Great Customer Service

I recently placed an order from Society 6 with multiple items. Unfortunately one item did not end up working out. I contacted them and they issued a refund and told me to keep or gift it due to the nature of the item. While I don't know if that is typical, I would say they were proactive and quick to issue a refund and response. Online shopping can be a bit tricky, however with Society 6 customer support I will order from them again due to the promptness and proactive nature of their support team. I was also impressed with the image quality of the products. Everything I have ordered from them has looked great, my only issue was on one item being not quite what I needed for my room.

Great Service and Wide Variety of Products

I had a return and the process was made very easy and taken care of in no time. There is such a variety of different things to chose from. I have spent hours just looking at various tapestry pictures and finally found a couple that I really liked. Just a great site for a lot of ideas for gifts or personal items. I am glad I discovered Society6.

Superb Customer Service

I placed an order with Society 6 and two times I had an issue with it (neither one Society 6's fault). The first time, I did not enter the promo code that I wanted to use on my order. I emailed them inquiring if anything could be done about the mistake I made, and quite speedily I got a response conveying that the appropriate amount had been refunded to my card (in fact, the refund was on my statement before the actual transaction showed). The second time, I had been waiting for my package to arrive for nearly a month (again, no fault of Society 6) and USPS had given me the worst possible service and did not know where the package was. Finally, my shipping status had been updated and I was notified that the package would be sent back to Society 6 because it was not able to be delivered. I notified Society 6 that I was not able to get my package and they issued me a replacement before the package was even returned to them so that I did not have to wait any longer. I was so very appreciative of this because I had already had so many complications with USPS and it made such a difference that Society 6 cares about the customer and did what was best for me and not the business. This is my first order with Society 6 and I will be using them for a long, long time to come.

Accommodating quick service

My phone case came in a timely manner and was well packaged. When I opened it, it was exactly what I ordered. However, the case didn't look as great as I had imagined it would, so I requested an exchange. Rather than having me send it back in, S6 simply had me order the new one and they refunded my original- asking me to keep, donate, or recycle the original. THe service was unbelievable- I am a very happy customer.

Unique and excellent products

Have ordered several things from Society6. I have a black/white Boston Terrier and rescued a red/white one; could not believe both were on a rug, mug, etc. LOVE THEM! Everything I've ordered has been well made, packed well, shipped promptly. When one item was not done to suit me (I print line up problem that sometimes happens) I wrote, got a prompt reply and a replacement within days.

This would really be a 2.5 stars rating if possible. So after initial ordering experience where my orders were being cancelled left and right, I posted my first review.

Not long after someone from Society 6 informed me that they had pushed my order through to shipping and would additionally refund $35 for the inconvenience. The products arrived quickly for parcel shipping (google search reveals that it's pretty much a reviled form of shipping) and for the most part the items ordered were pretty solid. The quality of the products were pretty great for the price.

So after posting the my first review on here Society6 sought to rectify the situation pretty quickly. Credit where credit is due and had this been the end I would've rated at 4 stars.

All those things being said it's been the 10 business days (per their FAQ) since my cancelled order and I'm still out $486.18 (I hit up customer service regarding my refund again today and no response so this update does account for over three hours to respond to an established ticket#). The other refund for $508.70 was processed almost instantly so whatever the reason if you're expecting a refund be prepared for the same results as tracking the shipping: Maybe not today maybe not tomorrow but someday probably?

If your orders are cancelled, or you're awaiting a refund, or trying to accurately track the shipment - here's you:

Overall good products but somewhat inconsistent operations. This is only my experience however and I'm thankful that others have had better because these artists should be supported for doing amazing work. But for the percentile of folks who don't get through on the first pass you'd best be prepared to troubleshoot.

Attempted to order two times, here's what happened:

First time I ordered via regular credit card - $508.70 order was cancelled without my knowledge and no notification. Inquired via their only customer service option (email) and was then informed that my order had been cancelled.

Ok that's cool maybe it was my mistake? Decided to reorder again utilizing PayPal since I've never had an issue with PayPal payments. Tediously added everything to my cart again and checked out optimistic issue had been resolved. This order was in the amount of $486.18.

Fast forward a few hours later and Society 6 has graciously notified me that my second order was cancelled. Not sure why but at this point I'm pretty over it, guess I'll just wait to see if they will appropriately refund my orders.

No live reps, only email responses to inquiries and sometimes they don't reply.
They were quick to correct the first transaction but no word on the other one.

Amazing customer services
October 23, 2015

After having done a few orders, i received an item with misaligned print. I working in the printing field so i do understand that sometimes things do unfortunately go a touch wrong. Within 48 hours i was contacted with a replacement order offered, then processed.
With service that fast, and personal... not just automated responses, it has made me appreciate Society6 even more and this IS my store of choice. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent Customer Service

Society 6 has the best customer service! I received an item that was damaged. They replaced it immediately and I received a new, undamaged item within a week's time. This was a custom framed item and I was amazed at the turnaround. Also, the quality of the item that I ordered more than fulfilled my expectations. It made a great gift and I truly appreciate Society 6 making sure I had it in time. I will definitely use them again!

Rug return
October 21, 2015

I had ordered a buffalo check rug for my 3rd grandson's nursery. The color just did not work out. I called to find out how to return it and had an answer back in less than an hour. They not only immediately refunded my money but told me to keep the rug. I will donate it to our local dog rescue who raise money by selling things at flea markets.

Fantastic customer service!

I highly recommend Society6! I ordered a new phone cover from them, and while I loved the design, it wasn't as protective as I needed it to be. So I contacted them to see if I could return for a refund - they responded within an hour, promptly refunded my money immediately, and let me keep the case! Fantastic customer service FTW!

Excellent Customer service

I bought a phone cover from Society6 but once I received it I didn't like the way it looked. I contacted customer service via their website and within a few hours received a response and they refunded my money. As a first time courtesy they even let me keep the original case. I will definitely be shopping there again!

Also my daughter has bought leggings in the past from Society6 and the quality is exceptional!

Horrible

They obviously don't seem to understand the meaning of the color white and there were ink stains all over EVERYTHING I bought. I got a duvet cover which had a bohemian print and I could even find stains on that. Same with the pillow that had the same print. The worst was the tapestry. On the website it was completely white and I loved it. It got here and was cream and had ink stains everywhere. Terrible. I will never buy anything from them again.

Customer Support top!

Today I ordered two throw pillows. I had a code for free delivery but didn't see where to apply it and I thought it was after payment via PayPal and then suddenly it was over and ordered. Shipping costs were $29. I immediately wrote to the help desk describing my problem. Because I would have had to pay customs costs of another 25$.
Society6 wrote back in due course (taking into account the time difference!). I was able to give my free shipping code and they reimbursed the $29 immediately after that. All in one day! I'm super happy, thank you so much, Society6!

Great costumer service!

I wasn't as satisfied with a phone case I purchased as I expected to be as I was looking for a bit more protection, and they refunded me immediately, replied to my request within hours, and made it not stressful at all for me to have to return the item and go through the whole processes of sending it back. Their phone cases are awesome! Just wasn't what I was exactly looking for. Very helpful, great service. Will definitely be shopping there again.

Wonderful, fast, and courteous customer service

I had received a size large shirt when I ordered a medium, so I went to the contact me page of their site and sent them a quick note about it and a very friendly CS agent replied in just a couple hours (maybe sooner, I hadn't checked my email in a while) that they had placed a new order for the correct size free of charge. I really appreciated that and I think it says a lot about how they treat their customers. The shirt I did receive is super soft and a very comfortable material. I will definitely shop here again!
