Refunds/Exchanges

I ordered a tapestry off the website, but it ended up not matching the decor of the room I wanted to put it in. I contacted the help service and requested an exchange. Their response was both prompt and efficient. I was refunded my money within a matter of hours and they didn't even request that I send the item back. I was very shocked and grateful! The customer service was amazing! I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

Great Stuff, Great Service!

I purchased a wall tapestry and an indoor throw pillow and although the pillow and tapestry were great, the tapestry didn't suit the color scheme for which I purchased it. So I requested a return/refund and was responded to the same day with exceptional courtesy and helpfulness. I will definitely buy from and recommend others to Society6 much more!

All-around awesome

I had a Society6 case on my iPhone for 2 years, dropped the phone on pavement a million times, and never had the screen or case crack. AWESOME. Just upgraded to a new iPhone and went straight back to Society6, knowing that it would look great and be super durable. And honestly, what a great price. Win win win.

Awesome service

I had a problem with a product I ordered, sent an email enquiring about it and within 5 hours got an email back from Brittany saying sorry about the mistake and they were going to ship another one right away with no need to return the first one. Very impressed with quality and speed of service!

Fantastic customer service

I bought a t-shirt from Society6 and it was just too small. I put off dealing with it because most companies these days, it seems, have horrible customer service, or even no customer service. But I finally mustered the courage to enter into what I thought would be customer service hell and emailed them. They responded almost instantly and were so incredibly helpful, I was blown away. Sharon was so friendly and explained exactly what to do to exchange the shirt for a larger size. My new shirt is on its way and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be shopping with Society6 again.

Great Customer Service!

I purchased a print planning to buy an inexpensive frame later on. I didn't realize that my print was not a standard framing size. Society6 didn't offer a framed version of the print in the size I was hoping to find for the space I need filled. The response from customer service was incredibly fast and they offered to let me do an exchange or return. I ultimately opted for a return and they refunded the entire balance of the print to my account and told me I didn't need to send the print back in. I will definitely make another purchase from them in the near future for some artwork to fill another area of my house. This was my second S6 purchase and I was completely thrilled with the first which is currently hanging in my home. Overall, awesome products and amazing customer service!

Outstanding service

I ordered 3 items and received them in Canada. I wasn't impressed with the quality of one of the items and I was unsure about the design of the second item. I contacted support and submitted a picture. I received a very prompt response and resolution to the issue without having to go through a lengthy, arduous process... I was very impressed with the curteous and professional service!

Lost but not forgotten

I ordered a pair of leggings and two t-shirts from Nipples of Venus on Society6. The leggings are fantastic and made it to me in record time, but the t-shirts got lost in the mail. Brittany at Society6 tracked the order for me, issued a replacement and refunded my shipping on the new order. Great customer service and exceptional work on the printing. I highly recommend Society6.

Great service and great products

I recently ordered with Society6 for the first time, and I have to say I was very impressed.

The quoted delivery was 1-3 weeks, and the tshirts I'd ordered (4 of them) arrived in 10 days. They were all very good quality materials and the designs I had chosen to be printed on them were clear and not at all faded.

The customer service is great too; I had accidentally ordered two of the shirts in sizes that were too big so had to apply for an exchange. This was sorted out very swiftly by their staff member (Dev) and without any inconvenience to me.

I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely be shopping with S6 again.

Defective Clock
August 1, 2015

I ordered a clock in April (our son is a designer on the website). It was perfect until it stopped working. Even with a battery change. I emailed their website and Sharon emailed me back and said that a new clock was on the way and I didn't have to ship the defective one back! Amazing! I couldn't be happier!

Service above and beyond

Not only are their products unique and fun, their service is excellent. I had an issue with two of my orders and they bent over backwards to solve my problem with no inconvenience or additional cost to me. I will definitely do business with them again.

Excellent customer service

I ordered two clocks for a large conference room and when they arrived I realized they were too small for the space. I contacted customer support asking about their return policy and they immediately processed a refund.

Shortly thereafter, I received an email from Michela confirming the refund, and indicating that, as they did not want to cause any inconvenience, there was no need to return the clocks.

This is absolutely amazing customer service, a very rare commodity! I highly recommend Society6, their commitment to customer service is amazing.
