I have a shop since 2 months and only bad experience. The first package with my items got lost and the tracking number wan´t of any help because it is available only from the US to your country, afterwards the tracking number is changed. Society6 should recieve a new tracking number but they don´t share it with you, so you wait weeks before finally they accept sending you the order anew. Second package comes in pieces, two mugs covered only with one bubblewrap piece- No sign that it contains breakable goods, no declaration of it either so I have to pay 30 dollars fine too. They always tell you you sell more if you make own pictures of your items and post them on social media, well in 2 months all I got was waiting, a fine and porcelain trash. Not happy at all with how they deal with customers in Austria. Seems you need to be american to be treated nice.
I really must say that this was the most friendliest contact with a shop I had for quite a long time! Very nice employees who try to help you with any problem or question you have:)

About three years ago, I ordered one of their phone cases for my Galaxy S4. It turned out to be nearly indestructible, surviving more than a 10 foot drop onto tile, among other fumbles. A few weeks ago I decided to replace it since it was only just starting to crack, and the new case arrived quickly but slightly mis-sized for my phone. I requested a replacement which was produced and shipped almost instantly with no questions asked, and it fits my phone perfectly. Very happy with Society6 and their service, and I'll be ordering from them again.
I fell in love with the concept. An artist posts his/her art and you get to choose on what product you want the art piece. My condo is now unique!
I was already amazed by the never ending selection, quality of the products and how fast the shipping was (I live in Canada)... But I had to proceed to an exchange and I am speechless... I had a super quick kind reply, the process is easy...
It won't be my last order on society6 for sure! They already had me but now I will be a customer for life!

I recently bought all-over tees and was thrilled to receive them within a week from the order date [delivered to Greece]. Excellent printing quality on this soft fabric that needs no ironing! I will surely be recommending Society6 to my friends for the brilliant job their doing and for supporting artists all over the world!
Got a case and decided I wanted a different one. They refunded me immediately and gave me a discount coupon.
Ordered an art print. Never received it. Disputed through Paypal. Never heard from Society6. Society6 claimed it was delivered. Refused to refund or replace.
After buying a laptop sleeve which didn't end up fitting the laptop, I contacted customer support for an exchange. The process was absolutely seamless and effortless. I cannot recommend this website enough!

I bought a print and opted to add a frame - I was initially concerned about the shipping time as it was time sensitive. Customer service provided me with tracking information as well as an in-depth explanation of how they process, fulfill, and ultimately ship their orders.
Package was delivered on time and without any problems.
I accidentally ordered an iPhone 5 case for my friend, she actually had an iPhone 6. I contacted the sites reps and good old Jonathan responded and refunded me the whole amount immediately, and gave me a voucher so when I reordered the new case I would receive the same coupon I had used on the original order! Very fast service. I also really enjoy the quality of Society6 phone cases (haven't bought anything else from there yet!) as I ordered a "Sturdy" case for my own phone over a year and a half ago and dropped my phone a good amount, not a crack on the thing. The colors of the design are vibrant and the case is strong. Would highly recommend!

I ordered 2 prints for 32 dollars. On arrival on the uk, i got a note from the post. I had to pay an extra £12.42. It made the prints very expensive and one of them came 1cm shorter, not fitting in the frame. I won't be back.
I got my bag lost during shipment, and contacted Society6 support - they answered within 2 hours and offered a refund or to send a new bag. I opted for the new bag, which I finally got very quickly!
I'm a returning customer of Society6, recently I received a scratched print but the customer service was very helpful, they replace the print for free and they shipped to Italy for free too.

My boyfriend ordered me something from society6 for my birthday and I wanted to exchange it for the same item in a different print - they allowed me to exchange it for the print I preferred and allowed for me to keep the other item instead of paying to ship it back to them (basically I unintentionally ended up with two items for the price of one)
I only posted this review to display society6's exceptional customer service - I hope that no one will see this and take advantage of said service after seeing this (don't ruin the service by being greedy people)

I had a problem with a wrong order that i placed. I wrote to Society six, got an answer from their customer care and got my problem solved in less than a couple of minutes. I was very happy. I know why I keep coming back to them. I just love the Society phone cases... Not only great design, but strong and I repeat: excellent customer care!
I ordered a tapestry from Society 6, and when it came in I was sad to find that the orientation of the image on the tapestry was printed in portrait instead of landscape. I reached out to their customer service team and Brittany was so helpful! She quickly got back to me the very next morning and sent me a replacement. They didn't even ask me to return the original item, so I don't have to mess with shipping or driving to UPS. 10/10! Thank you guys for being so quick and helpful!
