I ordered a laptop decal 2 weeks ago and received the 'your item will be processed and shipped in 3-4 days'. My order status has not been updated since then so I decided to contact support. My order had been canceled without notification to me. They don't know why it was canceled, but did not think to update me or my order status. So they get two stars for being polite and responding quickly through their customer service, but the fail at order communication.
I won't be re-ordeirng.

Brittany was the best CS Rep!

I asked my promo shipping code not working after placing my order, and Brittany helped me refund all shipping cost with no issue. It was super rad to work with and I had a great experience. I will shop here more.

Impressive customer service

After placing a first time order with Society6, I emailed a question about the order. I received a very prompt reply (on Sunday!) and my request was honored even though it was not something typically offered on my particular order. A one time courtesy bestowed on me. That's going above and beyond!

Awesome Sauce!

Had an order for my sister in Japan that ended up being "unprocessed".

I sent them an email and they replied QUICKLY!

Jonathan helped me out and it was super easy and quick. Unlike other services requiring soooo much info up front. All they needed was the address to confirm and that was that!

They replaced my order with out additional fees.

S6 and JONATHAN is AWESOME!

A change of heart

I had written a poor review about Society6 due to some complications in shipping of a product I had ordered. However, I must say that after that post a customer service representative reached out to me and not only refunded me for the product I ordered but also gave a $25 credit for a future order. A company that values the satisfaction of their customers is a company I don't mind giving another chance. I've deleted my previous post and hope potential customers are satisfied with Society6!

I've ordered about a dozen different products from Society6 ranging from pillows to coffee cup to tote bags and I love them all. When I received one item that the colors appeared off from online I wrote customer service and rather than have to wait 24hrs I was contacted within only a few hours and totally taken care of. It's so nice to have prompt and satisfactory customer service! I highly recommend Society6!

I ordered an iPhone case and the color was faded and weird. Also, the quality of the case itself is also not good--does not provide any protection at all. I understand that it's a decorative case and so it's not supposed to provide much protection, but my last case for the same phone was $10 mall kiosk case, which was also decorative, but provided protection against drops. For the relatively high price tag, I would have expected something a bit better.

So much selection, such diversity. There are those things you can pick up at walmart or through amazon, but when you have a love of something and want your floor bed kitchen or clothes stand out while representing it, Society 6 is one of the best options

My order at Society6 arrived yesterday after 3 weeks of international shipping. Sadly my order was defective so I contacted costumer service.
In less than 24h I got a new clock for free and am very happy about this ending.

Really Great Experience!

It was my first time as a buyer in Society6. I usually always check out the stuff that I am planning on buying before making a decision, and so I decided to take a look at Society6 items. I looked through the merchandise and I was quite fascinated with the items that they had, they were quite original and really interesting. Nonetheless I searched for a particular case that could be of my like. After finding it, I did not hesitated and ordered it. The shipping was quite fast since it only took a week to arrive. However, for my surprise I was quite dissapointed to see that the case was not quite what it looked on the page, and so I contacted Society6 for a refund. The customer service was really great as they answered in the same day to my report. I was attened by Brittany, who nicely apologized about my dissatisfaction as a consumer. She even told me that she had already filed my refund and that there was no need to return the case. I joyfully sent a message back stating my gratitude, and she replied within minutes thanking me for the nice words.
I was really scared that as other companies I would have to wait and stand for days for my request to be resolved, but there was no problem at all. It even gives you this sense of confidence to go back and try again for another product, with such great customer service. Will recommend.

So far I have bought iphone cases and a laptop skin from Society6. I was very impressed with the Iphone Tough Cases. They last forever, and are super cute. I recently contacted customer service because I had a question about my order and its ship date. I mentioned they were running a promo for $5 phone cases, and if it could be applied. Brittany the customer service added the promo to my order, refunding me money. Great products and even better customer service!

Great products and customer service.

Bought a canvas print and a all-over print t-shirt from Society6, pretty amazed by the great printing quality. And the products are very carefully packaged so they arrived in perfect condition.

And the customer service is great! The service personnel gave me a lot of help on international shipping, and with very fast response time.

I have a great shopping experience on Society6, people who are interested in buying stuffs with artists design should take a visit to it.
