I purchased a wall tapestry and an indoor throw pillow and although the pillow and tapestry were great, the tapestry didn't suit the color scheme for which I purchased it. I purchased a print planning to buy an inexpensive frame later on. I didn't realize that my print was not a standard framing size. Society6 didn't offer a framed version of the print in the size I was hoping to find for the space I need filled. The response from customer service was incredibly fast and they offered to let me do an exchange or return. I ultimately opted for a return and they refunded the entire balance of the print to my account and told me I didn't need to send the print back in. I will definitely make another purchase from them in the near future for some artwork to fill another area of my house. This was my second S6 purchase and I was completely thrilled with the first which is currently hanging in my home. Overall, awesome products and amazing customer service!
I ordered 3 items and received them in Canada. I wasn't impressed with the quality of one of the items and I was unsure about the design of the second item. I contacted support and submitted a picture. I received a very prompt response and resolution to the issue without having to go through a lengthy, arduous process... I recently ordered with Society6 for the first time, and I have to say I was very impressed.
The quoted delivery was 1-3 weeks, and the tshirts I'd ordered (4 of them) arrived in 10 days. They were all very good quality materials and the designs I had chosen to be printed on them were clear and not at all faded.
The customer service is great too; I had accidentally ordered two of the shirts in sizes that were too big so had to apply for an exchange. This was sorted out very swiftly by their staff member (Dev) and without any inconvenience to me.
I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely be shopping with S6 again.
I ordered a clock in April (our son is a designer on the website). It was perfect until it stopped working. Even with a battery change. I emailed their website and Sharon emailed me back and said that a new clock was on the way and I didn't have to ship the defective one back! Amazing! I couldn't be happier!
