Incredible customer service

I've bought two quality products at society 6 which I am very satisfied about. Then I bought this shower curtain that was very pixelated and quite frankly not up to their standard.

I asked for a replacement one, and they refunded me cost + shipping within the hour.

Truly incredible, bar none customer service.

Great products, GREAT customer service.

I had a coupon code that was not working. I contacted customer service via email requesting their help. I heard from A PERSON right away, by email. They addressed the problem directly, not some automated response that didn't even apply to my question. The whole thing was addressed and handled in a couple hours and I was able to place my order using the code.

Great Customer Service

I've recently ordered a tapestry from Society6.com, and the first time I've ordered an item from them, I've mistakenly entered the wrong delivery address. As I quickly panicked, I sent them an e-mail explaining to them my situation as I've noticed that my package has been shipped. They responded back to me no later than 10 hours, reassuring me that they've already placed another other for me with no extra charge and the new package should be shipped out as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, once I've received the package, the tapestry was much bigger than I've expected and immediately contacted them again asking them if there was any way I could exchange my order since I did not receive an exchange slip. Once again, they immediately replied within the 24hours time period and told me to place a new order while they cancelled my old one.

Not only are they extremely prompt with their response, but they made sure that their customers are satisfied with their products. Society 6 is probably by far the best customer care I've ever experienced and I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.

I received an awesome tote bag that I ordered and was concerned about the strap not sewn very well and potentially shortening the life span of the bag. The art was flawless! The quality of the stitching was questionable! Jonathan got back to me quickly and resolved the matter. He was professional, friendly and courteous. Because of this experience I will not hesitate to recommend and purchase from Society6 again.

Wonderful customer service.

Society6 consistently has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had an issue with T-shirt sizing for a gift I received from the site and they took care of it in a matter of hours. It was a completely painless and hassle free process, leaving me completely satisfied. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and keep shopping from them regularly.

So freakin happy they exist!

I stumbled upon this store while searching for a tapestry for my bedroom. While I had a lot of fun browsing the "pattern" section, the real fun began when I entered the "humor" section. The writings on there were just great. Funny, to the point, smart, sarcastic and just all around fantastic. I fell in love with so many of them that I had a hard time picking just one. But once I came across "More Issues Than Vogue," I knew that I had found the one. This tapestry is the first of many purchases that I will be making from this store. Like I am sure of that.

The "Surprise" was for me!

I ordered a framed print to be shipped as a surprise birthday gift. Since the recipient also had a Society6 account... she'd received notice of shipment. Thinking her information had been (gasp!) hacked, she cancelled the order. When I contacted Society6 to ask about ship date, I was told I 'cancelled the order". Ah! NO!

I immediately contacted Customer Service, explained the issue... and was given Coupon Codes so I could re-submit a new order --- and not lose any of the sale discounts and free shipping.

Loads of heartfelt thanks to Brittany and Jonathan who helped rectify the situation, with great attitudes and compassion. Well done, guys! (I wish I could give more stars!)

I ordered a rechargeable iphone case that didn't quite fit and sometimes popped off. I emailed them and only a few hours later the sent a replacement, no questions asked! (thanks jonathan c :) they also allowed me to keep the old one. The customer service more then makes up for any mishaps, and i will not hesitate to tell friends and look for gifts here in the future. Society6 has a beautiful site and wonderful products.

Best Shopping Experience Ever!

Society6 has the best made products, the best prices and the very best customer service. There is always a sale, and free shipping is usually included in the sale. It doesn't get any better than that. I have been shopping with them for almost a year now and it just gets better and better. I wish everywhere I shopped was like Society6!

Support saves the day!

Last year I attended a school that had it's own living quarters where students ate, slept and socialized 24/7, that same year I bought something on Society6 and sent I sent it to that address. I now live somewhere else (1300 km away)

I now made the misstake to not check the shipping address and sent it to that school. But then our lord and saviour the support page saved me from that massive hassle by sending me a new shippment with the same items I bought.

Current mood: Im going to buy icecream and take pictures of dogs cause life is beautifull <3

The best service I've ever experimented

I purchased a print on Society 6. Unfortunately, I didn't read very well the delivery terms (up to 3 weeks for international dispatch). I was quite stressed because it was a present, and after 10 days without seeing anything arriving, I wrote an e-mail complaining about that. They answered promptly with with a very kind and reassuring e-mail with all the details regarding the dispatch, without pointing out that it was said that it could have taken up to 3 weeks (I found out that later by myself). The item was delivered the day after in fact, but with new disappointment, I had to pay 12 euros to get it for import taxes, customs duties and so on. At this point I just wanted to send it back and ask for a refund! They immediately proceeded with they refund, and with my great surprise they wanted me to keep the order anyway, to apologize for the unconvenient. Now, I have to say that I never experimented such a great service before. They've been so fast in answering, so kind and apologising even if it wasn't their fault. This final gesture, then, left me speachless. It shows how much they care about their clients and their reputation.

Fantastic customer service

After a number of orders without any problem, I received a product (a phone case) that wasn't corresponding to what I was expecting: the color rendering on the phone case was not correct. After a single email to customer service with a picture of the case, a replacement was on its way (without any need to return the original product). It turned out that the remplacement case was still presenting the same issue with colors.

I contacted again the customer service to explain the issue. And I was offered a full refund, but a voucher code for a future order, without any question. So the "no hassle return" motto of Society 6 is not a joke, these people take customer service very seriously!

Even if I was a bit disappointed with that particular order, I will certainly order again at Society 6.

Excellent Customer Service!

I ordered a phone case through Society6 and when it arrived I was disappointed with the quality of the image on the phone case, as it did not appear the way it did when I saw it online. I contacted Society6 to ask if I were able to return the phone case because of this. Rather than getting back to me with return instructions, they contacted me (almost immediately!) to let me know that they were processing a refund, and that I would not have to trouble myself with returning the phone case. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good customer experience. I have purchased from them in the past and received some amazing stuff, and will continue to do so in the future, especially considering how polite and accommodating the staff are, and that they were so quick to help me out when I was unhappy with what I'd received. Thanks Society6!

Really society6, selling products with the face of a child murderer? How low can you stoop to make a buck. Families of the deceased are still dealing with the trauma of those most heinous murders. Shame on you.
