While I really love the artwork on the case, the case itself is flimsy and thin and nothing at all. I paid 40.00 for this and I've had it since February and it's already cracked. I won't be purchasing a case from Society6 again, no matter how adorable the art. Redbubble offers a much better case for the same price. I'll just plead with the artist to have an account there.

My package was lost - most likely as a result of international cross-ocean customs - so I had to contact the Society6 directly.
I was assisted be Jeffrey who provided me with swift and friendly assistance offering several options of resolving the issue. I am currently expecting the chosen final resolution to be completed, pretty sure it will be fine from now on.

I had a small issue with my order, and the customer service was able to go above and beyond immediately to make it right. There was no issue or drawn out email threads to get a solution, it was immediate and more then expected. Highly recommended.

Recently, I ordered a couple of items from Society 6, and was disappointed with both for different reasons. However, when I communicated my issues, I was shocked at how quickly my problems were resolved and how I was issued refunds for both items so that I could both order new items and not have to deal with the shipping costs and inconvenience of returning the items I originally ordered. Overall, I was very happy with the care and prompt service I received. I will definitely return to this site again in the future.

I absolutely LOVE society6! I came across their website and placed my very first order just a couple days later. It took me a couple days because I had to narrow down my choices! The artwork is amazing and so unique. I love all of it. And I think it's so cool how you can get the pattern you like on almost anything. I got three different throw pillows for my room that I'm redecorating. I'm so excited about them!

From the day I ordered them, it did almost take two weeks total to arrive. The USPS tracking hadn't updated at one point for an entire week. I sent an email to society6 and got a reply very quickly- within an hour or two. The girl that wrote back to me was sorry to hear it had taken so long with no update and was willing to refund me or ship a new order out. I of course wanted my products so bad since I was so excited. She placed a new order the following day, but then my original package ended up arriving that day so we were able to get the second order cancelled.

So the products are 10 stars, and so is the customer service! Friendly, fast, efficient and helpful.

Oh, and my pillows are better than I even expected! High quality and I love that the design is on both sides.

I ordered 5 shirts for my initial order, they arrived on time and packaged well. Love the shirts but they were too small. I contacted customer service and Dev responded within an hour and worked with me to get the exchange handled quickly. I had other questions while waiting for my order to ship and again Dev in customer service was right on it. I couldn't be happier with the quality and selection of shirts and would recommend giving them a try, and oh yeah, the shirts are made in the USA, not a sweatshop overseas.

I had some troubles with one of my order. I wrote to Society6 custom care and they answered very quickly and they took care of my problem in an instant. They were very nice! I will for sure buy some other stuff with them! It is rare to have such a great custom service!:)

I recently ordered & promptly received a lady's fitted t-shirt which was smaller than expected, even after studying the related size chart. I notified the company and they suggested I order the next larger size and issued a credit for the original order. Can't wait to get it. Love the design (Yin Floral Yang). The quality of the print and shirt appear to be excellent, though I haven't worn or laundered it yet. Stay tuned for a full review!
