I ordered a rug. When I received it in the mail, I was very surprised. It was perfect. Sometimes what you order and what you get doesn't look the same. But when I put it in the room it was like sunshine. I love it. It was called a mother's daisy.
I found the selection to be fantastic, but unfortunately shipping can take a while (up to two weeks). I was told one day before the package was supposed to arrive that my order had been lost. This was very upsetting for me because I had been waiting patiently for my order! Customer service informed me that I would have to wait another 3-4 business days for the order to be processed and then another 2-8 days for it to arrive by USPS!
I ordered two phone cases for my iPhone 5s, and I was happy with the products so I threw the receipts away. Well, I broke my phone two weeks later, and Society 6 allowed me to order the same two phone cases for the 6 and keep the other two instead of going through the hassle of an exchange.
I recently bought a T Shirt for my girlfriend to find out that the shirt used ran a size too small. I emailed Society6 immediately and they say I should get a response in 24 hours. I got a response within a couple hours and they told me to keep the shirt as a gift / or donate it and they will refund my purchase right away.
You just don't hear of businesses doing such things like this anymore. There is so much fraud and dishonesty in this world. It's a nice suprise to get this response from Society6. It saves me work not having to send the shirt back and waiting an extra 2 weeks for everything to go through. They now have a customer for life.
I am an artist from the UK and sell a lot of my designs on Society6 printed onto many different mediums, all of which are fantastic quality and very reasonably priced!
Delivery to England usually takes just 2 weeks and each product is packaged really well and often contains a discount code for future purchases!
On the one occasion that I contacted a member of the Society6 support team, my question was answered personally witin a few hours and my problem resolved with apologies and Thanks.
All in all I would recommend anyone to use these guys either to sell or to buy. Fantastic service all round, Thank you :)
Around early May I ordered a poster from society6 and right after I had ordered it I realised that I had the adress wrong! I contacted the support immediately after a very brief amount of time I got a message back saying that they had managed to change the adress and ship it. I was pretty stoked with the efficiency of the reply. Later on around late July and into this month it had been more than the 5 week deadline where I thought that I would get the poster. I contacted the support again, and hastily recieved an answer and was offered a replacement free of charge or a refund. Because the poster is awesome I asked for a replacement and i recieved the email shortly after saying my replacement had been shipped. Fantastic service all around. Society6 is a great company with exceptional customer service. I recently order a tapestry and noticed that I didn't look quite like the picture online, so I contacted Society6 through their help section and sent an email to so if I could get help with this issue. I got a response very quickly and all I had to do was send a picture of th tapestry and within minutes Brittany decided that I had gotten the wrong tapestry and placed an order for the right one. As an added bonus, this company let me keep the tapestry that wasn't the right one. I'm beyond happy with my experience with this company and will continue to keep purchasing from them in the future.
I never leave reviews but I just had to address an exchange/return with customer service at Society6 due to my own error regarding size and was absolutely blown away by the prompt and generous customer service response! Great company to work with! I'd buy from them again and again!
I bought two lovely pairs of leggings, but sadly I got the wrong sizes, so I emailed them to see what I could do about getting an exchange. Even though it took me a few days to contact them, I got a reply every time well within the 24 hour time bracket. As it was my first time, as a good faith gesture they allowed me to keep the original pairs and refunded my old order after I placed my new one. I had the leggings all packed up ready for instructions on how to send them back, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear that I didn't have to send them, as it would have meant I had to pay postage fee's as I live in the UK.
I will most definitely be shopping with them in the future, and If I get the wrong size again, I will have no problem paying the postage to exchange them 'cause you guys ever so kindly did a lovely gesture for me.

I ordered tote bags from Society6, which were promptly shipped (as promised by the site). While tracking the package, I saw that it was miss-shipped to the wrong hub. I contacted Society6 requesting a little bit of information about what this meant and a tracking number. I got a response way sooner than the promised 24 hours. Not only did they provide the information requested, the credited my shipping charges as a way of apologizing for the delay.

Nowadays it seems the customer is never right, but I contacted customer service after being frustrated with my shipment getting lost (usps' fault not society6) and Brittany who responded to my message was so helpful and nice. Getting a refund was a breeze. I will certainly be purchasing from them in the future.
There were a few bumps with my order of all over print shirts which I'm chalking up to growing pains. They went above and beyond by replacing my entire order. The shirts were beautiful and unique with bright, beautiful colors. I've already gotten compliments from complete strangers on them. Thanks!
I ordered two iPhone cases - one looked fantastic and one printed too dark and in an odd tone. Almost immediately after I sent a photo of the case with my request to return it, Society6 issued a full refund. It's rare to a) not have to wait a few days and b) receive such friendly customer service.

I ordered several shirts on my first order and one of the shirts design was crooked on the front. It wasn't really too bad but enough to where I decided to e-mail customer service and explain my displeasure. It asked that I attach a photo of the defective merchandise so i did. The site stated I would receive a reply w/in 24 hours. I actually received a response in a couple hours and the representative said not to worry about sending the shirt back and that a replacement order was already being processed and I would not be charged for anything. Even shipping was free. Waiting now for my replacement to arrive and so far I am very happy w/ Society 6!
I had a problem with an order, and emailed customer service about changing the shipping address when my order was being shipped to the wrong country. I received and email back within 12 hours and my order was fixed very fast. This is a great team, and they are all incredibly nice and helpful.
I bought a pair of shirts from Society6 (Steven Universe's "Eternal Flame" and "Laughy Sapphy" shirts) and they both arrived quite promptly. I opened the package to find both shirts inside; they looked awesome and I was thrilled with their quality. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed odd writing on the bottom of my Laughy Sapphy shirt. Written in a bright orange ink was "2-6." I can only fathom at what it means- maybe a batch number mistakenly written on the shirt or something. Regardless, the writing was not simply fabric chalk as I first thought, as it wouldn't wipe away. I tried to scrub it and still couldn't completely remove it.
I contacted Society6 and explained my problem, and immediately a replacement shirt was ordered for me, free of charge and without needing to return the original defective piece. They got back to me in a matter of hours, and even assisted me when I wanted to alter my order's size for no extra charge. Despite the error in my initial order (probably a tiny accident during processing, it happens), their customer service was prompt and extremely helpful. I'd definitely shop there again.
