Great return policies

Awesome customer service!

I ordered a phone case and I wasn't happy with how the design looked in person vs online so I emailed them asking for an exchange and received an email back in about 5 min and they were more than happy to help and refund me and let me order a new case. They were very quick and helpful! Probably the easiest customer service experience I've ever had!

Excellent Customer Service

When I received my shipment, I realized I had ordered the wrong items. After emailing customer service, I was able to reorder the items I had intended to order the first time and have the wrong items from the first order refunded as well as the shipping costs. Jonathan, the representative I interacted with, was courteous and quick in his responses.

Very responsive customer support

I ordered a large framed picture but when I got it I realized it wasn't quite what I had expected. Customer support allowed me to order another product and refunded me for the one I was not satisfied with. I was really surprised at how easy it was to resolve the problem with them. I received the t-shirt I ordered very promptly. It was lovely and very well made. Unfortunately, I had underestimated the size I needed. Society6 was really wonderful about handling the matter and went beyond anything I expected. Great company!

Always a pleasure!

I'm an artist and have been selling customized stuff on Society6 for almost a year now. The quality of their products is always TOP NOTCH! And for the few times I've had a problem (once, a badly printed T-shirt for me, and a couple of friends received broken items) they always were very prompt to reply and always sent a replacement item free of any charge! And my latest thing, I bought some of my stuff without thinking of signing in first, so I paid full price. Society6 immediately replied and refunded me the "Artist Product Discount"! They are a PLEASURE to do business with! I couldn't recommend them more HIGHLY!

Excellent customer service

I recently ordered a shower curtain. I didn't mind spending the $68 for what I assumed would be a high quality product. I'm not saying it wasn't. It's just that the colors were a bit off and the background had faint speckles in the design which were not apparent on the website pic and weren't something I liked when I received it and saw it up close. I called customer service figuring I'd get the usual go around, but Society6 apparently went to the same training course as the Zappos folks. They were superb. Jonathan quickly addressed my concern within an hour though the site says they'll respond within 24 hours. He offered me a return or full refund. I opted for the refund and he told me I could donate the one I had received. One of the families displaced by the terrible fires her in Northern CA will be thrilled with this new shower curtain, courtesy of Society6. I would definitely use them again. They get it!

Very impressive!

I recently purchased an iPhone case from Society 6. I was immediately impressed from the extensive choices on the site. After finding the just right design, I waited for my shipment (which came quite quickly).
I was very impressed with the quality of the case and that it actually fit (I have ordered from other sites and returned product because they didn't fit).
I will definitely be returning to Society 6 for future purchases and to explore their other items.

Impressive customer service!

I ordered a bag in early July, which went missing on delivery. To cut a long story short, I contacted Society6 to ask them to instigate a report to the mail company, but was promptly offered either a refund or replacement. As I was keen to have the bag, which was a special fundraising item, I accepted the replacement which arrived safely this time in just over a week. I have been extremely impressed with the courtesy, and immediate response from the company and highly commend their customer service! A complete contrast to our mail company!

Excellent prompt service

I ordered a Jcfett tshirt on 5th June 2015 but till now 14th Sept 2015, I have yet to receive my parcel. I drop an enquiry yesterday evening & Mr Jonathan replied me early this morning (Singapore time on a Monday which I presume over your side is a Sunday & the office should be closed. Anyway, just want to thank Mr Jonathan for giving me such prompt service & my request was settled within minutes. No fuss on my side at all. Totally awesome experience with Society6 in term of service but could have been even more awesome if I am able to receive what I had ordered.

Great quality, great service

I've made a few purchases through the site and the staff are always so friendly and helpful, whenever I have any issues they are quick to reply and immediately sort out any problems with an order. The items are all great quality, the quality of the image is always ******* times better than expected.The only problem with society 6 is that there are too many prints and products to choose from! I could spend hours browsing through all the unique art.
10/10 would recomend
