I had several friends purchase prints from them of my work but they never paid me. After several months I emailed them the receipts, proving I had sold work (they do not notify artists when their work sells, you just have to trust them, very shady)... and only then did they bother to tell me I had failed to de-select the default option, which is that all money from all sales go entirely to them and none at all to the artist. So they sold who-knows-how-many of my prints and I'll never see a penny, all the while people were buying from them thinking they were supporting the artist. This happened a few years ago but someone just suggested them to me again today and it reminded me of how angry this made me! Please do not support them and artists stay away!

Although each of the three items I had delivered for a friend's birthday had some manufacturing issue, they took care of me above and beyond my wildest expectations and made the return process so hassle free and friendly that I will definitely be placing future orders. I've had other companies like Nomorerack make the same and worse mistakes- then treat me like I'm the problem. I've been blown away by their customer service and helpful attitude! Mistakes happen, but a company that makes things right with the customer can always count on my business and my reccomendation. Thanks for treating me with respect and kind consideration, and for choosing to err on the side of customer satisfaction. It's less profitable in the short run, so it's a hard and rare choice to make, but earning customer loyalty will increase your profits more than advertising and marketing campaigns and discounts, in my opinion. Society6 puts their money where it needs to be invested- in their customers.
Ive ordered a few cell phone cases from Society6 and have loved them all. Unfortunately, I ordered one recently and when I received it, it just wasn't what I thought. There was nothing wrong with it, just not my taste. I emailed soceity6 and asked to return it for a refund and they were so kind to refund me the money AND let me keep the case. I was really surprised by their generosity and ease of working together. I've given the case to a friend who likes it and all is well! I will definitely continue to buy cases from society6.
I recieved my iPhone 6 plus casing with defect. I took a picture of it and email to society 6 support. Their reply was fast as I was expecting it to be longer, but I received their reply the next day. They apologized in their email and has arranged a replacement for me. The status of the replacement I saw was in production. The next day, my casing was shipped. I'm really surprised and very pleased with their service. No further questions asked, a replacement is made. This is my first time placing an order with Society6, even though I received the casing with defect, but their service is really good, which is enough to make me a happy customer again. I will continue to support Society6, as I like their designs and their service is really good.
I would definitely order from society6 again, especially because they have excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered incorrect items. Not only did they help me correct the issue, they helped me place a new order without any hassle. As a customer, I appreciated the friendly customer service. The product quality is also superb! Society6 is a great site! I ordered a tshirt and it is by far one of the softest shirts I have ever purchased! The print quality was great too! I received a duvet cover and found that the colors were brighter than they appeared online and didn't really go with my room. I sent an email and asked if I could return the product. I received a response within a few hours informing me that they credited a full refund to my account and I didn't even have to go through the trouble of returning the duvet. It was incredibly nice and made the experience so painless as sending packages can be a huge chore, and now I can keep the duvet and fine a use for it somewhere. Looking forward to purchasing some art prints from the site soon, especially knowing that the customer service team is so responsive.
Society6 knows exactly how to treat their customers. I received my purchase in the mail to find one amazing skin cover, another Galaxy 5S cover, and an Iphone 6 Plus cover. The quality was amazing! The plastics are hard and durable, the picture is beautiful, not at all pixelated and it was a gift that I was proud to give. The Iphone 6 plus case was supposed to be for an Iphone 6. I was so disappointed because I wanted so badly to put it on my phone and couldn't. When I emailed Society6, a representative got back to me that day letting me know that they would take care of it right away. They had the perfect solution and were incredibly helpful.
They may be a bit pricey but I will buy from them every time I am looking for a new phone cover just because they treat people so well. GOOD JOB, that is what business should always be about!

Although it took an eternity to get what i ordered, i only have the portuguese customs to blame. Every piece of dialogue between me and society6 was very nice and smooth. Would shop frequently if it weren't for the portuguese customs authority.
I ordered a case for my iPhone and I did not get it even though the USPS said it was delivered. I lodged a compliant with the USPS and they said they would get back to me. Society6 customer service upon hearing what was going on immediately sent me a replacement.
This kind of customer service is rare in this day and age. They truly earned a customer for life. I wish more businesses treated their customers this way.
After it has been 5 weeks since i'v made my order And didnt arrive. I decided to contact the team. Dev was very supportive and wuick responded to every email i sent, offered to cancel my shipping fees and make me another shipment. Was very suportive all the way.

As both a new artist, (EnglishRose23) and customer - via my dear childhood friend Sheila (Sheila Fein Fantasy Pop), I'm blown away by what a special company this is.
I've started to buy some items - recently as gifts for my mother, who really loves the prints, the pillows (she keeps talking about the 'hidden zipper'). We had some trouble with our pillowcases (which I'm about to pick up today!) and Jeffrey was not just understanding, he handled it in a way that really, really impressed me. In past correspondence, Dev and Ben have also been very helpful.

I don't know the story behind who created this company, but I know that the friendship and support I'm finding both with the company, but especially, the community of artists, is wonderful. I've always been creative, but joining this has made me more prolific.

I had some colour issues with my prints and cards, and Jeffrey was quick to respond, efficient and clear. He arranged for replacements to be sent {which I wasn't expecting} and advised me on how to improve the quality of my images. Really easy and friendly experience.
