I ordered a tee shirt and when it arrived, it was too small. I had the shirt sitting around for almost 2 months before I finally got around to contacting them about returning it for a refund. I had an immediate response that my refund was on it's way and to go ahead and keep the shirt. Wow! How awesome is that! And then to top it off, I was even refunded the shipping.

I ordered a medium sized tee-shirt during a sale and when the t-shirt arrived I tried it on and realized it was too big for me. I contacted customer service about the size problem. I ordered the 'tough' iphone case from society6 and didn't love how it felt on my phone, I contacted Society6 through the website to ask about an exchange to the slim case, and they dealt with and solved the issue right away (like literally within minutes.)
I've since reordered the slim case and am looking forward to receiving it.
The only thing I wish could be improved would be faster shipping times to Canada - it took over 2 weeks to receive the initial case. If there was an affordable express shipping option, I would use it!
Before I ordered anything from Society6, I had checked reviews online to see how they worked with their customers. After reading many a raving review, I decided to buy a duvet cover and pillow case (total about $120 worth of merchandise). When I got the items, they were beautiful and quality - the only issue was that I believed the background on the duvet cover to an off white when it was actually more of a light pink/ peach. The general color theme of my room was bright red, so the colors clashed pretty terribly. I emailed customer service and requested an exchange. Dev, who I spoke to, was super friendly and walked me through the steps to make a full exchange with little effort on my part. 10/10
First time using the site. Checkout wasn't allowing me to use come promo codes the company had sent me via email. I emailed customer service through the site and was quickly responded to by Brittney. I've been selling my work on that site for years now. They make the process extremely simple for artists. All you have to do is upload a picture, set a price, and they do the rest! They also have excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this company.
I contacted them because I had purchased their "brand" from a third party vendor and was not getting response on item location after 3 weeks. They were super helpful even though, in the end, they couldn't locate the item I ordered either. I finally just canceled my order with the third party vendor and ordered the item directly from Society6. They refunded my shipping because of the issues I had (not with them... with the other vendor)! How awesome!
I ordered a wonderful tote bag with octopus pattern, but unfortunately it is a bit too big for me :( However I was awared of size but it looks more bigger in real life. The admins were very kind since I wanted to send it back and asked for an exchange but they told me it is no needed just keep it and they arranged a full refund! I was amazed about this how nice they are and also with the quality of the product. Right now I placed a new order for a smaller size so I can't wait to get it! I have more items in wishlist so I will be definitely back very soon!

I was having trouble checking out with paypal and entering the correct address, and I'm very happy with the prompt response my query received. The issues were immediately resolved and I especially appreciated how the system is set up - once you use the "contact us" form on the website you get a "ticket" which is basically like a forum thread where you can correspond with the customer service representative. So you would have to cover duties since the shipment would be coming from the United States.
