SOCIETY6 is awesome my son incentive pillows was stolen from our mail room. When I contacted Society6 they track my package and notice that the package tea was delivered but I never received it there was no hesitation they agreed to send a replacement asap free of charge. My replacement package was sent to the near by post office & return to Society6 due to a lack of information on my behalf but once again Society6 agreed to resend my replacement package with no hassel I am very gratful in pleased with Society6 standing by there customers loyalty is everything I will forever be a customer cause the look on my son face when he receives his pillows is "PRICELESS"... THANKS SOCIETY6 YOUR CO ROCKS
I have ordered several items from society6.com. T-shirts, mugs, hoodies, and phone cases. All of thise productd were delivered in perfect condition and right on time. I also love that this company's focus is on artistry amd helping creators to have their work seen. I am so happy to contribute to their success by purchasing their illustrations. They have yet to let me down. It's one thing that has made my first year of college fun and bearable. Society6 is nothing short of phenomenal!

I bought a duvet cover from Society6 but when it arrived unfortunately it didn't look the way I expected it to. I emailed the customer service team requesting a refund, and within less than 24 hours they had replied and refunded my money.
Had to exchange an iPhone case I had gotten for my granddaughter because I had mistakenly clicked on the wrong size. When I contacted Society6, Samantha sent me an e-mail, explaining how to proceed. Then, she even told me we didn't have to return the original case, as a first-time customer courtesy.
Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I have had. It was a pleasure dealing with Samamtha and Society6. So glad my granddaughter discovered them.

Even more satisfied and grateful for the way in which Society6 dealt with a query I had regarding a customs charge. As a goodwill gesture they fully refunded the charge even though they were in no way obliged to do so.
Excellent and prompt customer service
I ordered two tapestries because I wasn't sure which one I liked more. They both ended up being huge (the size that it said online was correct, just a lot bigger in real life than I imagined). I contacted them and asked for a refund, and how to return the tapestries. They gave me a refund within 2-3 days, and said that I could keep the unwanted tapestries or donate them. Such amazing people... we need more people like this!

You may ask - how hard is it to mail something? Well, with society6, this is on par with brain surgery, going to Mars, and world peace.
If this was a sitcom, it would be funny. As a christmas present (that, as you can guess from this post) missed and has still not arrived, it's much less funny.

I don't care how great your sellers and products are. They are meaningless if you don't have customers.

I loved the product this store offers, and the costumer service i received was amazing. But I'm giving this a low rating because of my shipping experience. I purchased my item during the Christmas season, which my be one of the reasons why my experience was so chaotic.
I purchased a canvas poster from this store the first week of December, as a Christmas gift. When i tried to track my package, no updated status was made after the second day it was shipped off. Two days after the the estimated delivery date i did not have my package and the shipping status was not updated so I contacted the store. I received a response that same day, saying my package was lost, they refunded me my money and started processing a replacement order. The new order shipped out on the 20th and I'm writing this review on the 27th, i did not receive my order before Christmas and my fiance didn't get his gift. This store used USPS to ship both my packages.
The People at Society6 are HONEST and PROFESSIONAL! Before placing an order I emailed them to ask if the order would show up before Christmas as I was buying it as a gift for someone else. They emailed me back RIGHT AWAY and honestly told me they could not guarantee that it would arrive before Christmas. I decided to take my chances and place the order anyway. They shipped the item THE VERY NEXT DAY and I tracked the item as it moved across the US to my mailbox scheduled to arrive on DECEMBER 21! I was so excited. Unfortunately, our United States Postal Service mis-delivered the item and I was thoroughly bummed. I opened a case with the USPS, and then emailed Society6 just to let them know what had happened. They emailed me back IMMEDIATELY to tell me they were shipping me another one right away! Free of Charge! Can you believe that? They seem to really work hard for their customers. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
The all over print tshirts have random, obvious white tears all over the design near the seems. Theyre huge, ugly, and absolutely ruin the shirt. I ordered three and this proved true for all of them. Their regular, non all over the print tshirts look great, and their coffee mugs look good if you get one with a white background (because they do not print on or near the handle)
Update February 1st 2016 - all of the things I ordered from this company have now arrived - many weeks after they were promised - i had to pay customs on all but one of them - The British Post Office charges an £8 handling fee even if the tax is 5p so the eventual cost for these items was WAY over what they cost originally... Society6 refunded the first of these... but will only do one. The quality of some of the items was VERY POOR - sweatshirts were poor - a so called tapestry was printed on such thin material that it was see through - some things were better quality such as the laptop bags and leggings.
Overall - CAVEAT EMPTOR - BUYER BEWARE!
Do not use these people - I posted this review after waiting over two weeks for stuff they said would take 4 to 5 days - it is now over three weeks and some stuff has been at their DHL depots for more than 2 weeks - other stuff has been in the UK for more than a week - it is untrackable - it is completely useless - I am beyound speechless - my children have flown around the world and back for Xmas since i ordered this stuff - this company is a JOKE!
Society6 is my go-to website for custom items. I live in Slovakia, so items from the US usually take a long time to arrive, but all of my orders to date have been with me within two weeks, usually even less than that, which I consider phenomenal.
The quality of the items is also very good. I've ordered a couple of mugs, which are nice and not at all flimsy, and three huge tote bags that i absolutely love - they're washable, and the fabric is incredibly tough and durable. The only product I wouldn't order again is a laptop vinyl. I had to remove it after approximately four months of having it and it left a ridiculous amount of sticky residue on my laptop.
Trustworthy site, friendly and good communication, and a good quality end product. Very happy with them.
I feel like I hit the jackpot when I discovered this company. Last year I ordered mugs to give people for Christmas presents and they loved them. This year I treated myself to the leggings. I took a chance and ordered 3. Well... I love them! Beautiful! Comfortable! Fit great! As a fitness instructor these leggings are stylish suitable to wear when I'm teaching my classes. Everyone is asking where I get the leggings. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but I want to give the artist and this company business. I'm definitely ordering more!
There was an error on an order I placed. As soon as I got the package and discovered the error I emailed the Society6 and before the night was over the error corrected and shipped. I was also compensated for the inconvenience. I will order from them in the future. Great company to work with.
