Jonathan was not only swift but most helpful in resolving a problem with stains that probably arose from the T-shirt printing process. Full refund issued in a flash. It's the sort of customer service that makes me absolutely confident of buying from Society6 again.
I had bought some prints for a collage in my new home but they ended up not working well with the existing images I had. I asked to return them and I was given extremely good customer service. They refunded me right away and offered to let me keep the images so I did not have to go through the trouble of sending back. The quality of the prints were great and I will continue to purchase from their site. Very kind people working for the company!
I am new to Society 6 and recently made my first purchase. I bought a fantastic looking iPhone 6 slimcase. However, since I am a clutz, I decided a tough case may be more my style. Sharon from their customer service department was very helpful and prompt with her responses. She even included extra pictures that weren't available online. The refund process was simple. It was really awesome my customer experience, I bought 2 personalized mugs from Society6 - Santa Monica - but unfortunately one of them came cracked, probably a problem during transportation, I wrote an e-mail telling that I would like to replace for a new one and less then a day Jonathan wrote me back to solve my problem in a best way!

I'm decorating my son's gaming room and bedroom. It has been a lot of fun searching for art to reflect my son's interests (eg. Super Smash Bros and Basketball). I had him review my choices so that he would be happy with the decor. In most cases I'll purchase prints, but I will purchase at least one canvas print. The art you choose can be printed on t-shirts, mugs, cell phone covers and other items. I am amazed by the creative expression and find pleasure in browsing. By creating an account you can follow artist and like their work. The only draw back, as you like the art, you can not change your mind. For this reason I wish I wasn't so eager in the beginning to click "the heart" for like.
