I had ordered a sweater for my girlfriend and appearantly it had been delivered but there was no package to be found so suspected that someone had stole it I contacted usps to see if they could help and had no idea where my package was and couldn't provide me with any info on what might have happen so I contacted society6 and they were nothing more than kind and a HUGE help! So thank to thank I am able to receive a new sweater and happy knowing they understood and that they were will to help! Great designs from tons of artists. I have a laptop case, mug, pillows and prints! When my pillows were not quite high-quality enough, they were nice enough to fully refund them and let me keep the pillows. Very convenient.

I found the most beautiful, perfect, supremely awesome wall tapestry that I just HAD to buy my husband for his birthday. I ordered it without expecting it to arrive on time (ordered on a Sunday, birthday was the following Saturday). It arrived that Friday, which in itself is saying something. I live in a mountain town where the number one complaint among locals is the horrendous postal service. There is no mail delivery in our county, so if you want mail you need a PO box. Thankfully, my husband actually works for the local UPS store so it's not a problem for us generally. I see what it's like as an insider, and I can totally corroborate the community's disdain for the USPS. Anyways, I couldn't believe my tapestry was delivered in such a timely fashion! That is my first commendation. Secondly, it turned out that the size of the tap that I bought was way too big, we're talking 10 foot ceilings and corresponding walls would maybe accommodate a tap this big! I didn't measure any of the walls in our apartment before ordering, thinking the bigger the better right? Well I'm going to play my woman card and say that it just didn't cross my mind. So I contacted their customer support by email and heard back within a day. Samantha was the darling employee who immediately refunded my purchase (say what!?) and also allowed me to keep the original tap! As an online consumer, I can't even find the words to describe how amazing it feels to have a company really put their customers first! Thank you Society6, I will be a repeat customer for these reasons, and many more.
Ordered a blanket off of the website and it ended up getting lost or held up at customs and the customer service I received from the site was awesome! They sent out a new blanket right away and were very helpful in trying to locate the lost parcel. I would definitely order from this site again.
As an artist, the people behind the curtain are amazing. They respond lightning fast, some of them are quite humourous... and above all they answer your questions without having to wait 24 hours. For me it was under a half an hour, my answer was waiting for me. Cleared up my question. My minions that have bought from my Society 6 store loved what they got. They praised them, sent pictures for me, were extremely impressed with the quality of product that the art was put on. As an artist I support this site, because it's fair to both me and the consumers.
I love Society 6. Mostly I buy clothes and they are so soft, but mainly I love the artists designs. The customer service here is outstanding! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and needed an exchange and they let me just keep the first order! What company does that? I didn't have to deal with the hassle of sending back my mistake. The only problem I have with Society 6 is that there are entirely too many items I want. From wall clocks, to curtains, to hoodies. I love it all!
I came across Society6 from Buzzfeed and have recently begun ordering things from there. I had an issue with my second order (it was a t-shirt) as I didn't like the size of the neck. It was just too large for my liking. I wrote to them and asked them how I could go about sending the t-shirt back to them in exchange for another one. They told me to keep the t-shirt I did not like, to place a new order and that I would basically just have to pay the difference as they would refund me for the t-shirt. Not only that, as I had ordered the t-shirt during one of their sales, they would offer me the same discount on my new order!
I have never had such a great online customer service experience before and probably never will. The plus side is that their site is great as you can customize the clothes to whatever you want it to be. Both of these aspects combined make for an amazing site! Good job, Society6!
Needed a birthday gift for my granddaughter, and on the Society6 site found the cutest black cat throw pillow for her bed. I know she will enjoy it as she has a sweet black cat called Kiki. I was very pleased at how quick the company sent my order, and give them five stars.

The best! I inadvertently ordered what I thought was the wrong size. The company couldn't have been nicer. They offered to send the correct size at no additional cost and said I could as a one time offer just keep what had already been sent. In addition I got a $5 off my next order coupon. The merchandise itself was of an excellent quality and very reasonably priced. I have ordered another item and am anxiously waiting for its arrival. Every company should be like this one.
I recently made a purchase of two items from Society 6. This was my first time purchasing from this company. One of the purchase was a blanket for my daughter's room. I was extremely pleased with the purchase but within a week the blanket began having threads and runs. We were very disappointed because it was so beautiful and she loved it so much.
I contacted customer service. They had me send some pictures of the problem. I received a response within an hour of sending the email. The responses were kind, respectful, exceptionally prompt and extremely helpful. Within an two hours of my first request for help, all of my concerns were addressed and a new item sent out at no charge.
I have never ever experienced customer service of this caliber. A sterling example of customer service, attention to detail and concern for customer satisfaction. I am extremely impressed and will definitely be returning. Exceptional example of what makes a company stand above the competition. Thank you for affirming the people still matter.

Actually I'm excited of one artist from Indonezia, she is amazing, so when she told in her blog that she opened store where I can buy her works with free delivery (for one day) to my far far away Russia I doubted not a minute. So I ordered and DHL will ship me those amazing works so soon. Well, what I want to say is that in Society6 work not people, they are perhaps angels or so, because when I sent them that I forgot about my 10% percent discount for my first purchase - thay immediately refunded me. Not only dreamcomtruers, but also very very honest people. Waiting for my images impatiently!
I ordered the wrong sized iPhone case, my fault, I was typing too fast. They credited me for the one I ordered, without making me send it back. Another time, they credited me for a t-shirt where the graphic was too light on the shirt I'd chosen, without having to send it back. Another time, they credited me for a shirt that had come unraveled after a few washings and sent me a new one. They are always quick to respond and super helpful. I will continue to order all my t-shirts from them. My nephew loved his new t-shirt with Abe Lincoln playing the electric guitar.
I had a package that was coming overseas and I knew it would take a while because of that. But fortunately society 6 let; s you track your order. After almost two weeks the tracking did not change, still wasn't shipped, so I decided to email society 6's customer service.
Their response was incredibly quick, in less then 24 hours I had a refund and a new package on the way because they reached out to the delivery service that claimed to have lost my order. On top of that I can even keep the first one, if it shows up otherwise.

I heard about Society6 from an artist friend of mine. After getting a new Iphone and needing a case for it I began my search in Society6 for Fox art on the cases. To my delight there were plenty to choose from. My husband picked out one also and we are very pleased with them. I have been sharing Society6 with family and friends too.
The business model is really imaginative and cool, and I love the prints that they sell on the site. I would rate Society6 higher, but the quality of the mounting and frames is poor. Purchase the prints alone (which I believe are fairly priced), but pay someone else to mount and frame them, or be prepared for disappointment.

I bought a t-shirt for my dad but he ended up needing a smaller size. But he didn't save the receipt and I didn't have an account with Society6.
Jonathan saved the day by nicely offering to refund the first t-shirt AND order a new one. On top of that, he allowed me to donate the first shirt instead or returning it.
