 by email and immediately received a response. Replacement sent out immediately, $10 credit on my account for original shipping costs, and to top it off, told no need to return the wrong duvet cover. This was my first experience with ordering from Society 6, but will definitely will not be my last. I have told my friends about this experience so that they will give Society 6 their business too! P.S. They are all quarreling over who I should give the extra duvet cover to!
I love the variety of products you can buy from a piece of artwork! I have a shower curtain, tapestry, shirt, and rug from the site. Love them all. I tried ordering prints and they came smaller than I thought they would. I contacted the site for a refund and got amazing customer service. Full refund and no need to send back the prints. I will definitely continue shopping from this site and recommend it to friends!

So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States.
