Wonderful site with amazing designs

Found this site by accident just looking for Christmas ideas. It is unbelievable! Type in one word and hundreds of designs of art work are available for you to look at. Example "penguin". You will see so many beautiful art designs for shirts - mugs- pillows etc. I was so overwhelmed at the beautiful art work! Their customer service is outstanding! Had one problem and it was handled almost immediately and with such kindness and efficiency! I absolutely love this site! Try it and you will see what I mean!

Awesome customer support - there was a problem with the placement of one of my orders. The team not only took care of it asap, but I got a full refund and they resent my package again free of charge ( t shirt and shipping).

Great Customer Service

I wanted to order a rug for my husband for Christmas. I selected the wrong one on accident initially, and didn't realize it until after it was already in production. I ordered a second one to ensure I would have the right one in time.

Upon reaching out to customer service, they not only responded and refunded me for the rug, but allowed me to keep it and suggested i regift it. What a thoughtful gesture. I will be a customer for life now.

Excellent and Honest Customer Service!

I had the best experience with Society 6! They shipped quickly and even though something was double shipped they went out of their way to make it right in the best way! They are quick, responsive and honest. I will definitely shop with them in the future and have let my friends and family know that they should shop with them as well.

BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION! I ORDERED AND PAID FOR AN 18"x18" PILLOW COVER, TWICE, THEY SENT ME A 16"x16" PILLOW COVER! THEN, THEY INFORMED ME THAT, BECAUSE "THE COVERS ARE HAND SOWN," THEY CAN'T GUARANTEE THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE 18"x18" PILLOW COVER! NOW, I CAN SEE A FRACTION OF AN INCH DIFFERENCE, BUT TWO FULL INCHES! IF THEY CAN'T GUARANTEE THE CORRECT SIZE, THEN THEY SHOULD NOT OFFER IT AS AN OPTION! THIS BORDERS ON BEING ILLEGAL! THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY NIECE! IT'S WHAT SHE WANTED! I AM DISABLED AND JUST CAN'T RUN TO THE STORE TO PICK SOMETHING UP! I HAVE NOW WASTED ALL THIS TIME, AND NOW DON'T HAVE A GIFT FOR MY NIECE THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS! THANKS TO THIS COMPANY'S UNSCRUPULOUS PRACTICES!

Excellent Customer Service experience

I love the products on offer on the Society6 website and have shopped there a number of times. My last experience was the best yet when, after discovering an issue with a tear in a T-Shirt I purchased, I had the best customer experienced I received on any website I've traded with.

The faulty item was replaced no questions asked and Jonathan, who dealt with my issue, was extremely helpful in outlining the process in getting a replacement item.

I highly recommend Society6.com for their excellent product line and more importantly their even better customer service.

Great customer service

I have been a customer of Society6 for a couple years now, and I have never had a problem with anything! Their products are high quality and the prints are always great. On my most recent order I accidentally marked the wrong color for a shirt so I submitted a support ticket. I was helped within a matter of hours and my issue was resolved. Very happy first time customer

I ordered a tote bag with a french bulldog motif, it is sooo cute and the bag is a nice heavy material. Love it! I had a small problem when placing the order but Jonathan totally helped me out!

Society6 is AWESOME. Normally I used to buy over the internet most of my stuff. I can say that for me it is the best website! You can find such lovely things, so original and authentic designs and best quality. I live overseas and my order arrived before I expected. I make a mistake with the size and they fix it quickly and very kindly! From my own experience, I can say that they are not only focus on profits but also about the designers, the costumer, responsibility and doing things well. Sure I will recommend Society6... And of course buy again soon!:-)

RETURN/REFUND

I ordered 5 shirts from Society6. They were not exactly what I expected. I was helped very promptly after sending an email with my dissatisfaction. They are refunding my money and I have ordered new shirts that better fit my needs.At their suggestion, they also allowed me to keep the shirts from the first order so that I can donate them. I think this is a wonderful idea!

Excellent Customer Service

I had a couple of issues with a phone case and contacted customer service. First they sent a replacement, which also wasn't suitable (this is unusual. I've ordered many phone cases from here and there has never been a problem before). I ordered another case and it was perfect. They then refunded the original order straight away.

Very impressed and I'll definitely keep shopping here.

Best Customer Service!

I did my first purchase with them a few weeks ago. Not only was the cell phone case BEAUTIFUL and of good quality but they helped us resolve a mistake I DID quickly and politely. We couldn't believe it! I told everyone at work how amazing they were because we had been "ooooing" and "aaaaahing" over their cell phone cases the day I bought it. Two co-workers are going to purchase from them now because we all agree, good companies need to be supported. FYI I have never gone out of my way to review a company before. :)
