I have used Society6 for phone cases for years. My most recent purchase did not arrive the way I pictured and the customer service rep immediately sent out a new one. I ended up not loving the case and a different rep handled my exchange hassle free. Both reps were extremely kind, helpful and efficient. Society6 has one of the best customer service departments I have ever worked with. This is why I recommend them to friends and family and will continue to use Society6 in the future.

I purchased a duvet cover that unfortunately, though adorable and of great quality, just didn't work size wise. Within 24 hours of my email to customer service, not only had I received a reply, they had also refunded me in full! I am so impressed with their customer service and friendliness. Though this item didn't work for me, I will definitely be using them more in the future.

In short, i made a purchase, got changed more than expected because your site failed to explain it was in US dollars. Sent around 5 emails just to have $2.50 refunded (even though i'd been charged about $9 more than expected). Print comes around 3 weeks later and its horrible quality. Quality compared to a photo printed off a phone and blown up way beyond it's quality line. Spoke to christine (the entire time) again, and quickly offered a refund, credit or exchange. An email later, my refund was given, told to keep the print and an apology for the time wasted and my bad experience. You can thank christine for all my future purchases :)
I ordered a beautiful tapestry that ended up not working out with my decor. I contacted Society6 about their return policy and was helped quickly and kindly by Jeffrey. I will be coming back to Society6 in the future for more tapestries and artwork. The colors were vibrant and the quality was excellent.

I ordered a t-shirt from Society6 and upon receiving it, I saw that the XL was far too big. Therefore, I e-mailed inquiring about exchanging the shirt. I received a prompt reply explaining that while they could not do an exchange, they were going to cancel the order - resulting in me getting my money back. And, on top of that, I could keep the XL t-shirt to either donate, keep, etc. They then said I could simply place another order with the correct size (L).
I have NEVER received such customer service - never have I been told that my money was refunded, but I could keep the product. This is wonderful (I will have to find someone for it to fit, but I don't mind!).
I plan on supporting Society6 and recommending them to others.

I thought there were stains on the product but turns out the artist designed their product that way. I ordered an iPhone case a while ago, and it was/is PERFECT. Recently, I ordered a second one and it arrived mis-printed (it had an orange hue). I emailed them a photo of the original from the website, next to the one that I got, asking for them if they could send a new one.
The email exchange was very friendly, courteous and prompt, and they made it a point to assure me that the replacement would be fine, and IF there was a problem again to let them know. They seemed truly concerned. Shortly thereafter, the replacement arrived (I got to keep the first one they sent me--I won't use it, but maybe one of my friends might!) and the new one was absolutely perfect and 100% true in color to the website.
I recommend their product and their customer service highly! They'll be my go-to company from which to order all future phone cases.

I had a potential issue with a work that I was having shipped to a museum after being selected by a very high level jury including world famous photographer, Clyde Butcher. In that I was shipping directly to the museum, I was afraid that in that it was not coming directly from me, there might be some confusion and it might get lost in the shuffle. That did in fact happen to me last December when a piece was shipped directly from a print/frame shop and a piece that cost me a lot of money to prepare and ship, not only was never received in a timely manner (after the show, it was discovered to be misplaced) for the multi-day, high profile exhibition and sale, but I lost a lot of money due to the fact that it neither was displayed nor sold because of the error.
Fearing the same error, I contacted Society6 asking it the piece could be clearly identified as not only coming from me, but sent for the specific event. Unfortunately, they were so incredibly fast in their production and shipping of my 18x18 canvas print, that they were unable to include the requested information.
Unbelievably, at no cost to me, they are preparing and sending another costly print with the requested documentation. This might be an example of the best customer service/care I have ever experienced anywhere. Thank you very much Society6 and especially Dev who was my customer service rep!
After being so impressed by my last iPhone 5 cover ordered online via society 6, I decided to treat myself to another for my newly upgraded iphone6. Sadly my order did not arrive in the post and I took to the website to notify them of this. I received a response within hours despite the time difference, and was assisted by a very helpful guy by the name of Jeffrey. I was given th option of a refund or a replacement. I took the latter and my order was shipped on the same day. Thank you for the prompt and great customer service! And thank you Jeffrey!
