Society6 customer service is the best!

Just recently, I ordered an amazing looking tee with an artist designed Brian Wilson graphic from Society6 only to discover that the sizing was off and the shirt too big. I began to compete their online return/exchange process for a smaller size tee and quickly received an email from Janie, a customer service rep at Society6. She was so helpful and not only explained that the original shirt not need to be returned because of the sizing error but that Society6 would refund me the shipping on my subsequent order for a smaller size tee. Talk about the epitome of stellar customer service! I cannot wait to encourage friends and family to explore the wide variety of funky, eclectic tees, prints, and other items available through a variety of artists/designers at Society6. Thank you!

Society6 has always have really good deals for customer, they have fast delivery and great quality products.

Furthermore it's not everyday that you will find a SOO good customer service! I made an order while they had free shipping, I was such in a rush that I made a mistake on the size I ordered. I immediately contacted them.

They were really helpful! They canceled my order, refund me in few days.
Unfortunately, when I re order my items, the free shipping wasn't applied anymore BUT those great guys refund me the shipping anyway!

Aren't they awesome for that?! Thanks to Dev and Jeffrey

I had some troubles with my purchase going through due to my personal details not matching up. I was able to communicate easily with the Society6 support team and they were able to clearly answer all my questions. They ensured that I didn't miss out on the deals that happened when I originally made my purchase. All their responses to my questions were answered very quickly and they were very pleasant to communicate with. This sort of excellent customer service will definitely encourage me to shop with Society6 again and I will also encourage my friends and family to check them out! Thanks society6!

Great Customer Service & Great Quality!

I recently ordered an AC/DC throw pillow from Society6, and accidently purchased the wrong size. I emailed customer service to cancel the order and heard back immediately, the order was refunded and I was able to purchase the correct size within about an hour. This level of service is to be expected in my opinion but it is still rare these days. Additionally, Michela was incredibly pleasant and really thorough about explaining the process.

I received the product on time & am really impressed with the quality. It looks great on the couch & adds a bit of character to the room!

I will make Society6 a first stop for unique products in the future.

Very happy customers

We have bought about 5-8 tee-shirts from Society6 now, and we are very impressed with their easy to use website, great (HUGE!) selection, the quality of artists that they represent, and their affordability. And when we found that certain fabrics behaved differently (the tri-tone tees drape more, so end up being a size or so bigger than expected) getting an exchange was no problem whatsoever, with very prompt assistance, and even though we are overseas, we didn't have to pay any excess!
We are very happy with the service we received, and we will certainly be shopping with Society6 again.

I'm so pleasently thrilled with my products and the efficiency of the products. I'm Canadian so I'm always a little hesitant with shipping costs and delivery time. My products (a mug and 4 throw pillows) were shipped the day after I ordered and less than a week later I had everything. This may not seem like a big deal but for an international shipment to come without having to pay duty. And I took advantage of free worldwide shipping I'm beyond happy.
I will definetly be buying more. My products are wonderful I'm so happy they add a unique touch to my home.
Highly recommend purchasing and enjoying society6 products!

Outstanding Products & Customer Service

I recently made my first purchase at Society6, overall the quality of the item was better than expected and packed well. After deciding that I needed a bigger coffee mug (who doesn't) I was told to keep the one I was going to return as a gift and I would still be refunded, talk about going above and beyond. I would highly recommend Society6 to anyone looking for that perfect gift or coffee mug, you wont be dissapointed.

The best iPhone 6 case shopping experience!

I originally was planning on buying the iPhone 6 plus so I ordered my phone case in that size. I unfortunately wasn't able to purchase the 6 plus but instead got the 6. By that time my case had already arrived so I needed to exchange. The process was so simple and convenient. The customer service was even better. The shipping fee was refunded to me as well as the original charge. I was even allowed to keep the 6 plus case I originally purchased as a one time compliment. I will definitely be buying my phone cases here from now and and recommend it to everyone else as well.

Customer Service at Society6

I was very satisfied with the services provided by Society6! At first, there was a problem with the order - even though there was the special offer of free worldwide shipping the day I ordered, it still added a charge onto my bill, somehow. But after I got in touch with the staff, they very nicely and quickly set things right without any complications. The customer service was thus very good. The order was delivered fast and without any problems.

Excellent customer service

I had difficulties with my order - my PayPal payment was taken but the system had not received the order. However I contacted society6's customer service and a friendly man called Jeffrey emailed me, true to their word within 24 hours. He issued me a refund and a voucher so I wouldn't miss out on their free worldwide shipping special which had ended the previous day when my order had gotten mixed up. Now that's what I call class and good business. I have since reordered and received confirmation of shipping. I am truly impressed with Society6's outstanding and professional service. A great company who supports the arts. Five stars.

I have ordered many times now from Society6, and was always satisfied with their products.

However, in my last order, the two biker tank tops that I had ordered ended up being way to big. Unfortunately, I received the order two days before leaving for a one month trip to Europe. I wanted an exchange, but no one would be home to receive the item, and the post office would only hold the item for five days before returning it to sender. I wrote to the Society6 customer service via e-mail, and Dev, one of their customer agent, answered the very next day. Considering the time restriction that I was under, I was thrilled about the quick response. He explained that I had 30 days to return/exchange the items once received; that I would need to make another purchase with the new items that I wanted; and that he would refund me the original order once I wrote the order confirmation number in the ticket that he had opened for me.

I left for Europe, and shortly before returning, I placed my new order. However, the 30 day delay was expired, and the ticket originaly opened, was now closed.

I contacted customer service once more via e-mail, and again they responded within 24 hours. Dev, who had originaly helped me, not only re-opened the ticket, refunded me the orinal purchase, but also told me that I did not have to return the tank tops and could donate them to whom I pleased. I ended up giving them to my co-worker who adored them and who will probably become a new customer of Society6.

Good customer service is very hard to come by, but great one is almost un heard of. I highly recommed this company for the great products they have, but also for their outstanding customer service!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a t-shirt with a design made by a friend. My order got disappeared in the mail and the post office lost track of it. No one could figure out where it was but Sharon at customer service immediately sent out a second order at no cost. Society6 now has a customer for life.

I bought a phone case that didn't work for me and I wrote to send it back. Instead of asking me to send it from Canada, Society6 offered the case to me and send me a reimbursement right away. That was quite nice!

Excellent customer service

I ordered a t-shirt trying to use a free-shipping AND 10% coupon together, but the billing process had an issue and I was charged for 10% off but with $10.00 shipping fee. A 'Jeffrey' from the Society6 customer service team helped me out after I sent them an email, and refunded both the $10.00 shipping fee and an additional 10% off of the final fee! I really appreciated this response to the issue I had, as it was prompt and generous:)

Easy fix for product issue
June 29, 2015

I ordered a wall clock for a birthday present for my dear friend. It promptly came and I tucked it away... waiting for her birthday. I pulled it out yesterday, put in a new battery and... darn. It did not work... tried more then one battery. I went on the Society6 website and found their return issue page and sent them an email with the explanation. Today I received an email saying they are issuing a full refund (including shipping) and that I should just keep the clock for charity or whatever I choose that they did not want it back... WOW. How cool is that?
