I recently ordered a beautiful duvet cover and realized I had ordered the wrong size. I sent an email to Society6 regarding my order, they told me to order the correct size and request a refund for the wrong size. I was also given a voucher for free shipping on my reorder. I received both duvets on the same day. (very fast shipping I might add) I then contacted Society6 to find out how and where to return the wrong size duvet. Their response was..."In this instance, there is no need to send the wrong duvet cover back. Feel free to keep, donate or gift it." How amazing is that!
Received a shirt that was too big! I was worried that we would have to ship it back from Japan, but Jonathan got back to me ASAP, refunded my order, walked me through the next steps and let me keep the original order. We are sending the original order it to a friend. Very cool. Thank you so much.

I bought 2 shirts from society6 and sadly, one of them did not turn out like I had hoped it would. I was sad because the shirt itself was a nice color and good quality, but the way the design printed on it just looked wrong (would have looked better on a light color). I asked for a refund through their website, which was very simple, and it said I should get a reply within 24hrs.
Well, I did get a reply AND a refund within 24hrs and the person I dealt with (Jonathan) was super nice. It's good to know that they do honor their "all good" policy and that it's not a hassle to deal with their customer service.
By the way, the second shirt looks amazing and I'm super happy :)
Rug artwork is cute, but the quality and material is terrible. The borders are so not straight or even. The material used in the rugs is so thin that it does not feel like a rug under your feet. I will not be ordering again.
If I had seen them in a store or art show I would never have purchased them. Very poor quality and very over priced. Sad.
After deleting my confirmation email I became worried my product wasn't on the way so I reached out to the customer service email in order to locate my product. The response was quick, easy and professional.

First off, this company has a ton of awesome art to choose from! I was looking for a tapestry for my office. It took me forever to pick one since there are so many options. I finally found one that I liked and ordered it. I caught a sale, which I think they might have pretty often, and got free shipping. I got my tapestry in about a week. In the time it took my order to arrive I had already found another picture that I like a little better. I decided I would exchange my original order for this new one I found. I contacted their customer service through their website, and got a response in just a few hours. I was told that I would be refunded for the original amount, and that I could order the one that I wanted. I was also told that it worked out for me to just keep the original one that i ordered. So that's great! I am getting two tapestries for the price of one. I am very grateful they allowed me to keep the first one, since I really do like the picture. It just happened to not be exactly right for my office. But it's still beautiful. Thanks Society6 for your generous and prompt customer service!
Perfect site, a lot of talented art works in prints, wall tapestries, textile, stationary, tech covers and etc. Excellent quality for reasonable price. Site is very convenient to explore, easy to manage own account, check order processing or leave comments, and my favorite - build own collection :) It looks very easily to do. There are a lot of options as for buyers and for sellers as well.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt so went to see if i could exchange it. I was expecting it to be a hassle passed on my dealings with other online websites in past. But they have set up an amazing customer service system and getting a replacement was incredibly easy.

I was very impressed by my customer service experience as a first time shopper on this website. I purchased two beautiful art prints, but was not aware that their products were priced with USD so I thought I had been overcharged when I saw my statement as I bought from Canada. I emailed the company questioning them about their charge and I got a response right away. They apologized to me for their website not being clear and gave me a refund on the amount of the exchange rate. I have had always found online shopping to be difficult because when something goes wrong there is never someone to help you directly and half the time you don't get a response or are ripped off by the company. That was not the case with this here and I would definetly recommend taking a look at all their interesting products.
I love all of the designs and products I find on society 6. While the prices are a bit high and the products sometimes poorly made, they definitely make up for it with their excellent customer service and return policy. I would recommend this site for anyone
