I just ordered the right item in a wrong size and was worried since i bought the item when it was on sale i didnt want to have to pay the whole thing again and shipping etc for and exchange but i was helped by dev and they were very helpful even when i asked a million questions and it was great! They made me feel good and i've been a customer for a while but this was just the icing on the cake i cant wait to order with society6 again!
I ordered two t-shirts on-line: one for myself and one for my adult son. My son was happy with his T-shirt. Unfortunately, the one for me was too small. I contacted Society6 about an exchange and Dev explained how to proceed.The problem was quickly resolved: I ordered a larger T-shirt and I received a refund on the smaller one. I couldn't have been happier with the service!
I've long been a fan of Lela Lee's Angry Little Girls series, and ordered a delightful tote bag. When it arrived I realized that I specified the wrong size. Blarg! So I contacted customer service and they had me order a new one. Once I'd placed the order, my original amount spent was refunded and the new order's price was adjusted (I bought the first bag on sale) to the sale price, and they gave me free shipping. If that weren't enough, they told me not to worry about returning the first bag. WHAT?!? Nobody treats customers this awesomely! I will for sure be shopping here in the future and recommending them to everyone! Thanks Society6!

I had to return a pair of leggings because they were the wrong size. Customer service responded within hours and resolved the issue. They even refunded me enough money so that the original discount would be maintained (I had bought the leggings during a sale, and the sale was over at the time of exchange). Very easy to work with.

I ordered a cool Big Lebowski tank top, but when it arrived some of the dye was stuck to other parts of the fabric, and when ripped apart peeled the dye off and sort of ruined the image. I was bummed, so immediately took to customer service. I explained the problem and within 24 hours I had a replacement coming my way, without my having to send my damaged product back. Excellent service, and I can't ask for more.
Ordered 4 shirts, 1 of the shirts was too small. Society 6 did an even exchange and then told me to donate the smaller size shirt. Will be doing business with them again in the future.
I was absolutely stumped with an issue I was having with the Post & Sell section of Society6, and after trying everything I could think of to no luck, I had to give in to the ticket section of the site. Having signed up for many online games and sites, I've had my fair share of technical problems and fair share of BAD service. I've come to expect this nowadays and was hesitant to even submit a ticket for my issue because of this.
However, I was PLEASANTLY surprised when I not only got a response within 12 hours, but a very friendly and personal response from a great representative by the name of Jeffrey.
Jeffrey maintained a level of professionalism while also coming off as a friend, someone who was more than happy and more than willing to fix my problem.
My issue was something that the Development Team and Support Team had never seen, and instead of giving me the usual "We're not sure but we'll get to it." that most companies will respond with, Jeffrey got the Development Team to get to working on this issue as soon as they were available, as it was 6:00 AM when they responded. The Development Team hadn't even come into work by that time, and so I became high priority, and that is something that I value greatly in a company.
Tl; dr
I was thoroughly impressed with the incredibly quick response, friendly attitude, and quick fix to my problem. Society6 treats you like you matter.
Ordered a phone case from Society 6 (really cute). Unfortunately it broke about 3 months later. They replaced at no charge promptly and cheerfully. I'll be back!
I´ve ordered 2 art prints and 4 t-shirts from society6 to germany. I was very satisfied with the prints, but the shirts were a little to big for me.
So I contacted the support and asked for a way to exchange the misfitting shirts for new ones... and I was suprised.
They not just let me keep the shirts I´ve already got, they´ve sended me 4 new ones (in the right size of course) for free.
I´m still impressed by this generosity. Thats really much more than I would have expected from a online store in another country.
I should also mention that my question were answered always quick and and in a very friendly way.

The package was delivered to my office, but it was a weekend so two of the three packages were dumped in the lobby of the building and one was stuffed in the mailbox. Assuming one was lost since I only saw the first two in the lobby, I contacted customer service. Society6 customer service was very kind and patient while I panicked about my package (the one in the mail box). Offered to redeliver and to a different location, which ended up not being necessary, because I found the last package. Pleased!
Aside from great products everytime, I found myself quite pleased when i had ordered a size too small in a hoody meant for a birthday present. I contacted Society6 through an email asking about their return exchange policy for this item and received a very quick response with an outcome I was really happy with. Society6 is a great place to find unique gifts to suit any personality and satisfy any fandom/hobby/interest.
I've known about Society 6 for a while now and often find myself perusing the site looking for cool gift ideas and fun home decor items. I finally decided on a few pillow cases for my new couch. The quality of the cases were perfect. Zippers worked. Fabric was soft and comfy.
Alas--when I went to try the pillowcases on my existing couch pillows, they didn't fit. Cue the "dun-dun-dunnnnn" music. I was devastated.

I did not have to pay any extra fees, and my new shirt is on the way! If I wasn't already planning on being a frequent customer at Society6, I definitely would be now.
When the item I ordered was accidentally delivered with another print, the team at Society6 responded within a few hours to let me know a replacement would be mailed to me, without any questions or messy return process. Easy as pie. And I'm delighted with the quality of the pieces. Beautiful prints and well made, nice materials.
