I ordered a shirt (internationally) that arrived about a week after I initially placed the order and I was super excited, but unfortunately the design was super off centre when it arrived. When I contacted customer service, they were super quick to send a replacement shirt and super friendly! No drawn out questioning or negotiating anything, just a replacement sent out for free, which is really rare with international orders. The shirt quality was really good, aside from the off centredness. The fabric is really soft and it fit well and the screen printing looks great.

I ordered a poster from Society6 that wouldn't stay up on my wall. I emailed their customer service center, and within hours had been issued a refund and was told that the poster didn't need to be sent back. This was the first item I've bought from Society6 that I haven't been satisfied with, and their efforts to remedy the situation were really really awesome. Basically, their customer service rocks.

Also, Society6 does the best job with processing and shipping orders within a timely manner. I have never had a problem with not receiving something within the time frame they have provided. I have only had one small issue (extremely small) with one order that I had, and Society6 diligently resolved the problem! Society6 has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a wall tapestry which I thought had a white background. When I received it, the background was beige. I emailed Customer Service asking if I could return it... Worried that I'd have to pay shipping charges, or that it was non-refundable. Without a problem, they refunded my credit card, apologized it wasn't up to my expectations, AND told me I could keep the tapestry as a courtesy! By far the best customer service I've received from a company. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

After placing my order, I realized I clicked the wrong link and ordered the wrong product. Jonathan was really helpful during the return process and helped me exchange the item I accidentally ordered with the correct one no problem. And free of charge!
I had ordered some phone cases from the site and upon receiving them in the mail, it turned out that I had ordered the wrong style of case that I didn't like. I reached out to Society6 about returning the cases and a helpful Society6 associate responded to me very quickly and explained that she would refund my purchase. She also told me there was no need to return the cases, and that I could keep or donate them if I choose. It was a very unexpected and generous way to show me great customer service and I truly appreciated it!
I ordered a tapestry from Society6, but I received a different piece of artwork by mistake, one that I didn't order. I notified Society6, and a woman named Brittany helped resolve the problem immediately. She let me keep the tapestry that I didn't order and offered me the ability to order a new one for free (she waived the cost + the shipping fee). This was done extremely quickly and efficiently, and as a result, Society6 has earned my loyalty as a customer.
