When a product I ordered arrived and was not what I was expecting, my refund/return request was handled quickly, efficiently, and extremely professionally.
I purchased 2 tapestries for my daughter's college apartment because I wasn't certain which size the wall would accommodate. When I asked to return the larger sized one, I received immediate feedback and was stunned to learn that they were providing me a credit to my account but ALSO said for me to keep the tapestry and donate or otherwise put it to good use. Now THAT is customer friendly service. In addition, the website and choices of tapestries was phenomenal. I highly recommend Society6.

I have ordered numerous things from Society6 and I have had excellent experiences-- decent prices, quick shipping, good quality merch, and supporting artists.
Most recently, I had had a minor order screw-up (totally on my part, I accidentally ordered the wrong thing) and I, thankfully, decided to contact customer support to see if I could get it exchanged.
The support rep who dealt with my situation (Jonathan) was an angel and he immediately issued a refund, no explanation needed. He also helped me order a new one and was still extremely patient and kind when I even messed up a second time.
I am always apprehensive to make any sort of complaint but the Society6 support team was so accommodating and helpful and, therefore, the potentially stressful process was instead very quick and extremely easy.

My purchase some how got sent to the wrong location. The customer service people were very helpful and made sure that I would still get my product.
I had asked to use another promo code for the T-shirt I brought but the site wouldn't let me. So I contacted a representative wondering if there was anyway that I could use both. I RECIEVED A RESPONSE IN 31 MINUTES! I spoke to Janie and she was fabulous. She told me that my refund would appear on my account in 2-3 business days and that I was refunded the $5 shipping fee. My first order went perfectly, and although there was apparently an issue with my second order getting lost, the company was quick to help me out. Oh, and the products themselves look gorgeous.
I order from Society6 regularly, the products are great quality and more often than not, delivery is on time. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with one of my deliveries but after contacting Brittany at the Society6 help service, she helped me get my order back on track! Bought three, games-themed art prints as a gift and was really impressed with the quality - brilliant artwork, heavyweight paper, solid inking and a great matt look. One print had a tiny amount of ink smudging on it but I got a response to that and a replacement offer within 24 hours. Prints were delivered within a week (I'm in the UK). Great service, great quality, classy designs. Will use them again.

I unfortunately had miscommunication with this site at first and sent my order to the wrong address. The team quickly intervened and got the package to the correct address. That package came too late for my original purpose. I wanted to try and exchange it for a new item. This team fixed the problem, sent me what I wanted and absolutely hassle free! They never arrived here in berlin, because f****g DHL weren*t neither
Able/willing to deliver, nor to answer my mails, about the status of my order.
After sending just one sad mail to S6, they offered me to refund my allready paid amount, or sending me an replacement - even if they knowed, that it wasn*t their fault. Therefor dhl doesn't deliver in germany right now, i choose the refund and on the same day the amount was back on my paypal account, enclosed the hint, that i don't have to send the stuff back, when it will be delivered someday in future.
That is, what i call an amazing customer relationship behaviour.

I purchased the T as a gift for my wife. She washed it before wearing the first time and unfortunately bad things happened. It shrunk dramatically and became unraveled, making it unsuitable to wear. I reported the problem to Society 6 and they immediately refunded my purchase price without requiring me to return the garment. Their promptness and professional actions were praiseworthy and we will remain their happy, satisfied customers.
