I had a problem with my post office losing my package. Not only did I contact them but on the same day they answered and sent a replacement on route to my address. Quick and understanding that these things sometimes occur. Just can't say enough of how great it is to take care of a problem like this. Awesome.
I bought a T-shirt on the Society6 website. It was too large. Customers' service told me to buy a smaller one online and I got refund for the first one WITHOUT having to send it back and thus paying the shipping. Great service with cool people and a motherload of nice tees!
My case cracked so I requested a replacement, I received an almost immediate response from the seller and a new case will be shipped to me in the next few days. I am very impressed with my overall experience with not only Society6 but the seller in this instance as well. I will definitely be ordering from Society6 again.
My shipment got misdirected but it was quickly corrected and customer service went above and beyond in their responsiveness. In addition, the product was made of quality materials with great craftsmanship.

Overwhelmed with the countless great options, I was taking my time to decide and just missed out on the sale. Jeffrey got back to me within a couple of hours and extended to me the full sale and free shipping off of my order. Needless to say, it made my day. I went ahead and placed the order, reached out to Jeffrey again, and within a short span of time was refunded the appropriate amount off of my purchase. Society6 and Jeffrey are proof that great customer service creates loyal customers. I have my eye on a couple more of their products and will definitely purchase from Society6 again. After ordering an item that didn't fit, Customer Services were very helpful and quick to give me a refund - I'll be using Society6 again even if their XS t-shirts are still too big for me!
I always try to buy a few when they have free worldwide shipping. They're nice ts, with prints that are a little different from what you get on the UK high street. Unfortunately on the last order 2 of the Ts prints weren't quite as I envisaged from the image on their website. So they just refunded my money, and said to donate the Ts to the local charity shop. All good! Ideally the Ts would have been as they appeared online, and the prints do fade over time. But they're still worth buying!
I do a lot of online shopping and never I have I ever experienced such great service. I highly recommend them! Plus if you have any issues with your order they are more than happy to help. There are some companies that try and dodge your questions/complaints but S6 are exactly how companies should treat their customers. 5 stars all the way!

A few weeks ago, Society6 proved his reliability.
Indeed, I ordered an hoodie and a T-shirt. However, the package has been lost (I lived in France, the package is sent from California) for the first time.
I waited 8 weeks as written in the FAQs, and I send a request.
They helped me with courtesy, and resend for free my order.
We can definitely trust them.
I had to change the shipping address and sent the request the same day as I placed the order. They replied that same day, changed the address quickly and resent my updated order in an email. The representative Christine was the one who helped me with that process so thank you for being attentive!
