After recently receiving an order for an art print from Society 6, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size and submitted a request for a refund to order the proper, larger size.
Within less than a day, Dev from customer service reached out to me ensuring me that my order would be refunded and exchanged, no problem - they even let me keep / donate the original print I received!
All around solid quality prints and superb customer service. I would highly recommend using Society 6 - I will definitely be shopping here again.

I found society6 thru Amazon. I ordered a throw pillow made by "maggs326". It is beautiful, The design looks as if it was hand painted on and is on both sides. The pillow is beautifully made and I had to look for the zipper it is on the bottom and doesn't show. I bought a summer scene and will order a fall, winter and spring by maggs326 soon. Besides the design being on the pillow there are all kinds of other things you can get with the design on them, mugs, prints, shirts etc. I am really impressed, with the quality, price and service. The adorable T-Shirt that I ordered was too small so I emailed customer service about making an exchange. Someone named Dev emailed me back in a timely manner and explained exactly what I had to do to get the larger size. The shirt was no longer on sale, but I was even able to get the sale price on the large size. I was quite pleased with the service that I received.

I had an issue with a purchase that I made and I requested a refund. To my surprise, I was helped by a wonderful person named Jeffrey. He answered my emails in a fast manner and he was always so helpful and nice. He was even kind enough to forward my thoughts on the product I purchased to the people that handle that. Jeffrey told me that my refund was going to appear in my account 2-3 business days and it was there. Overall I'm very happy with society6 I love their products and artistic things, however never forget that quality is very important.
I accidentally stumbled upon society6 and was blown away by the original artwork to product printing idea! I can't say enough about the plethora of choices! Furthermore, when one of the things i ordered didn't quite fit in with the rest of my decor, the customer service reps were right on top of it. In the end, they told me I didn't have to send it back, just donate it or find a happy home for it - how nice was that?!?! I'm definitely ordering form them again.
What a great concept. An art collaberative which features up and coming talented artists, and applies their artistry to everyday items. This was my first experience with society6, but I'll be back again. Great customer service, too.
I ordered a printed top from Society6 however upon arrival, the top was defective as the design had been printed far too low. I went onto their website and entered a replacement request and attached a photo of my product as prompted. I had a response within an hour and a half and a replacement was immediately organised. I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received!
These people rule. I had a great experience... couldn't be easier to deal with. Highly recommended... they are definitely acquiring themselves a wealth of good karma.

Customer service responded to my requests within just a couple of hours, even on a weeknight. They answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and surpassed any level of customer service I would have ever expected. They were more than understanding.

So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States.
