When I was searching for specific types of rugs I knew I had to go custom to get what I wanted, so upon searching I found S6.
I placed my order and waited, but my order never came. Upon looking USPS had lost my package somehow and left me without my order.
I contacted S6 about it, and within 24 hours they had refunded the shipping on my order AND shipped out a FREE replacement order, no fighting with them, just a pleasant interaction. I could not have asked for more. They went above and beyond to deliver great support.

I ordered a wall clock and awhile after receiving it, I noticed the clock didn't work properly. I contacted the customer service and got a response during the same day saying a new clock will be delivered to me free of charge. Ordered my husband the wrong size of shorts and wanted to return them for the correct size. A customer service representative emailed me within a few hours and said I did not need to return them and would easily send me the correct size. Initially I had bought the shirts at a discount with free shipping and they honoured that when I reordered the shirts and gave me a full refund for the first order. Such amazing personable customer service representatives!
I ordered a phone case, which while adorable didn't offer the protection for my phone that I wanted. I asked to receive a refund, which a kind representative named Janie gladly agreed to do for me. While the purchase didn't work out for me, it isn't often that you get speedy and excellent customer service. I will be ordering from society6 soon for other beautiful artwork!
I ordered a phone case and the package was marked as delivered but I hadn't received it. So I contacted customer service to report this. They immediately checked in on my package and found that the carrier had indeed lost it. They then sent me a replacement of my original order free of charge. The original package ended up finding its way back to my house, so I emailed customer service yet again to let them know I no longer needed a replacement. They informed me the replacement package had already shipped and that I could keep it free of charge! Overall a great experience!

My tapestry came fast and in great condition, unfortunately, with one of them, the colours were not what I was expecting, but that was not a printing error (as I was assured), perhaps more-like poor judgement on my part. Dev was helpful in giving me a refund without any hassles and was unbelievably fast and consistently professional with her responses.

I've ordered a couple of times from Society6 in the past without any problems and been really satisfied. Though this last time I experienced problems with the customs in Sweden where they told me that Society6 basically told them to treat the item as a "customs package" (Resulting in custom charges more than the amount of the sweater.) I felt duped that this only happened this time around (this was the only time I purchased during free shipping) and was ready to never buy from Society6 again.
They were superfast with handeling my complaint and gave me a full refund. This made me feel like it's a serious company that cares about their costumers and I will definitely buy from them again (Though always with shipping when ordering internationally!) Thank you Society6.
Not sure how the print would look in my bathroom, I ordered a couple different shower curtains so I could choose. They are really nice; beautifully printed on a mid weight fabric that drapes well. Society6 was really graceful when I returned the unwanted ones, and refunded within a day. I'm super happy and my bathroom looks great!

I contacted Society6 this morning about a package I never received. Jeffrey from customer service was extremely quick in resolving the problem, and resending my order. It's always refreshing to have such great customer service!
First of all, they are beautiful, just like the photos, as you should expect. And so fun, I want them all. I'm a little lady, about 5'3", 110lbs. I normally wear about a 2 if something runs a little big, or a 4. So when I bought the leggings, judging how in the past stretchy stuff seems to give almost too much I chose the XS. I could not get them on past my knees. The fabric is almost like a thick bathing suit material, it doesn't give much, especially at the waist. Meaning even though I was pulling and working the fabric, I could get it to really stretch over my knees, let alone my booty. So, I then ordered 1 in small, and 1 in medium - yes, itty bitty me, a medium. I wasn't sure I was going to get the small on over my hips, but after some wriggling, over they went and hugged everything in nicely, and even came in at the waist (sometimes mine gaps). That is the best part. I could have run a marathon in them and barely felt a giggle. The mediums were just a smidge loose around the uh... crotch(?) and the waist, but much easier to get on. So, my recommendation for you is if you have hips wider than your knees, go a size bigger than you think. For you bean poles, you can probably get away with your normal size. Oh, and they are plenty long, for us shorties, they are tight enough to cling at your ankles so no big deal. Enjoy! (ps, photo is small size)
