The folk at society 6 were awesome! The support guy he had no trouble getting back to me in 24 hours whenever I messaged them. I had ordered something to small and wanted to exchange it, within 3 days it was done! Thank so much society 6 :)
I had to return and exchange a pair of leggings that didn't fit correctly. Dev was not only quick to respond to emails but also friendly and helpful making the experience that much easier.
I have always loved Society6's products but now I can support them even more after a great customer service experience!
Even though my dealings with Society6 customer service was via email, I actually felt like I was dealing with a human being-- so rare in this technology-crazed era. My question was answered right from the start (no annoying form letter that makes you know no one read anything), and the same person, Dev, emailed me every time. I can't say enough good things about my experience, and I won't hesitate to shop there again.
Society6 is overall a good company. It supports all kinds of artists and makes purchasing unique art a whole lot easier. The customer service is also prompt and helpful and even though I wasn't satisfied with an item I bought, they took care of my concerns so I will be making more purchases with them again in the future without any worries.
Their customer service is personal, quick and something to be proud of. I ordered wrong sized T-shirts, and Dev helped me out at once. It was so good that I bought an extra shirt, just because of their service. So I guess it works.
We all have our fears of ordering things online; especially when those things don't arrive in the condition we expect. Society6 got back to me within a few hours, and the next day my item was being shipped to me. I would definitely order from there again knowing the customer service is so nice, professional, and efficient when something goes wrong.
I've purchased goods from Society6 before (mostly framed prints) and I've always loved them so I've never had to deal with exchanges or returns. This time around I ordered some tank tops, but needed to exchange them for different sizes and colors. Dev helped me and the process was so fast and easy! This website is great, especially for fun gift ideas.

Stupid Me I ordered the wrong case for my iphone from Society 6.
Wonder of Wonders they replaced the case No Quibble and no charge.

I had a great experience with the CS team at Society6! I purchased a rug a I was absolutely in love with only to finds that as beautiful as the rug was, it was smaller than I anticipated (totally my fault for not measuring Properly) as well as not being the material I had hoped for (I was hoping more for an actual carpet rug whereas this was more of a "mat")
II wrote into the store requesting a return and refund and they had my request turned around same day and in both a courteous and friendly manner! Because of this, I highly recommend the site. Also, the quality and color on the item I purchased as well as the resolution of the rug was phenomenal. I will definitely be purchasing form them again when I decide on some art work! Thanks S6!

Although complications with my tracking number, Societ6 was very helpful and attentive. I was thoroughly pleased with their customer service and product! I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Simply a great experience. After I submitted my order, I read that the system had some troubles displaying the special characters of the address in the notification e-mail. By the time I contacted the helpdesk, they already corrected this and the package was on it way. The pleasant surprise besides this was the quick deliver, which ain't happen so often, if you order to Europe. Last, but absolutely not least, we're very happy with the stuff we got!

I ordered a few things from society 6 and they were never delivered even though USPS said it had been. The nice people over at Society 6 immediately checked on it and put in a service request for the things I ordered to be reshipped. They were so nice and fast.

Only have good things to say about Society6. Good prics, good quality, products arrived quickly. Ordered Medium instead of Large and customer service and got help from customer service very quickly!
I absolutely love Society6! I carry my totebag everywhere and wear my t-shirts nearly everyday. They get many compliments and I'm always happy to spread the word about society6 and talk up the artists.
Just recently I had an issue with a couple of t-shirt sizes I ordered. I was met with personal and prompt customer service and the exchange was an incredibly easy experience. I greatly appreciate the folks making this happen and will definitely continue to support this company.
You will find Society6 has superior products, they are so unique you can spend endless hours looking at the vast variety of all they offer. Customer service is rare in our society today and truly I have never received better customer service from any business. My customer rep was Christine. Her replies were very prompt, she answered all questions, and honored my request for a shipping refund when I was unable to activate a promo code. She conveyed a kindness and pride in her position with Society6 through her emails better than many could have over the phone. I will be sharing my new found Society6 with my friends, family and co-workers. I was happy to learn that Society6 is so much more than iPhone cases, so many artists and so many beautiful things for everyone. Society6 is an all around GREAT experience! I am anticipating a fun shopping spree come Christmas time.
