My daughter ordered a few T-shirts from Society6 for the first time with some Birthday money she had received. Every day she checked the mail in anticipation. Unfortunately, when they arrived she was sad to learn that they did not fit. She was even sadder when she realized that it would likely take another few weeks to return Tee's in the mail and receive a refund. However, within an hour of requesting a refund she was contacted by email, apologized to and told that she could expect a refund in only 3-5 days and that it wasn't necessary to return the items and in fact, it was ok to give them away or donate them. Amazing and quick customer service. Thank you Society6
The exchange process is very easy. They refund and you make a new order. I am impressed by their service.
Was a bit disappointed when my clock came and it was busted-- hands got stuck and essentially the clock didn't work. After a quick message to society6's customer service, I got a friendly reply from a Jeffrey soon after. I explained to him the situation and he sent me a new one with no further questions asked.
Happy to say I have my clock now and it works!:)
Excellent customer service.
They were very helpful when my shirt came with a hole in it. After I sent them a picture they got back to me super fast and told me they would send a new shirt without the hassle of my having to send the defective one back. I am very pleased with there customer service
The experience from start to finish was excellent. It was fun picking out a phone case because they have an incredible selection. Even after I found out there had been an error in my order and that I would need to get a refund, the experience could not have been better.
The customer service was super fast and friendly. I was issued a refund immediately, (& this was a situation where the entire thing was a misunderstanding, there were no problems with products or service), and the person who helped me went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied.
Although they don't make cases for the Galaxy Note 4 (yet) I will be following this company and eager to buy from them often.
Products are innovative and fun, website is easy to use and has an expansive stock, and customer service representatives leave you feeling like you just did business with a close friend.

I'm a big fan of society6 and they have incredible shirts. I've been buying shirts from them for a few months and recently one of my items was lost. Thankfully and kindly, Jonathan said he will replace the shirt. He was very prompt with his responses which I didn't expect. I sent in a request for Society6 to honor a deal for $15 off a $100 purchase for an order I had placed the day before. The deal started the next day and they refunded my the $15 with no issues! Then I had another request to see if I could switch the color of the frame I ordered, but my order had already shipped. They refunded me for my incorrect order and set me up with the new order with the correct frame. They have been amazing and have gone above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I will definitely be a loyal patron to such a great company. Thank you!
I made my first purchase from Society6 recently, when I received the order I was not totally happy with the way the print looked on the rug. I emailed their customer service with my concerns and immediately got a response back.
They offered me another selection and exchanged it without any problem.

I ordered some lovely tshirts from Society6 which arrived quickly, the only downside was that the shirts were too snug and I'm afraid they would shrink in the first wash. I contacted support about exchanging for the next size up. Brittany was excellent help, and because of this experience I would highly recommend Society6!

Company web sites states items shipped USPS. My order was shipped out via DHL who held shipment at thier facility for TWO business days before starting delivery process. DHL dropped package at incorrect post office which caused huge delivery delay. Attempted to contact Society6 - no email or phone # available. NOT happy with experience and feel bad I will not be able to support artists who sell through Society6, as I will NEVER work with this company again. Any business who goes out of their way to hide from thier customers does not deserve my $$.
UPDATE! As SOON as this review went 'live' I received an email from Society6. They had reviewed my tracking info and agreed that there was a lag time in the way the item was delivered and they refunded my shipping, which was great. The email also said "Our Customer Care is always available at https://society6.com/help/contact". That's great too, although there was no link I could find on the web site to get to the 'help' form. This may have been due to their site being messed up (white page with all the links in blue down the right hand side of the page). I am happy with the outcome of this transaction, I am happy with the shirt. Not sure I'll dip my toes in their pool again though.

Society6 has the best customer service. They took care of 2 different issues I had quickly and made sure I got a replacement. I was skeptical at first because I couldn't find a phone number to talk to a live person on their site. All communication is thru email. They are quick to answer and resolved my issues within a 24hr period. They are awesome! Will totally shop society6 in the future and tell my friends what a great company they are.

So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States.
