I emailed about a package I was expecting and received a reply right away. Michela was very helpful and was able to verify the package was lost and replaced it for me. She was very informative about the options available for me and answered other questions I had. The support team at Society6 was great!
I ordered some beautiful fitted t-shirts, but they were too small. I journeyed to American Apparel to figure out what size would fit me best and then contacted Society6. They very graciously refunded my last purchase and even deducted some money off of my replacement purchase (my original purchase was bought during a sale)! Unfortunately, I was a bit nervous that they wouldn't do the deduction so I only replaced 3 out of the 4 shirts and added a hoodie instead.
Overall, I'm VERY satisfied ordering with Society6. My hoodie and shirts look terrific! I am surprised that American Apparel runs small - I'm pretty scrawny, so I don't know how others are actually supposed to fit into these clothes! Anyway, I look forward to buying more from Society6 in the future.

Horrible. After paying 239 dollar (artists only get very little of this amount) it got shipped to us. and we had to pay another 90 dollar. As input costs. Nowhere was mentioned about this. I feel scammed and I will never buy there again and tell everybody about it,

Ask them to send them back and change to L size...
And here i was told to keep them as gift, that i will get a total refund, and place a new order for L size shirt...

My order apparently got lost - or delivered to wrong address. I had been charged for it. I emailed society6 and got a prompt response and they quickly sent my order out again! Wonderful to work with companies like this!
I have ordered many Society6 products to help promote "The Lambert Collection" that I recently launched on my blog (http://www.allaboutami.com/post/*******461/thelambertcollection). I am very happy with my tote bags, tank top, mugs, t-shirt and hoodie. There were some hiccups with printing along the way, but the Society6 customer support team were wonderful. They answered my questions very quickly within 24 hours and did not hesitate to issue me replacement orders or offer me a refund. They were very courteous and handled everything very professionally!

But I didn't get the pack for a long time, so I contacted their help desk. I found out my order was lost in postal service.
They were so helpful and re-send my order. But then again, I didn't get it.
So I contacted S6 again, and they re-send it. Finally, yesterday, I got my T-shirt and hoody! Both are awesome, quality of print on the fabric is great as I have already said above.
Very plesantly surprised when I had to make a return and the process was simple and painless. The response was fast and helpful too, excellent customer service.

As a single male, home owner, the task of decorating a house seemed quite daunting. Someone introduced this wonderful site to me, and I felt it was idiot proof as far as finding all the desired designs I could decorate a home with. Needless to say, my home looks great now, and even when I had an issue and needed to return an item, they let me keep the item I no longer wanted and pick a new one.
Long story short, I am a happy returning customer.
So society6 just impressively handled my botched birthday present - I initially chose the wrong size, and then (as happens) I felt lazy and didn't want to do an exchange knowing I should...,.,,. And then, with a bit of well-executed hinting... they totally 100% made it all work easily and spectacularly, no exaggeration - happy gift recipient, happy gift-giver
But mostly, the tshirts are amazing
All the items are wonderful. I had a problem where I ordered something that was too large (my own fault) and they replaced it for me right away. They were faster at responding than I was! I would totally shop from here again, and have already been recommending to my friends. Just keep doing what you're doing because I love it.
My boyfriend got me some shirts for my birthday, and they didn't quite fit right. I emailed them and they quickly got my issued resolved. No questions asked and very quickly. We frequent this site and love their artwork. We will continuously by more for ourselves and others. We recommend them 100%!
I purchased two biker t-shirts from Society 6 a few months ago. One was "Space Surfing" and the other was "City of Light II". I've only just returned home from abroad to find them. I was excited to try them on, but my joy quickly turned to disgust at the absolute cheapness of the material and the horrible quality and cut of the tee shirt. It's advertised as a biker tee with material all the way out to the shoulder. These t-shirts are almost cut like a semi-tank top, exposing way too much pectorals… not a biker tee at all. Terrible quality… terribly made... buyer's remorse. I'll never buy ANYTHING from this sorry excuse for a company again!
[Several days later] Soon after posting the review above, I was contacted by the Society6 customer service department and they refunded my money for these two shirts, which I thought was very impressive and reasonable, that they chose to honor and respect the customer. Gotta give them props for that. That said, their artwork is really nice, but I hope they can improve their supply chain and provide better "canvases" for their artwork… improve the quality of the material used for the shirts and you'll have long term customers.
One might be weary using only a message board on a website to get in contact with a business instead of a direct phone number. But need not worry with Society6.
I was waiting on a package to be delivered for almost two weeks, and after speaking with the numerous couriers on my delivery status, I finally reached out to customer support on Society6's website. No more than two hours later, I received a response from a kind Brittany. Once the communication began with her, my order was replaced and in production within the hour. There are zero complaints on my end.
This was an overall positive experience, and I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
