Fast and great customer service

I ordered some tote bags and mugs, but only the bags came. I contacted Society6, and Dev responded quickly and was able to replace the missing items right away. I really appreciated how they handled the situation!

Great service

I ordered a giclee print and it arrive with some defects to the backing paper on the frame, and the image itself had a huge watermark on the front. I wrote to customer support asking for help and Janie wrote back and explained that the artists supply the files for the print and there was no way to remove the watermark. She refunded the entire cost for the print/frame and was very nice! I hate complaining but it makes it better when it results in a positive experience. I will definitely be ordering from Society6 again.

No hassle return

I was not pleased with the product on my first time order, so I inquired and how to start my return. A full refund was issued to my card and I was told to keep or donate the merchandise, as I would not have to send it back! I am a customer care supervisor for a well known e-commerce company and I was very impressed with your service!

I love my new mug. The material is of high quality and it was shipped quickly and packed extremely well. Thanks for the Mom's Day customer service!

I had ordered a super cute pillow for my mom's Mother's Day gift and requested that the package be re-routed to my sister's address, as I'd be traveling over the weekend. A shipping mix-up caused the pillow to be sent to my sister's home city (not her house), but then it was backtracked and sent to my house instead, ultimately missing Mom's Day by several days. Feeling like a terrible daughter, I got in touch with Jeffrey at Society6 to see if they could help remedy the situation. Jeffrey, bless his heart, immediately arranged for a new shipment to beeline its way to my mom's doorstep. Thank you for your quick efforts, they were SO appreciated!

Replacement Order

I ordered 6 posters from Society6. Unfortunately a few had defective paper backing. It was crinkled and the glue was exposed. I sent a message to their support desk, and within 30 minutes got a response and was told my replacement posters would be shipping soon! I didn't even need to return the defective ones! Fantastic customer service!

Fast and amazing customer service

The customer service was the best I've ever experienced in my entire life. I ordered a shirt and the fit was too large. I sent a message asking for a refund and within a few hours, I was fully refunded the entire cost (including shipping) and was told I didn't even need to send the shirt back. I was speechless! They've made an immediate fan out of me, and I'm so happy to see this amazing level of customer service. Thank you Society6!

I recently purchased a pair of leggings patterned by Doodling Together.

The leggings arrived quickly and I was excited by the lovely handle of the fabric and excellent printing quality.

Unfortunately when I tried them on I found the calf area was way too narrow for my curvy calves. I emailed asking if I could exchange them for a larger size and was surprised by a very prompt refund and reply saying that I did not need to return the ones that were too small but should gift them to someone they will fit and should just place a new order in the larger size.

Such prompt and courteous service is amazing to find these days and I wholeheartedly recommend Society6 products. I'm really looking forward to wearing the larger size when it arrives.

I ordered an iPhone 6 cover from the store in February. I live in South Africa and when the cover still hadn't arrived by April I contacted support to let them know. Christine responded promptly, giving me the option to get a refund or have the cover resent. I picked the cover as it was something I really wanted. She had it reprinted for me without delay and it was shipped again. I was very excited to receive the notice to collect the cover just 1 month later! Thank you Christine and Society6 for your generosity and willingness to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. The cover is amazing, sturdy and beautiful. While looking and trying to decide between several cases (it was difficult to pick as they had a lot of great choices) I got too excited and didn't select the tough case I wanted to get when ordering. When my case arrived, it was the slim case. I emailed the company and asked if I could exchange.
