Excellent Customer Service

I recently ordered 3 shirts from Society6 (I've ordered before and it's always a great product), but this time I thought the shirts I ordered would be in women's sizes, but there were in men's sizes, so they arrived too large. I contacted Society6, and within an hour, I was given a full refund so that I could order shirts in the correct size. Really impressed with the customer service here. Thanks Samantha and Jonathan!

Fanstastic items and better customer service

I always browse the website on my free time and have been buying items more and more often. I had recently purchased a duvet cover but accidently ordered the wrong size. Well no problem! A quick customer service email and a replacement in the correct size is on its way! Could not be happier with this site.

Amazing customer service

I just needed to get this out there. I was ordering a blanket for my girlfriend and I accidentally ordered a print out on accident. Not only did they refund me the full purchase/shipping price. But they also let us keep the printouts!

Best customer service interaction I've ever had. I truly recommend this company. They are the best. They made my whole week. :)

Great customer service!

I ordered 4 phone cases which, upon arrival, did not fit well. When I contacted Samantha at Customer Service by e-message, within the hour she had credited my accounts and told me to keep the items! This is customer service like the good old days, when people were kind, courteous, helpful and charming. I will deal with Society6 again because I was so impressed by Samantha's handling of my problem.

Amazing customer service!

"Amazing customer service!" - I had a problem with my order because it got lost in transit, however, almost immediately Society 6 fixed the problem and sent me a replacement. Extremely helpful, fast and friendly staff. I recommend this website!

Beautiful art

I am so happy I found this store for phone cases. I love to be able to express myself in many ways. The variety of cell phone cases is amazing and they are all beautiful works of art.So many choices and they have something for everyone. And the price is not crazy, very affordable. And of course, the case itself is quality.

Best consumer service ever!

Not only is the product sold on this site excellent quality and work to promote artist all around the globe (above all when it's not the easiest time for artists) but the consumer service is so efficient and nice! They make everything possible to pease the consumer. I wanted to return a legging that didn't pleases me, and in less than 2 hours, I was refunded, I place a new order to replace the legging I didn't like, and I was refunded also cause there was a discount when I bought the first legging. Bravo and thx to Society6 :)

Pleasant surprise refund

I thought that the 'no shipping charge' meant that the cost of the art that I was purchasing would be what was displayed. However, I didn't factor in the U.S./Canada exchange rate, which is substantial, now. I complained to Society6 and received an instant reply and a refund.
So, I remain a happy customer.

Easy navigation and outstanding customer care.

The products are always 100% satisfactory as far as condition, quality, etc. When returning, exchanging or anything of the nature, you contact a live person via email and they always make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. They provided me with answers and solutions. It's great to order through a website that has such hardworking and caring people behind it.

Jeffrey is THE go to guy!

I have problems with my hands and need to make sure that the IPhone case I purchase has good grip yet isn't too bulky. Jeffrey initially recommended one model which he thought would be perfect for grip. However, I had failed to mention some other issues just as important of a need. By then the order was already placed! Another customer support person told me I was stuck with the item and basically too bad! Being quite upset since I'm recovering from major back surgery and can't drive I told the other sales person cancel my order but instead I heard back fr Jeffrey and he is taking care of original order so I can hv what I need! That is customer service!

Beautiful Products, Friendly Service

Great products, great customer service. Had an issue with a sale that went inactive mid-purchase and sales associate Jonathan took care of it right away and reimbursed me for the sale I had originally tried to buy under. I'd say the hardest part about buying from Society6 was choosing which print to go with! Thank you Society6!

Society6 - one of life's great pleasures

Society6 at http://society6.com only adds to the pleasures of shopping online. They commission (?) a large number of artists for the works that they replicate on everything from rugs to ipod cases, and browsing through their site is a delightful experience. Ive ordered pillow covers, mostly, and the compliments on them that Ive received from visitors to our home are never-ending.

Their prices are great, their customer service could hardly be better, and the variety of art that they carry is astounding. If you need a lift, go there and browse; youll come away feeling happier.

Great service

I recently made a purchase but received a product in bad condition. I emailed the people, and they replied and reshipped a new one within 30 minutes. Very quick response! They seem to be very friendly people from their emails. I am very satisfied with both the new product free of any charge and the people working there.
